Pizza Hut

We ordered 7 pizzas online on New Year’s Day and our order was ready for pickup in 18 minutes.
There was nothing wrong with our order and everything tasted good like normal.
We got our 10% military discount (in addition to the $ 10 pizza sale), 25 plates, a bunch of free napkins, cheese, and peppers and we were off and happy.
Give them a chance if you’re in the area and if you’re in the need for some tasty and cheap pizza.

I have to say. I usually love Pizza Hut pizza, and when it’s late and nothing better is open, that’s our go-​to. We ordered from another location before we moved to Tierrasanta and it was delicious. The pizza and the wings were cooked just right and we had no complaints.
We ordered online from THIS location a few nights ago; just a medium pan pizza with some boneless wings; nothing crazy. It was awful; I really should have called to say something to a manager, but I didn’t. The pizza was mushy, like it was undercooked, and the wings were dry with barely any sauce on them. It’s like the wings had been sitting out for a while before they boxed them up — they tasted old.
I know everyone has different experiences, but it was not a great 1^st impression on us, so I think we’ll be sticking to our normal NY style pizza place down the street (I don’t want to name any names!). I would like to say, however, that the driver was very nice and he got a good tip from us :)

Yes it’s greasy and oily but my bf loves his pizza that way. I’ve never had any issues with them getting my order wrong or having me wait for my pizza
The new crust are pretty good too. My favorite has been the Asiago cheese.
They also give a decent amount of toppings that are spread out too.

Love doing business with Pizza Hut in Tierrasanta. The manager, Adrian, goes out of his way to work with you, and organizations in the community. The pizza is delicious, the breadsticks are excellent and the cooperation of the people who work there is greatly appreciated. I love doing business with them. Everything we ordered was ready for pickup, well packaged and ready to go.

Took an hour and a half to get my order delivered. I live 10 min away. Everything was warm, and they forgot the Pepsi. Got store credit, but it’s really not worth ordering from there. Go somewhere else.

for years, this, king arthur’s, and the local domino are the three pizza places that we order from, and, for years, it’s been … you know, adequate. just your basic, run-​of-​the-​mill pizza. when we went «all out» with our pizzas, we ordered from gaetano’s. just a couple of weeks ago, though, we ordered pizza hut in, and the first thing we noticed was the new packaging. and then: we ate the pizza, and AH.MAH.GAHDS. it was delicious. every single bite, from every single pizza: EXCELLENT. even the pizza bones got eaten — the crust was crispy on the outside, and tender and buttery on the inside.
we hadn’t heard about changes, but i googled them and discovered that they were doing a complete revamp. we’re one of the lucky locations that got it sooner rather than later. their stuff now truly tastes like artisanal pizza. even the menu choices have been ramped up. seriously: a sriracha pizza? my son was in HEAVEN. i had the chicken supreme, my daughter, the pepporini, and all of us had a revelation: we are pizza hut fanatics. lol. THANK YOU PIZZA GODS.

Pizza Hut is our greasy, fast food pizza guilty pleasure. We don’t order it often, so we are always excited when we do!
We just moved to the area and this is the closest PH. We decided to order 2 pizzas and breadsticks a on Monday night. It took a quick 15 mins for our order to be ready, YAY!
We didn’t check the order before heading home, never occurred to because we’ve never had issues at any other PH.
When we got home the first thing we opened were the cheesy breadsticks. More like burnt cheese breadsticks. I couldn’t even finish one.
One pizza we ordered with jalapeños. I think they dumped a whole jar of them on the pizza. Holy overkill.
The 2^nd pizza’s crust was burnt. It also had some garlic and herb schmutz on it we never ordered? This pizza was saturated with so much grease it was insane. I expected it to be greasy because it’s PH… But the breading was nothing but a sponge that dripped as I picked it up. It was just a pepperoni pizza! Truly repulsive.
Waste of $ 35. (Also would of been less, husband asked for a military discount. They said they gave it to him but never did? *shrugs*)
This PH will never receive I’ve our business again. I’d bring it up with management, but from reading other reviews I’d rather just cut my losses.

Pizza breadsticks and wings were great. Made fresh and fast despite only having one person working there. Would recommend this location.

The best combo to try is Pretzel crust, chicken, ex cheese, and buffalo sauce! !! Very good!

No longer a loyal customer! I ordered a pizza on 25 November 2014, the order was wrong. I called the store and Becky stated she would give me a store credit. I tried to place an order this evening, 29 November 2014, and after three phone calls to include a call back because I was hung up on I am done. The store can keep my $ 7.00 credit; truly a failed process on their behalf. I will take my money elsewhere.

I have had some bad experience with papa john so switched to Pizza Hut. They called me when they thought they were out of a certain crust but ended up making more. Thought that was very nice. They met the expected timeframe. Customer service is everything.
The crust could have been more crispier but that’s okay. A lot of jalepenos but I love jalepenos so did not bother me. Hope the ratings go up. Maybe they had a change in staff.

Tried to order a pizza online tonight but the Pizza Hut website said this store was not taking any orders online, so we tried to call the store to place an order. After ten minutes of waiting for someone to even pick up the phone, we gave up and drove to the store. When we got there, they said they were «backed up» and would not take our order this evening. Wow!!! We have never encountered a non-​five star restaurant that has turned their customers away, even if their customers were willing to wait and come back later. How disappointing and unbusiness-​like!

Idk why this place has such a low rank. First time writing a review, ever! Just moved to Murphy canyon and placed my first order with them. Everything was exceptional! To be honest the only reason I’m writing this review is to show my gratitude to RYAN!!! He’s amazing. He answered all my questions when I called. Great customer service! Not only that but to my surprise he deliver it personally ! Delivery was just on time. Pizza was incredible amazing ! I was so impressed by his service that I told my husband and decided to order again. He’s so friendly. He even remembered me! Lol. I could of sworn that he was the manager by the way he manage things. I guess someone needs a promotion in that company. I’m sure with Ryan’s attitude this place will soon be a 5 star. Once again thank you so much for everything Ryan !!!

So I ordered here last week they messed up my order when I asked for extra cheese and there were none I called in and they gave me credit and then when I called today to order and give them another chance not only was it a hassle ordering the girl could not hear me and on top of that my pizza this time not only had no extra cheese and no peperoni save up self the hassle get real pizza got to round table. Never again will I order from here

We generally have little to no problems with this Pizza Hut, if we order online, but coming In Person seems to be a problem, either they’re under staffed or their staff doesn’t really have a sense of urgency, I think it’s a combination of both. They are very unprofessional and don’t seem to know each other’s jobs, we waited 5mins to be noticed and another 3to be helped, worker 1 who was logged on to the register was busy making pizzas, while worker 2 joked around with worker 3, who we were told was gonna help us, worker 4 came from the back to take our order but didn’t know how to work the register. While waiting for our pizza the phone rang 4different time no of which they answered. 4 individuals who came into pick up their orders waited around to be noticed and helped. Do yourself a favor and order online!

I order a big dinner box at 630 and was told it would be ready at 655. I arrived at 710 and was told my pizza wasn’t ready yet. I proceeded to wait for 15 minutes while watching an employee circle the front and refuse to answer the phone. After watching and almost walking out they proceeded to pull my pizza out of the warmer saying it’s been ready the entire time. I’ll stick with Domino’s from now on.

I have always loved Pizza Hut and was glad to see we had one nearby. I ordered a large custom made thin crust pizza tonight and even tho I got it on time, it was tasteless. 3 toppings and 2 meats and it still taste like $ 20 cardboard. It was my only shot to impress my husband with Pizza Hut and they didn’t come thru. Bye Tierrasanta Puzza Hut. So disappointed.

I’ve been a Papa Johns fan for the past 6 – 7 months so I haven’t had pizza hut since my last review. Last thursday night, my local papa johns was closed for unknown reasons so i decided to give pizza hut a try. I order their special 2 toppings large pizza for 7.99. When I got home with the pizza i realized that there was only one topping on it, and they had forgot to put mushrooms as I ordered. I wasn’t too surprised since this particular pizza hut has been known to screw up my order.
Being a Papa johns customer for the past 6 months, i realise that I had gotten spoiled to the quality of their ingredients and dough. After eatting 2 slices of pizza hut i felt so full and disgusted with myself. When i eat at papa johns i can eat 4 – 5 slices and still feel fine, because it isn’t half as greasy as pizza hut and it has fresh ingredients. I guess papa johns saying «better ingredients better pizza» does have merit.
Bottomline, dont get pizza hut if you could help it and if there is a papa johns that is near by. Plus the staff at Papa johns i noticed were a lot cleaner and professional looking than the employees at pizza hut.

I pulled up and was going to order a 10 dollar pizza. I had one bag of trash and put it in a nearby dumpster. The pizza hut manager Alicia came out and demanded that I dumpster dive and retrieve my trash. I refused. She then took my license plate number for whatever reason. Needles to say I won’t every patronize this place again.

No worries babe. I’ll just order a pizza.

Me: Hi i wanted to place an order
Pizza Hut Girl: Carry Out or Delivery?
Me: Carry Out. Can I get a Large Pizza. Half pepperoni the other half sausage & jalapenos.
PHG: Sure can I get your phone number
Me: 619-​***-****
PHG: Okay. It’ll be ready in 15 mins.
Me: Oh I won’t be there until half an hour. Could you please have it ready by 8:00pm?
PHG: Oh ofcourse.
I walked in to the Pizza Hut at 7:55pm. Walk up to the front desk the PHG asks me my name and tells me «Oh I’m sorry we don’t anyone by that name. Can you give me your phone number?» I do and she says we dont’ have an order for that. What? I asked for their phone number. Maybe I called the wrong Pizza Hut. She recites the phone number while I look at my cell phone. I show her I dialed correctly and show her the exact time I called!!! She says. We dont’ have that order! Ugh! I’m in a freakin hurry and even gave you extra time to make my pizza! Now your gonna make me wait? I give her my order again she gets it WRONG! I recite it to her again! She give me bitchy look! I dont’ care. It was your bad DUH! Never again will I come here!
