The service here was incredibly rude. We wanted to order 8 slices of pizza and were happy to pay the price for a slice rather than a pie. And we were met with sighs and irritation. This place apparently didn’t want our money.

This is the best pizza and salad ever! The taste & mix of ingredients is superb. My absolute only place I will get pizza from. Everyone I have taken there is amazed at the food! Yummy yummy!

Not pleased at all on the pizza. It took too long to get and the veggie pizza just had a few things on it and all canned(artichoke hearts, olives, and mushrooms).

I was in the mood for a panini, and I heard this place made a pretty good one, so I decided to give it a gander. I ordered the Santa Fe Panini which came with chicken breast, fresh avocado, onions, roasted peppers. provolone and feta cheese, cilantro and smothered in a spicy aioli for $ 9. The meal came with either chips or a house salad, so I opt for the small Ceasar salad. The Caesar came under dressed, so I I asked on of the girls who were tending the counter to bring me a side of extra dressing. The salad was straight forward and simple, but it was fresh and crispy and tasted good with their dressing. The salad came with a slice of focaccia which was nice and I appreciated the sprinkling of fresh Parmesan on top. The panini was great and came loaded with goodies. The chicken breast came in tender manageable portions. It was also seasoned nicely. The duo of cheese was terrific. The nutty and slightly smoky provolone was melted throughout the panini and the harder to melt panini added a nice saltiness. The roasted red peppers and onions not only added a good flavor, but also some nice texture to the mix. The bread of the panini was very good and I believe they make it in house. It had a good firm yet moist texture, obviously made for a sandwich with a big load. It tasted great and so did the spread of spicy aioli that was moderately aggressively spread about. All in all, it was a great lunch for about $ 10. The girls at the front counter were a friendly bunch.

Amazing food for our entire group! Can’t believe the prices considering the quality… and the quantity! Everyone in our group of 9 were blown away by the local flavors, craftbeer selection, and the staff was bombastic ;)

ordered for delivery, pizza was ok, but limp slices — but that may be caused by the toppings and the delivery box so don;t judge based on that. Had a salad delivered also, it was great.

Good food and friendly help that doesn’t cost a ton. Nice mix of food choices — pizzas, salads, paninis, pastas, as well as wine and beer choices(they had sangria!)

Quick fast and delicious. Really fresh salad and tasty pizza toppings. The crust of the pizza was also a really awesome texture. Light and chewy. Exactly what we needed after playing at the park.

The pizza is amazing! For all the East Coasters I’ve met that say they can’t find good pizza in San Diego, just look around! I’m from NYC, born and raised off amazing pizza, and so far San Diego definitely knows how to do pizza! This place is my most recent favorite, the atmosphere is great and it does well after a morning walk around balboa park, also it’s in walking distance from the park so that helps(Oh and the address put me on 5th but the entrance was on 4th!). Amazing place. Great pizza. I’ll be back!

Wasn’t in the mood for pizza so went with a panini. Basil does something for me. Just the smell is enough to turn my head so when I see it as an ingredient I’ll almost always head straight for it. Basil Chicken jumped out and when I saw the not nearly used enough fontina cheese listed, too, the deal was sealed! What arrived 10 minutes later was heaven! Chicken was juicy and cooked just right, with enough basil to add flavor without being overwhelming, and the fontina was a perfect match. So many sub shops would have wimped out on this sandwich and slapped on some mozzarella(especially pizza places that serve subs on the side!) or maybe provolone. Not Pizzicato! Fontina, baby! Simple atmosphere. Order at the counter, receive a number, pour your own drink, and sit. Plenty of seating for 30 – 40 people. Can’t give 5 stars based on just one sub, but will be back to see what other yummies I can find there.

Very bland pizza. Not enough cheese. Crust was the best part but not amazing. I recommend The New Yorker. I should have gone with what I know.

Stopped in for a casual lunch after doing the 7 Bridges Hike and was thinking to get a slice, but they have so much more. Paninis and pastas and salads, oh my! I ordered the spinach and pear salad, which was delicious, great portion and a panini with pretty much all the meats and an olive tapenade. It was enough for two meals for me, which worked out great, but all was really tasty. Service was friendly and at one point they blasted Kokomo, which they were laughing about, but jokes on them because I love The Beach Boys. Luckily, it wasn’t too busy, otherwise I’m not sure other people would’ve enjoyed quite so much. Will have to try the pizza at some point, of course, but the sandwich and salad hit the spot.

Ordered delivery from here on a Sunday afternoon. Took about 45 minutes for delivery to Mission Valley. There’s a $ 20 minimum with $ 3 delivery charge. We ordered a large pizza(half thai chicken/half molto carne) which came out to $ 30. Thin crust pizza, slightly soggy upon delivery. The pizza was good but nothing spectacular. Definitely not worth the price! May have a better experience when dining in.

The food is great but they don’t have manager or enough authority, my daughter wanted Italian food so we went there, but there were 3 drunk persons yelling and fighting about adult topics. And I mean adult topics by inappropriate talking; the staff didn’t do anything and sold them more beer. It felt insecure and we left.

We live downtown and order pizza from here all the time. The pepperoni supreme and pear salad are our favorites. We have ordered the breadsticks before which are very good and last night we had the artichoke dip for the first time which was delicious as well. The ingredients are fresh and the food always tastes extremely good! An excellent option if you are looking for items that taste a little more on the authentic side. The delivery team is always nice, friendly and courteous.

I’ve been here twice now and both times I’ve gotten great customer service at the counter and incredibly hot delicious pizza to go. The restaurant is always incredibly clean with a great atmosphere meaning it’s always busy plenty of people socializing having a good time out. As I continue to come here more I will be sure and update my review based upon other items on the menu that I’ve tried.

This place is solid. If you are in the area or looking for tasty pizza, which my husband is always up for, then this is the place to go! They sell pizza by the slice or whole pies. Once again my husband ordered a large size pizza in hopes that we would have some left over. well boy was he wrong. Between two adults and one child we finished the pizza. Although to be fair, my son and I had a total of maybe 3 slices. Per my husband, who is a pizza eating professional, said that the crust was yummy– thin crispy but soft inside. They were generous with their toppings as well. The plan was to have left overs but it was sooo tasty that my husband couldn’t stop until he was about to explode, with the help of a beer as well! Besides the food the services was great as well. The gentleman that took our order was very pleasant, answered all of our questions with enthusiasm. I asked him about some cups on the counter and if they were for water and he said«sure, whatever you want» but we don’t drink soda so yes water. Another gentleman stopped by to clear our mess and he gave our son a free cookie. How sweet! Great service, great food and drinks– what more can you ask for?!?

Came here with my mom and stepdad for a late lunch around 3pm. The staff was pretty aloof and the food was just okay. Our pizza came out hot and fresh but the pasta was a complete disappointment. Our creamy marinara pasta came out cold and the pasta was overcooked. The pasta had clearly been sitting out for a while as the sauce partially hardened and formed a thin layer on top. Maybe it’s cause we didn’t come during prime time for lunch, but it’s never an exception to serve customers food that’s been sitting out. Yikes. No thank you!
