Starbucks

Came here to redeem my birthday drink and I could choose anything I want, in any size!
I went with the limited edition Teavana Citrus Matcha Latte (hot). First taste, it was pretty citrusy, which I liked! But then it started having a weird after taste on my tongue… and sadly, no matcha flavor to be found.
My drink was also only half filled. Come on girl– a latte isn’t 50% foam… should only be about 25% max!
Anyhow, I’m glad this was free. Service was great and love how they personalized my cup to say Happy Birthday! Central spot in UTC and it’s definitely a keeper.

There were a few people in here, but the people behind the counter were efficient. I ordered a black tea and was super tempted to buy a teavana tin in the front.

This place is always busy. But that’s no excuse for the horrible service. I ordered from the mobile app today because I knew it would be busy. Waited forever by the mobile order pick up counter. The girl who picked up her order before me had to ask them to correct the order because they gave her a grande when she ordered a Venti. I waited around there for my order. About ten minutes later the girl ahead of me found her order left at the regular counter. It was never called out so she waited forever. Seeing this, I went over there and found an iced white mocha with my mobile order sticker on it. The order was supposed to be for a HOT white chocolate mocha. Whatever I don’t have time to deal with these clowns.

Great place because it has a variety of special brews and cold brew. Parking cab be difficult. Definitely our cup of tea.

Very laid back and in an out-​of-​the way place, service is what you expect for a Starbucks — I don’t come here too often because the parking lot it is attached to makes you pay to park there — even if you are just stopping in briefly to grab a coffee and go — parking around the surrounding lot is all red curbed so go figure… way to screw people out of an extra buck just to park
Being a bit more out of the way you don’t have a big crowd in here so its nice to just go in and comfortable grab a coffee without a wait

The place is nice starbucks! really small so you have to grab and go! There are sitting outside at the mall!
