A lot of customers here so everything us fresh here. Young black server is so patient and friendly. I just saw an extremely smart kid before me who asked his father to change black olives to other black olives. Even more smart father asked her to change olives to identical ones and she did. She removed olives from the sandwich and put other absolutely identical ones in it.

Since I moved to the area in October, I have been here quite a few times. The staff is always friendly, the veggies are always fresh and the restaruant is always clean. I’ve never been to any other Subway that is so consistent. I drive about 15 minutes out of my way to go here even though there is a Subway across the street from me-that’s how good it is!

The guys who work here are superb. My sandwich is always dank and delicious. Workers are very nice and attentive. You can get a foot long or half. They have kids meals they have breakfast they have chips they have drinks. The chipotle sauce is my favorite.

I stopped at this subway to grab a quick sandwich and followed an employee to the restroom, I sat down and waited and heard a flush and someone quickly came out, he didn’t wash his hands… so disgusting I left after telling the guy behind the counter and he looked confused, Wow… no dude who holds his junk will ever touch my meat. …

After school I came here got a footlong and the employees are really nice, always welcoming and smiling. On weekdays especially after school, this place can get very crowded as alot of students come here to hang out and have a lunch. The employees make their sandwiches quick and efficiently!

Ronnie is worst subway clerk ever and he said he was the manager? Jacked up whole order with no remorse. Sunrise omelet sandwich and added ham later bit he forgot to out ham on the sandwich but charged me for it. Ordered two of the flatizzas for $ 5 but he charged me non sale price of $ 3.50 each. I called him up and he said he would give me refund but I had to come tonight and I got what I got. Really? And this is the manager? FIREHIMNOW!!! He’s gonna close the business down. Hope someone that cares reads this

Decent sandwiches, that make a great quick meal. Compared to other places like Jersey Mikes, they lack the authentic sandwich taste. Overall, when short of time, come here for a good meal and get the meatball subs.(Which I think are the best)

Great service. Clean premises. An very friendly employees. It can get busy during lunch time though with all the high school students coming here for lunch from the high school next door.

I was so disappointed in the customer service and attitudes displayed by the workers at this location. They acted as if it was serving you was a burden and provided piss poor customer service. Shame on the new owner and her rude employees! If you can’t be nice to people and hate making sandwiches, why are you working at Subway?

Unfair ownership and bad business. I worked at this Subway for 2 years and always thought it had been such a great atmosphere for both employees and customers under our previous owner. Customers had always complimented us in being such a friendly, solid crew. Since our previous owner sold the store, the new owner ship has done things that is rather questionable. Within 2 weeks of owning the store, they fired 4 of our crew who had been there for 2−3+ years — one being our manager! Janelle, one of the new owners, accused us of having an attitude whenever we questions or asked why things are different especially when they’re trying to fix somethiing that isn’t broken. The firing prompt quitting of 3 more employees who have been with the store for awhile and now they’re scrambling to get things back together. They talked behind our backs to other employees but of course word gets out between us. I do not support these guys — they just want the money. I’m unhappy that under Jim & Janelle the store had skewed its Customer Service orientated business into a store that pays more attention to inventory, counting, and money. You can’t make money without customers… customers wouldn’t like it if you didn’t but them on the top of your list. Sorry to the regular customers there used to seeing us who’ve been there for so long. I still can’t understand the new owners and why they are the way the are! It’s sad to see my Subway family go out the way it did =(

My husband and I eat at the Subway about once a week. I disagree with some of the other reviews regarding the service. We have found this to be consistently once of the best staffed Subways. The employees are fast, friendly, and helpful. The staff does seem to change every few months, but each new group has been hardworking. The restaurant is consistently clean. The seating is somewhat limited, but we have never been unable to find a seat.

Its a Subway, dependable, ordinary, yummy right. Well this location is full of high school workers who are rude and have no customer or people skills. I was there with a friend for a late lunch. A turkey foot long with light mayo, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, spinach. Messed it up and put bacon on it? My friend is Jewish and cant eat anything that’s touched pork. I asked if they could remove the tomato layer. She said yes for 1 dollar extra. Really you charge the customer for what you mess up on. Also you have to ask for cutlery, which is super annoying. A pet peeve of mine is when restaurants don’t give you your receipt. Never Again …

$ 5.00 Foot long sandwiches. Cold cut combo, It’s all good. Of course there are other sandwich places that may be better, but it’s the closest to my home. The staff here were really nice and friendly. The bread was not a fresh as I would have liked, but it was okay.

I haven’t been to a Subway in years — even during the $ 5 footlong hype(and stupid jingle you hear over and over and over again). But needed something fast and cheap to eat today. This location is a bit hidden — it’s in the same tiny strip mall next to It’s a Grind coffee house(and next to the Westview High School football field). These are the footlong sammies that are offered for $ 5: Meatball Marinara B.L.T. Spicy Italian Cold Cut Combo Black Forest Ham Veggie Delite I had the meatball and it was alright. Nice portion — maybe 8 meatballs w/lots of red sauce. Your choice of cheese. Meatballs were kinda mushy — don’t expect any homemade recipes, that’s for sure. Also got a warm chicken breast sandwich. THIS was pretty awesome. Yes, they nuke the chicken in the microwave. But they still top it w/cheese and stick it under the broiler to melt/toast. I also love that they have full fat mayo. You can add avo for $ 1.50 as well. Jonathan, the sandwich master, was awesome — he gave me his honest opinion on things he wouldn’t try or eat. So thanks J! So there you go…
