Usually go at night, there’s never anyone there. There’s a dude that works the night shift, think his name was Vince. One of the coolest dudes ever. He’s got a sweet run dmc seahorse tat on his arm. Very friendly too.

I stopped in this Subway for a quick breakfast, but I was a little bummed out when I learned that they do not offer their Sunrise Sandwich on an English Muffin anymore. So I settled for a 6″ wheat breakfast sandwich instead, with egg, bacon, provolone, green peppers, tomatoes, and onions with a dash of salt and pepper. I had them heat the sandwich but the bread was still a little dyer than it should of been. The pre made egg inside was pretty good and warm from the heating. The tomatoes, onions, and green peppers were fresh and I was happy the onions and peppers had some crispiness in them. The provolone was good, but next time I will definitely ask for more. They put a decent amount of bacon in the sandwich which was, although on the thin side, tasty and a little crispy. In the end, it was a okay, but I feel it would of been much better if the bread would of been moister. The young lady who made the breakfast sandwich was quite nice and in good spirits being there early in the morning. Not a bad breakfast sammi for around $ 5.

The store is unclean and the staff needs to ring up prices that are correct; not ring up some random price and overcharge them(me). Two kids meals at 4.95 each do not add up to $ 18. I had to explain this to the service person and tell them the correct price(mental math for me) and then the service person rang it up again to the correct price. Nobody working there wanted to quickly assist this person either. The young people here need a leader that they can depend on. The same Lego table is there since 2007 and its dirty. Clearly, this place needs leadership so the service person isn’t flustered by the register.

Went here for lunch to get a tunafish sandwich and a cup of soup. They don’t let the public use the bathroom. WTF? How do places get away with this?

I came here around 11am and I have to say this is the worse subway I have ever been to! First of all the lady that made the sub doesn’t put the meat and veggies in your bread she just throws it on! So at the end you have a pile of crap on your bread! I think you can teach a monkey to make a better sub than this place, also they have no restrooms! What kind of food place doesn’t have restrooms! After getting food my pregnant wife had to walk around plaza looking for restroom! There are around 2 – 3 employees working with only 2 customers in the store and this place is filthy! At 11am! I’m guessing they clean this place once every 2 days! If you want at least decent service, go somewhere else! This place sucks!

Nicole makes the best sandwich around!!! And she is really professional and polite. The place is open 24 hours so you can go at anytime. Bring back the 5 dollar foot longs tho!!! Charleen is also awesome. Came back again tonight(ya I’m editing the review) and her and Nicole once again never cease to disappoint. Can’t say enough great stuff about this place. Hope Nicole and Charleen stick around.

Legitimately the RUDEST woman on the planet works there. You’re lucky if she will acknowledge you are in fact human just like she is. If they made sandwiches in the back I bet she would spit in most of them. DONOT go there tonight.

People are rude. Bread is cold and disgusting. I couldn’t even finish my turkey sandwich. It’s been every time I come here. Won’t be back.

So, the only time i will go here is if Danny is working. That guy is AMAZING! Hes always so friendly, where everyone else has a bad attitude, and ignores you. I always try to talk to the employees, but they always just give me dirty looks, but not danny. Hes always kind, and my husband and i will only go when he is working. Subway, you guys have one hell of an employee there. You are very lucky.

The Unilocal posted hours are incorrect, this Subway is open 24 hours a day. That’s probably the best part of this location and since it’s across the street from my apartment, makes it super convenient. Late night around last call(1:30−2:30am) can get hectic with only one sandwich artist making all the subs.

This Subway is always a pleasure to go to. The store is very clean and well maintained and the staff at this location is very friendly. I want to give special thanks to Charleen and Danny who are always ready with a smile and like to joke around with me. Also, this location never bats an eyelash at my special request to have the meat on the bottom part of the sandwich.

Has to be the worst Subway. The food is OK, but the service is super slow and sometimes, just expect to be completely ignored for 10 minutes. Guess we all need to complain to Subway Corporate — the mgmt here does nothing positive and its been run like this for years. Subway Corporate won’t appreciate getting complaints about this store though, so do it! This Subway should be just as awesome as all the others — it sure as hell isn’t any cheaper to make up for the pain that it causes. Sadly, we mostly avoid this Subway due to this and go to other local eateries. Losin’ money…

Compared to some of the other subways I have visited on a regular basis in the San Diego, this one has to be one of the worst. Everything here moves at half speed. I came here for lunch today and there was one person making sandwiches, one person working the register, and two people in the back doing who knows what. There was a line of about 5 of us, all waiting with a disgruntled look on our faces. I finally had to say something after I watched the lady making sandwiches take almost 10 minutes just to do one persons order. Once I asked what was taking so long they finally got one of the guys in the back to come out and help make the sandwiches. Why did I have to say something for them to do that? Just ridiculous. I got my regular turkey on wheat. It was decent, just like always. I would really like to speak to whoever owns this location about who they are hiring.

Don’t bother ordering online or by phone. They don’t start making it until you get there. I have ordered online three times, and even though the online system gives them 30 minutes to make it, they have never even started making it until after I got there and stood in line. Same with ordering by phone. What is the point of ordering ahead if they’re not going to make it???

What can I say… its subway. Its semi healthy-ish…its decent sandwiches… this particular location has been like a hit or miss for me. I either get great service and a great sub… or horrible service and an even worse sandwich. WTF?!? There are some younger kids who work here that just don’t understand that it is their job to serve you… rather they act as if you are bothering them when you walk up to the counter LOL. Its laughable… like I said its not always that way but a lot of times it is. Its the one closest to my house and my boyfriend is a fan so I come here about once a month which is more than enough for me!

Subway is a solid staple. Some lady walked in with her dog and when they told her she couldn’t have pets in the restaurant, she rolled her eyes. I love animals, but I detest people like this! STOPBRINGINGYOURPETSINTOPLACESTHATSERVEFOOD!!! When did this become ok? I’ve seen them at the grocery store, Target, just about every place that should not have pets. And then when they shit on the floor and people just walk away, it’s just so, so wrong. I know, this is not supposed to be a public service announcement about pets in restaurants. Back to Subway… Ordered the club, service was fast and friendly. Not shy on the toppings like some places.

I just love sandwiches… especially when I have a giftcard for FREEONES! Holler! I am so glad that Subway brought back the $ 5 footlongs, and yes, I did say that like the jingle. /fail. Anyways…this is my favorite Subway for many reasons: 1– It is literally half a block from my house. 2– The fellas that work there are always real nice to me. 3– They always oblige to my weird sandwich request i.e. cutting them apart, wrapping separately and putting everything into little containers for me to use the next day so I dont have soggy sammy syndrome! That is the worst! 4– They have THE best chocolate chips cookies on the planet and last night when I went in for my sammy, they had just taken some out of the oven! . Fat girls love cookies you know. Im a happy camper.

I’ve been putting down quick tasty sandwiches from Subways for years and have come to expect consistently yummy subs from the chain whenever I don’t feel like cooking dinner.(Chicken teriyaki with sweet onion sauce is my preference!) Though I’m no longer a runner – and thus my metabolism can’t seem to handle carbs the way it used to – I still enjoy a five dollar, five dollar, FIVEDOLLARFOOTLOOOONNNG every now and then. Good luck getting that song out of your head today… you’re welcome! My experience at this Subway location last night? Not so hot! I don’t want to say that my sub tasted downright bad, but I certainly wouldn’t put it in the yummy category. The liquidity aspect makes or breaks a sandwich for me, and apparently the Subway employee assembling my footlong last evening decided to put the delicious sweet onion sauce on only half my sub. And the wilted slightly yellow lettuce and limp spinach didn’t help my sub’s case. This Subway is located in a small corner plaza that, for some reason I can’t put my finger on, always seems a little shady. Relatively clean-looking interior with a good amount of seating if you want to hang around to eat. I’m eating the last half of my sub right now – yes, I realize that it’s about 8AM – and it just doesn’t taste good. Subway, you really let me down this time!
