don’t go there, very bad management. very bad place.

Bums me to say this bc I love their pizza but the customer service is awful on weekend nights. Last month I ordered a pizza and we had a $ 10 credit. The pizza never showed so my friend called and tried to speak to a manager but they kept hanging up on us. I just tried ordering a pizza and adding the credit that we were rightfully given and they said it was already used when our pizza that we ordered last month never showed. I don’t understand how just bc someone on their end said the order was complete means I no longer get my credit when truthfully I never received my pizza and the order wasn’t fulfilled. I’m an honest person and wouldn’t lie about a silly pizza being delivered or not. Spoke to the manager and she could careless and said there’s nothing she can do about it. They just showed up to my house with the wrong order.

I enjoy their carry out specials, because I live close and want to save on the fee & tip, and their sandwiches have been pretty tasty lately. Getting one of those with a medium two topping pizza can feed a few for very reasonable. They are always ready when you order online, a year ago their service was definitely worse.

This is the worst dominos ever. I ordered a pizza online that came with a brownie cookie. See attached coupon I selected online. When I received my pizza from the delivery man there was no brownie cookie. The delivery guy said to just call and they would straighten it out. The women on the phone (dawn) in pacific beach refused to send the cookie said there was no such coupon… Um, ok then wtf is this coupon I’ve attached here??? After trying to explain to her what had happened she ended up hanging up on me because I said I would drive over there and show her the coupon. Hahahaha on top of it all the pizza was undercooked garbage and was not cut. Dawn have a great life working for dominos and sucking at customer service :)
I can think of 5 other pizza places in the area worth ordering from over this one.

I feel compelled to write this because I have consistent bad experiences with Papa John’s up the street and this Dominos doesn’t seem to have the same problems.
The gluten free crust ordered extra well done was so good! They knew how I liked it and made it right (a little burnt) ever time!
It does break my heart that they no longer offer the Artisan Spinach Alfredo bread so I sort of drifted away. Also, the cute guy with dreads who used to flirt with me every time I came in is no longer there (bummer — lol)).
The one time they screwed up and didn’t have something that I ordered online, the owner or manager apologized and gave me his business card and told me my next order was on him. I was super impressed and that should have made me a loyal customer but since the Artisan is gone I usually go with whoever has the best coupon deal on Retail Me Not.
Consistency is key and they do a pretty good job! If only they’d bring back the Artisan!

When I called to ask today’s specials, Joe (the guy i spoke with) said well what do you mean. Then I was asking him if the online coupons were correct he said I don’t know that stuff, it’s different from in stores. Then asked him if there is a buffalo sauce he said no the chicken is plain no sauce. I said online there is sauces and he said that is for the wings only. But when I placed the order funny how I got plain chicken with a side of buffalo. HE DOESN’T KNOW HIS INFORMATION CLEARLY. HE NEEDS TO LEARN THE MENU AND DAILY SPECIALS.
When I got the food, delivery girl was nice and food was great.

This place is awful! The lady on the late night Saturday shift (December 11^th, 2015) was EXTREMELY rude. Heads up management: she should not have a job. She answered the phone in a very aggressive manner and told me she was going to put me on hold. Ok no worries, I get it. It’s Friday night and busy… No problem. Well 23 minutes later she answers the phone again aggressively and said «Hey can I put you on hold?». How nice of her to ask this time! I calmly explained that I just waited on hold for an unreasonable amount of time and I would really just like to place my order or get called back whenever they had the time to «fit me in». She very rudely proclaimed «well it will only be a minute…» And then *click* I was back on hold. As an experiment, I had my girlfriend call while I waited for a second time. She was immediately helped and her order was taken. It was clear that this girl had decided not to serve me for whatever reason. I wish I had nicer things to say. Management, please follow up on this. At the very least write me back via Unilocal.I used to order food for my club here twice a week, but after this interaction I’ve decided my money would be better spent elsewhere. And don’t worry I’ve taken the liberty to approximate the lost revenue for you… Pizzas for that many ppl twice a week is about $ 343.50… Multiply that out for a whole year and that’s almost 18k in lost revenue! I actually can’t believe we spend that much on food costs now that I calculate it, but I digress… The point is I figured I’d warn the rest of you before you waste your hard earned money at a place that doesn’t put the customer first. I usually love this location but just received my pizza through delivery, and it wasn’t cooked completely. Extremely doughy and under-​cooked.):

It’s across the street from my apartment and it’s convenient plus always consistent. Just make sure to order something you know that you’ll enjoy because it’s not exactly the best place to experiment with the menu from my experiences.

I’m torn between a 3 and a 4 on this place. I just finished a Brooklyn style with pretty much everything on it. It was delicious, but I feel like there was a compromise made with the quantity of toppings.
Granted I did order a full ten toppings, but I feel like the quantity of them was drastically restricted compared to say a two topping pizza. Especially since the price keeps going up as you add more and more toppings.
Well it was an exercise in what it would be like to have free reign on toppings and the pizza was delicious, but I will gladly stick to other places with predetermined toppings in the future.

I’ve been around the block with pizza, and Dominos is the best. The best of the best? Dominos in Pacific Beach. The manager, Mark, rocks. He cares for his customers and takes pride in this delicious pizza he’s serving! Molly, she always has the most welcoming attitude to everyone who walks in their door. And I haven’t met a single driver who didn’t rock just as hard as this pizza does in my belly. Thanks PB Dominos.

Just went there and got two $ 5.99 pizzas. the pizza was decent cracker thin the way I like it. I don’t usually order there. my mom really likes it and she’s in town,
I asked for cracked red pepper and Parmesan cheese because that’s what my mother asked for and they wanted to charge for it. Im giving them 2 stars based on their business practice of charging for condiments! ridiculous I’ll never go there again

Last night my boyfriend and I got two pizzas and garlic cheese bread delivered to our apartment. It was super disappointing considering our pizzas were inedible. They tasted almost like metal. We had to throw them away. We will not be ordering from here again.

The best Dominos I’ve ever had. Ordered for delivery and they came early. Frank the driver was so nice. Everything tastes awesome. Best hangover cure! Thanks Dominos!

Friendly service, and a great pizza. I’m not just sayin’ that. Obliterated 5 out of 8 slices of a Large all by myself right here tonight. It was that good. I just ran the math, and we’re talking about 62.5% of a Large Domino’s pizza, in one sitting. Never slowed down along the way. I’d post a photo of the box with only 37.5% of a pizza remaining, but I’m not sure if the Unilocalers would vote that as «Very Helpful», and I have my reputation to protect.
Point is, they make their pizzas good here on Garnet. Charger’s night, so you know they’re busy, but they still made a quality pie me.
And a bargain. Monday-​Thursday 7.99 carryout deal is what got me in there tonight.

For fast pizza, the PAN is where it’s at! When you order the pan pizza, it comes in a sleek black box, however, you can only order it in the medium size.
If it’s possible for where you are going to be eating the pizza, I recommend picking it up. We live close by, so I just walk there and save nearly $ 3 delivery fee and whatever tip you would give…
For $ 13, we usually get the pan Hawaiian (ham and pineapple) with a two liter of soda.
This location has a smaller parking lot, but I’ve never had a problem finding a spot for those times where I drove to pick up the pizza.
If you download the Dominos app to your phone, it will give you the play by play of the status of your pizza being made.
The employees are friendly and they all hustle. This location is well managed and kept clean. They also have always gotten my order out right on time, which is good for those times where you go in starving after you place your order!

Have tried to give this place multiple chances over the past year and they fail every time.
Delivery always takes longer than they say, never get the order right, the pizza always is cold (and honestly never that good). Also they have forgot to bring items on multiple occassions, then can never give me a refund but only «credit»
Safe to say I’m never going to use this location or establishment again.
Advise everyone to do the same.

Dislike all around from beginning to end. All I wanted was a quick cheap pizza for work. After picking this Dominos… I regret it.
Ordering online was okay. That is why I gave it 2 stars. I like the tracker.
Delivery guy was okay. I ordered garlic sauce and it was not delivered. I explained that to him and he didn’t care.
Pizza itself was hot. LOADED with garlic. WAAAAAAY too much. Also half my ingredients were on the other half of the pizza. Not happy at all. I will not be coming back… ever!
