Horrible service… there were only two people«working» there and I had to pretty much tell them what to do, too bad thats the only subway near my location but deffenitely not going back. Please #subway #trainyourstaff its a shame for the franchise to have people like that working there

Young guy that works in this branch is so friendly. Always says welcome and asks how your day is going. I am very picky about my sandwich and he makes it with a smile! Always a pleasure coming here when he is working.

This subway has the same feel like the rest of them. Service is slow… but eh, it’s 6 bucks.

The Employees were friendly, but I think there is poor management here. I ordered a subway club and they were out of roast beef. I asked for pepper jack cheese and they were out. I went to get a drink and there was no ice and the soda coming out was warm. They said the machine was broken. I know none of these were the employees faults and it comes down to the poor management and the franchisee. Store #3393 #subway

Usually no line in the early morning. Good got quick meals that fill you up. However Subway didn’t used to be so expensive

Trashy place. All of the tables are full of crumbs and left overs and trash on floor. Non of the staff bothered to clean while I was there. They only have two people and they are constantly flirting with each other.

I have visited this Subway location on several occasions at different times of the day and it’s pretty much a hit/miss on service + quality. I would recommend going during non-busy hours. For example: Don’t go doing rush hour lunch because typically your sandwich would be rushed and sloppy from my personal experience. And, I don’t recommend going in the late evening because the selection is very limited. In fact, this evening I went and only 3 bread selections were available and the store wasn’t even closing soon(had another 3 hours before closing!) The vegetables selection was not restocked and did not look fresh so I didn’t select my usual«vegetables» I get for my sandwich. Despite the minus stars, Subway is still one of my go-to locations for an inexpensive, filling and a more healthier alternative compared to fast food.

Shame on the owner of this franchise… yes you, the one across from SDCCU… I was in here yesterday, when it was over 90 degrees outside and: 1. Both doors were open to the restaurant allowing intense heat to come in to the small establishment. Inside, it was JUSTASHOTASITWASOUTSIDE, if not HOTTER! 2. When you have FRESHPRODUCE in your establishment, do you not think it would be WISE for said establishment to be COOL so there’s not a ridiculous amount of bacteria growing on the food you are serving your customers!(Unfortunately that tidbit didn’t even occur to me until I had already ordered and left… or I wouldn’t have ordered ANYTHING…) 3. While the employee that made my sandwich was wearing gloves, they were CONSTANTLY wiping SWEAT that was pouring down their face on their ARM, and then returning to making sandwiches. REALLY? That’s disgusting. Not sure if this location has air conditioning, but the condition the employees were being subjected to is an unsafe work environment. I’m surprised I didn’t see any of them pass out from heatstroke in the place… PS — Quit putting so much hot sauce or whatever it is in your guacamole. It’s TOOHOT!

I usually get the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich on wheat or Italian herb bread. I feel bad getting a meatball marinara I like adding all the veggies on the sub as well. It breaks my heart seeing the poor sandwich artist try to close up and properly wrap the sandwich without breaking apart. I miss those 5 dollar footlong days. Currently they have that $ 6 sub deal going on but not everything is that price. I love their cookies here. Raspberry cheesecake or chocolate chip never let me down. And of course I always get 3 cookies.

Thank you for getting a new credit card machine and coffee pot. It was a smooth check out and the coffee was hot. One other thing: my favorite subway toasts the egg and cheese sandwiches for 45 seconds. You guys do it for 35. And I have to tell the employees each time to make it 45. It would be better if they just knew to do it automatically. You’re definitely moving in the right direction, though. And I really appreciate the VolunteerMatch standups on the tables. Thanks for supporting our local food bank.

This subway is hit or miss with service and quality. It’s right by my work, so it has become a convenient lunch option. If you have the subway app; you can order/pay via the app and pick up your food at a designated time. This is definitely a great feature in this strip mall, as everyone in the business park comes to this area for lunch. Again, the food and service are very spotty at this location, so one day you will have what you ordered and it will taste good and come with a smile. Another day(the exact opposite is true.

Came in around 10pm & the guy who made my sub wasn’t that friendly. So one star off for that. No «please, thank you or welcome to subway!» Also they ran out of bread and the only ones left were honey oat or wheat. I always get jalapeño cheddar so I was disappointed about that. And no more cookies?! Soooo lame. My sub came out super yummy and mostly everything was fresh. I got the«5 dolla footlong» Black Forest ham. Oh & they charge a dollar something to toast your sub. pricey! I used to come here during lunch rush. big mistake! It gets crazy packed from 11am-1245ish.

Where is the meat? Stuff is sliced so thin you can see through it same with the cheese.

Came in during the lunch rush and my order was completed with accuracy, efficiency, and generosity(they let me have my extra olives and banana peppers). Customer service was great and pleasantly surprised that it went so well. I’ll have to come another time to confirm this.

I have to agree with the above posters, I was disappointed that they gave me that premade bacon in the box-type for a BLT, too bad, didn’t taste that great. And they couldn’t even give me 2 ounces of hot water for some baby formula. Unheard of in the«restaurant» business, but guess that is why they are losing to other better sandwich shops. Won’t waste my 5 bucks next time.

Like all the other Subways. I realized how they can make their sandwiches $ 5 though, the meat gets thinner and thinner each time. I recommend going for a chicken sub because they don’t come sliced!

I love Subway, but they did short me on the amount of meat that comes with the Club. Not sure if the girl was new or not.

Im sure everyone has had subways so there’s nothing really to review except the location. Parking always sucks in that lot cuz there’s one way lanes and so many stores and a food court. The staff is friendly and there’s only about 4, 5 tables inside, but you can always sit outside at the food court. Its always nice to go here when i feel like i need to eat some veggies.

5 dollar foot long should mean 5 dollars not 5.50 plus tax. And if u are out of the meat i ask for(which is on the 5 dollar menu) please notify me that my second choice will cost more especially when the staff makes the recommendation of the alternative choice… And why does the old bitter lady need to always make my sandwich? If u hate your job then quit there is absolutely no need to throw my change down on the counter. I love subway as a whole but this one is defiantly a weak link in the chain.
