I never paid so much to eat so bad! Horrible soup and salad! Vinaigrette is made of some regular cooking oil ewwww! Pasta fagioli soup was overcooked. It was just watered tomato sauce with pasta and beans, both overcooked. Salad+soup = $ 17.17
Lesson learned! Never coming back or recommending this place.

This is a very dishonest restaurant. If you order foods for delivery, make sure you check your order when it arrived. I have such a bad experience here. First, the person who took order had hard time understanding English. Then the order came more than one hour. Next the order was missing drink I ordered. I called and spoke to the manager. He asked if I want my money back or wait to get my drink. I told him I didn’t want to wait another hour for my drink. I prefer to get the money back. He said he would call his driver to return my money. Yet I waited for 30 minutes with no avail. What a great way to ruin someone’s night Trevi employees.

I ordered their garlic herb chicken con broccoli Alfredo sauce which was very tasty. Bare in mind, it takes 45−1hr for delivery so plan ahead and they do specify their delivery time on their menu. The portion, I felt, was generous in amount. The food was still warm upon consumption.

This place is so horrible.
I’m vacationing in San Diego for a few days and my family just wanted to order pizza for dinner. Everyone kept asking «where’s the pizza?» So my dad finally called and asked where it was a little more than an hour after he initially called. They said it should be there any minute.
30 – 40 minutes after that call the pizza came. (I guess 30 – 40 min was their definition of any minute)
I’m not exaggerating just because of the poor service by the way. But this was the worst pizza I’ve ever had.

I am currently staying in a nearby hotel on Hotel Circle South, and this flier was under my door the other day. We decided to order a pizza, Caesar salad, breadsticks, wings and soda combo to be delivered. We ordered at 7:00pm and were told 45 – 60 minutes. At 8:30 we called since we had not received our order, and they told us it’d be a bit longer. Ten minutes later it arrived, and everything was cold. The pizza tasted fine, but the wings were not spectacular, and they didn’t include the ranch (or the extra ranch) we asked for. Breadsticks were literally just giant rolled pieces of dough that have been baked; there isn’t any kind of garlic, cheese, butter, seasoning or anything else detectable on them. I highly suggest finding somewhere else to order from, because I am extremely disappointed.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering here. All I can say is YIKES! The lady who took my order gave the bdelivery lady the wrong address. I called back and asked her name, Alisa is what she told me, who knows! Was not apologetic for her mistake at all. The food was not good, I got the chicken Marsala and it probably included about 4 ½ mushrooms all together! Who is running the kitchen at this place? Anyway, I could go on about my husbands order, but I don’t have the gusto.

Best Italian food for a very affordable price!!! Try the chicken florentina or chicken pesto pizza

We had a family function there yesterday, and considering there were about 40 of us, I thought they did a fantastic job. Special requests were handled without question, and they were kid-​friendly also. The food was good, hot and timely; and I agree with several reviews, both bread appetizers were exceptional.

Believe the other reviewers when they say don’t go here. Please.
My husband remembered how good the food was ‘back in the day” and decided to treat us to dinner. I was excited because he’d been talking about this place for months and we finally go there!
Upon walking in we were invited to seat ourselves which wasn’t hard to do because we were the only patrons there anyway. (Red Flag #1)
Hubby ordered the lasagna. I ordered the calamari as an entrée. Before the food came we were given a basket of rolls. I doubt they are freshly made. They look, feel, and taste like frozen rolls but they go well with the pesto. More on that in a minute.
When the food came hubby’s was great. His lasagna was hot and cooked to perfection. It tastes pretty good too! My calamari was burnt and looked like it had been fried in old oil. As someone who has spent a fair amount of time frying up this and that, I know what old oil look and tastes like.
I chose to send my food back when the waitress asked if everything was ok. I explained what was wrong and waited for them to fix it.
What happened next was just ri-​damn-​diculous. Instead of re-​doing my whole order, the cook fried a few pieces of new calamari and mixed them in with a few of the pieces from the plate I sent back, like I wouldn’t notice! Like seriously? I had 5 – 7 pieces that were lightly-​fried, edible and had been fried in clean oil. The rest of the calamari had grease grime and grit all on it and it was the color of Pepsi. Come on now.
The entrée came with a big bowl of red sauce and I requested some pesto on the side. I’m so glad I ordered that pesto. If I hadn’t I would have left that place as hungry as I was when I got there.
The pesto was really good. I dipped the rolls I mentioned earlier in this review in the pesto and that was delicious! If I’m ever forced to go here again, that’s what I’m ordering; Pesto and rolls.
Anyway, a police officer came in while we were there. The ENTIRE restaurant was empty except us, the waitress, and cook. Yet the officer chose to move a table and squeeze into a tight spot right next to us. Talk about uncomfortable. A quick glance around the walls of the restaurant reveals the association of the restaurant with the community, IMO.
I know I won’t go back there ever again. Hubby is on his own with this one.

Delivery took hour and a half. When the food gets here burnt pizza and burned calamari. When I’ve been arguing with the guy on the phone. He has promised me to give me my money back which I paid full price for a $ 30. Horrible customer service and they are big liars do not order from them. Do not order. Attention do not order. If you don’t want to be upset. Then don’t order. This place is really bad.

The service usually sucks here, but the food is delicious! The bruschetta is absolutely delectable, and the philly cheese steaks are scrumptious as well. So yea, I just wish the female servers would pull the sticks out of their asses and start treating their customers with respect.

The food here is pretty good. I have eaten both at the restaurant and had food delivered to my house. Delivery is free with a $ 20 purchase so I usually order a salad, a pasta, a drink, and dessert and that all adds up to 20.
I’m giving a four star review because they do take a long time to get food out to you both at the restaurant and delivery. I’m not sure how many people they have working there but it seems like a small family business.
The good thing is the food is always fresh and delicious.

We just moved in nearby. Exhausted, overwhelmed and starving, we chose to have some food delivered. We had driven by several times during the move and I saw that they had delivery trucks. I thought to myself «they must be really good to have so many delivery vehicles». After eating this «food», I don’t know how they stay in business. We ordered lasagna and chicken wings. The lasagna tasted like Chef Boyardee and the wings were hard and cold. The pasta was lukewarm but it came in a foil container so I couldn’t put it in the microwave. In these circumstances, I wouldn’t have been opposed to spaghetti o’s but this was worse. And cost about a dozen times more. Never again. Oh, and the breadsticks that came with it were rock hard and cold. Gross.

Well, my mom and I are here on vacation! We had a night at the hotel to relax so thought we would order a pizza! There were several choices but picked this place! What a mistake!!!
It was cold, dough was not cooked all the way, ham was burnt barely any sauce! The worst pizza I’ve ever (not) eaten!!! –5 stars

To quote comic book guy, «Worst Place Ever!». I ordered a Caesar Salad (Hearts of romaine lettuces, herbs, croutons, shaved Parmesan cheese with our homemade Caesar dressing. Served with homemade bread), Spaghetti Meatballs (Spaghetti with meatballs and homemade marinara sauce), Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, (Chicken and shrimp with rigatoni pasta in a pancetta bacon Parmesan sauce).
Let’s break this down:
Caesar Salad (Hearts of romaine lettuces, herbs, croutons, shaved Parmesan cheese with our homemade Caesar dressing. Served with homemade bread.
Here is what we got, chopped romaine lettuce, no herbs, stale croutons, no Parmesan cheese, and a packet of Caesar dressing.
Spaghetti Meatballs (Spaghetti with meat balls and homemade marinara sauce),
Here is what we got, over cooked spaghetti, three very small meatballs, and water-​downed marinara sauce that tasted like it was out of a can.
Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, (Chicken and shrimp with rigatoni pasta in a pancetta bacon parmesan sauce).
Here is what we got, under cooked rigatoni pasta, about 2oz of chicken nibbles, pancetta bacon parmesan sauce that was ok, but tasted of garlic, and 2.5 shrimps with the tail and shell still on.
The «garlic bread» that came with the food, was dry, stale, and not good.
I have driven by this place many times, wanting to try it. I’m very sad to say; that Trevi is staffed by very lazy cooks, and the amounts of chicken, shrimp, and meatballs is not worthy of the cost of the plates.
Sadly, I picked up my food, and it was not worth eating nor driving back to return it. However, If I ate there, I would have sent the food back, refused to pay, and walked out.
Save your time and money, do not eat here.

Save your time save your money & miss out on the frustration. I unfortunately choose to order delivery from them. Pretty simple sausage, pepperoni & mushrooms with an order of hot wings & 2 ltr diet coke. I only had to call them 4 times before receiving my order 2 ½ hours later. The wings were BBQ not «hot» wings, the pizza was like cardboard & cold. But they couldn’t even get the diet coke correct. They did make a big deal out of giving me an $ 8.00 discount oh boy!
I’ll chew off one of my fingers before I’d eat something they made.

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would… They delivered our food and hour after the 45 minute estimate, and it was freezing cold (pretty sure the delivery man was doing drugs on the way because he was super sketchy and the food was freezing) when I called in to let them know they said the only option they had for me was to return to get my pizzas and then I would have to wait for them to deliver a new one… What a joke.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I saw this when we arrived at holiday inn in San Diego. Ordered two pizzas for the family via phone. The order was taken and the pizza never delivered. My revenge… I called holiday inn and will never see their stupid fliers again.
You guys suck!!!

This is one instance when I wish Unilocal had an option to give 0 stars. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve the one star.
First off, the lady taking my order on the phone was rude and didn’t sound professional at all. She said my pizza would be delivered in 40 mins or less. After AN HOUR AND A HALF of waiting we finally get the pizza and tip the delivery guy generously despite the wait time. We opened the pizza and discovered that they forgot to add the anchovies that we paid for. We open the salad and start eating some of it before finding a huge fly in one of the salad leaves. Disgusted with our delivery I called back asking to get some kind of refund but was denied because their manager wasn’t in the store.
Please save yourself the $ 30 and just go somewhere else with decent customer service. Definitely would not come back ever.
