They have great service and a good selection. They were open tonight until 10 pm, NOT 9 like Unilocal said you might want to check. I love their Sunday’s! Great place good service, recommend!

Horrible customer service. Management is ridiculous! Place is dirty, filthy. I recommend going anywhere else but this Baskin Robbins. Should be closed for business!

Warning if you are allergic to bees do not go here. There are a swarm of bees in the lights and some are coming down into the store. I went here to get some ice cream and looked up as I walked in the door and saw literally a hundred or more bees.

Drove up at 10:35 am on Saturday 6÷6÷15 and the store was closed. The hours listed online is daily from 10am to 10 pm. No one answered the phone and the chairs were stacked up on top of the tables.

I’m giving only one star to this location all because of one employee. We usually have great service here but tonight was one time I was truly disappointed. The girl that helped me was clearly annoyed with me when The coupon she told me I couldn’t use actually could be used. I tried to be nice and explain why I was able to use it but she just handed me my changed slammed the cash drawer and walked away while I was still standing there.

Decent service! This location gave us big scoops, which I like. It can seem a little cramped if it’s crowded like it was when I went, on a late Saturday evening. Make sure to check the newspaper ads, check online, or sign up for their email newsletter for coupons! I used a buy-​one-​get-​one-​free cone coupon that was emailed to me and they accepted the mobile version. I would come back again!

I used to order a lot of ice cream cakes from this place. I thought the online feature was very convenient and the prices were decent, not too expensive for an ice cream cake. However, back in October I ordered a cake from here. A couple hours later I called the store and asked to cancel my order. The girl on the phone was very polite and told me it was ok to cancel the order since the cake wasn’t suppose to be ready for a few more days.
A few weeks later, I noticed the bill was charged to my account anyway. When I called to complain, the manager told me I would have to contact my bank account because they hadn’t received the money yet. When I called my bank, they said the money had already been transferred. I emailed the company and so far nothing has happened. I wasted $ 30 on a cake I never got. It’s been five months and so far no effort to compensate me for their mistake.

This place is the best. I try and take my kids there on the sundays after Bonelli Park.
Nice thing is its quiet and hidden so we don’t have to wait and my kids are kind of loud so thats a plus.
The lady there is sweet and gives my son tasters to help make up his mind.
I love going there.

They close at 10pm but start putting away their ice cream around 945pm. I get the desire to get things done and go home early but maybe they should start slowly changing their slogan on the sign at 930. 28 flavors. At 935 22 flavors.
In any case, they said they were out of most of their ice cream and then admitted that they had just put them away. Annoying.

The hours of operation on Unilocal say they are open til 11pm. I drove 4 miles out of my way to get ice cream and they were closed. I call to see what time they closed and the kid that answered the phone on sat April 26th answered the phone unprofessional and hung up I me after rudely telling me they closed at 10pm. You should really put the correct hours of operation and find employees that aren’t so rude!!! 2 thumbs down for you guys! Thanks Legends in Glendora for my root beer freeze you saved the night!

I always forget this place is here. I was going to eat at Red Robin, when I saw Baskin Robbins. I deliberately parked my car at 31 flavors, so that I wouldn’t forget to get a scoop after dinner. This place was quite full and there was no seating available. The workers were fast and kind. The quality of my rocky road was just as i expected… perfect

Even though the Claremont location is closer to me, I choose to drive to the San Dimas location. It’s always clean and the parking is very convenient. Plus they’re always playing good music.
The people who work there are always friendly. I once got there at a few minutes before closing and even though they were already sweeping up, the girl motioned us to come in and she was very polite and happy to serve us. I thought she was going to give us attitude, but nope, she was very nice and she let us sit there and did not rush us out.

After driving to 2 other Baskin Robbins on Alosta that were permanently closed, we finally got to this San Dimas location at 9:57PM and the door was locked. The young man mopping the floor said they close at 10 and I showed him on my phone that it was 9:57PM. What a jerk! Guess good help is hard to find.

I must say, this particular Baskin Robbins had an old-​time feel to it, I really enjoyed the experience; the staff was very helpful and the selections were great. There were kids in the store, and they were glad anxious to have some Good Ice Cream on a Hot Day, there was a traditional atmosphere to the place and the pictures on the wall made me feel very comfortable and excited to eat there. Parking was great also, however my only compliant was that the store wasn’t advertised good enough so that we could see it from the street. In fact, if me and my wife hadn’t been walking around the area we wouldn’t have noticed the store. But overall, we enjoyed our Ice Cream and the experience with it.
