It says 24 hour drive thru! Yet here it is 5am, and there are pallets and garbage bins blocking the drive they, to make it OBVIOUS that they ARENOT open!

The manager here(Janette I think) is very nice and always tells her employees that I want extra ketchup before I even get to the counter. The place is kept clean, and it’s quiet enough to do some work here. Most of the employees are friendly, and the service is quick. I would have given 5 stars if not for the high price(which is not the fault of this location specifically) and the fact that I sometimes get home to find that there’s no cheese on my burgers. Always check for cheese before you leave, otherwise it’s a great place to eat.

No toilet paper in the bathroom. I was given some and told the homeless take it. My impression was that saving money was more important than giving good service and properly stocked bathrooms. Imagine how much business tje homeless might offer if the toilet paper were available… might even pay for the toilet paper and make a profit. Theessage to me was… …we can’t be bothered, andaybe I should avoid this place that has poor ratings otherwise anyway. I would suggest you put lots of paper in the bathrooms or risk losing even more of your obviously not very happy existing customers. I am very unlikely to want to return here. Go elsewhere for better food and bathrooms

My local Carl’s Jr. Yaaaay! It’s okay! Drive through for the past 4years and I have never ever been inside, no need to anyways. Good service just don’t order their salad it’s always old and stinky and I learned my lesson about the 3rd time lol but other than that if you order just a meat patty make sure you ask for either kids or large cause sometimes I order a meat patty for my dog and they give me kids for the price of the adult which is $ 2.19 it’s crazy! The little kids one is supperrrr small, not worth $ 2 my little cup size chiwawa barely gets full lol

If I could give 0 stars I would fist of all because lack of communication because they got our order wrong and charged us 30 $ for 3 burgers… When we asked why she(janette) gave us attitude and was like because of what you ordered and then she supposedly fixed the order and when we drove off we where in the drive thru btw, she still gave us the wrong burger not coming back.

When you go go Carl’s you expect some level of consistency, especially on the taste of the food. Well, I stopped in for a teriyaki burger and when I took a bite, I couldn’t believe that there was maple syrup on the bun of my burger?! Was this a mistake or does Carl’s Jr really think that maple syrup can pass for teriyaki sauce? Seriously!!!

Food Poisoning… Filty Carls jr… Went to the drive thru at around 12 pm and ordered a natural burger this last Thursday, from the start the young girls voice thru the microphone sounded unprofessional and«other side of the tracks» in the way she repeated my order and told me to «pull up right now». When i pulled around to the window both of the young female employees were at the window talking to 3 other young men in a car laughing and carrying on. Got the burger and consumed it. Food poisoning is the worst… at around 6am all the symptoms appeared without getting into 2 much detail it was the sickest i have ever been. Something was amiss bigtime. Dont know if this was a purposeful act on account i messed up these girls party at the drive thru window or that they are uneducated, undertrained employees that need walking papers. I believe the manager is named Janet… well Janet what kind of dive are you running… time to clean ship… the investigation now begins…

normally i love carls, but this location does not have me sold. you might ask why not and it is because the employees simply do not put in enough effort to make the food taste good. i spent 12 bucks here the other day and the burger they gave me was cold, the meat was not cooked well it almost turned me off from trying the burger. but then i had it at another location and it was 100x better. i would normally let things like this go, but i was the ONLY customer there at the time, so you tell me, theres no justification for mediocre food

I hate to do a poor review for any business but i must with this one in hopes Constantine, the owner, will work towards fixing this. He had always been so supportive but he ignores a glaring problem. The morning shift supervisor seems to hate customers and keeps the dining room locked in the morning when it should be open. She has kept it closed for as much as an hour and half a when the sign says it should be open. she never answers questions nicely. I asked what came on the combo breakfast plater. she said that the plater does not come as a combo. I pointed to menu showing it has two prices one is listed a combo. she said I was wrong. I told her to look at what the board menu says. She replied thatshe did not care and if I was going to order I needed to do it now. I orderd and she told me no coffee was available. she said machine is broke. I mentioned that Constantine should be aware of the machine being broke and i asked if it was to be repaired soon. She said she does not care. I went to Jack in the Box instead when walking out she started laughing and saying n spanish how much she does not care i eat there or not. Contantine knows me from past issues and he solved them all except the for retraining or removing this nasty rude lady running the show in the mornings.

One of my favorite Carls Jr. I always experienced good customer service here. In the few years I have come the only problems I had was the sodas being flat one time and long lines in the drive-thru. They almost always have a 2 for $ 5 deal and a $ 1 deal.

Absolutely horrible service! Waited in the drive thru for nearly 15 mins to be greeted very poorly by Rossy and literally have money snatched from my hand… I came here only cause I had a coupon… but needless to say this will be the final time. Carl’s Jr really needs to evaluate they’re employees before they hire them. Very disappointed!

Went through the drive thru. I get to the window and the girl just looks at me. Never said hi, never repeated my order, never gave me my total. Just looked at me with a blank stare. So, I decided to make the first move! Lol. I said hi and gave her my ATM card. She didn’t say hi back– lol I guess I already had a feeling. Ok, whatever. She hands me my drink and I said thank you. She never said anything! Nothing! At that point I was like, wow this is awful. Why does she work here! This was by far the worst drive thru fast food chain I have ever been to. I will not be back to this location. Their customer service needs a lot of fine tuning! I guess the empty parking lot during lunch rush hour should have warned me to go somewhere else!

It’s fast food, so temper your expectations regarding taste. However 4 Stars for the service, at least during lunch. The crew was very nice, friendly, and pleasant. The woman, Maggy, who brought our orders to the table was nice too, anticipating our needs, and coming back asking if we needed anything. Very glad and refreshing to see this level of service in a fast food joint.

One of my favorite burgers at Carl’s Jr is the Guacamole Bacon Six Dollar Burger! There’s something about guacamole, bacon, mayo and pepper jack cheese on Carl’s Jr’s huge tasty Black Angus Beef Patty that just screams PERFECTION! When you order this masterpiece in a combo, do yourself a favor and substitute onion rings, criss cut fries or zucchini instread of the regular fries! You’re gonna enjoy life much more without those gross natural cut fries, and they won’t even charge you extra! Ok, i’ve been staring at the screen so long i wanna eat my monitor! Damn that burger looks Good!
