Wendy’s

Drive thru ordering was easy and receipt and payment correct, but I felt rushed when asked for missing straws. Then only after I left, found out one of the ordered fries was missing too. Rest of order was prepared ok, but the mistakes in delivering the order as on the receipt is not acceptable. Called restaurant after discovering the problem and the manager was minimally apologetic and offered nothing more but to provide the paid-​for missing fries if I returned. I usually like Wendy’s but service at this location is lacking so beware.

3 stars because the service in the drive thru was great and the employees were friendly and nice…

The cod fish sandwich was deplorable, hard and stale, and tasted old. I threw most of it away.
The fries were soft and Luke warm and the bread looked like it was the last one in the bread bag. Great new modern look for the building but the food quality was sad and poor. Save you money. And go to Fat burger across the street, no fish but you can get a turkey burger.

Best restaurant in the fast food category. I really like all their food. It never dissapoints.

Ate at this location and probably won’t again. Buns were stale and the burger tasted so old. Fries were raw and cold like they hardly even touched the fryer. SUPER disappointed.

Your «Drive-​through Personnel «is very impatient, rude and probably high. He didn’t know the difference between juice and fruit punch. No «Thank you». No «you’re welcome «- NOTHING. Then to find that children’s meals cost what they do without any fruit or dessert. Wow… so disappointed. McDonald’s service and food is SO much better.

This store never provides dipping sauces no how many times I ask for them. How am I supposed to add flavor to these bland chicken nuggets? This has happened more than once. I didn’t think it would become a repeating issue, but clearly this location hates everyone who wants sweet n sour sauce.

My burger is a mess it tastes like a stale sauce and it’s very cold and soaked wet on one half… I cannot eat this burger it’s nasty to taste… Not the way it suppose to… I took a bite and threw it out immediately… And im very-​very hungry… =(I will save the burger for a closer examination.
The drive-​through guy was giving me a weird look… Like alpha-​male… Trying to figure which one of us is dominant… By starring too focused too long with an unpleasant facial expression… I think these guys need a major inspection…
I’ll give them a ring tomorrow and get my money back…

My sister & I went to eat here & took 30mins just for chicken nuggets! When I asked how long it would take they look at me & prepared it in front of me, when it had been sitting in the frier for 10mins. The cooks were fighting with the cashiers, ALSO they were skipping orders. EVERYTHING WAS SO UNORGANIZED!

I haven’t been here in years, and it seems the years have not been good to this place. The neighborhood must have gotten dangerous, cause now they have security guard around the clock. The food still taste the same, and the service was fair, but it’s not the nice Wendy’s it once was. Still, if you’re looking for a quick bite, not a bad place to stop by and eat.

Great food, super friendly staff especially being on sepulveda blvd, they have some characters come in but the staff is always friendly. I’ve never even seen them crack under the pressure. Drive thru staff great too. EVERYTIME!!!

I went through the drive thru on a Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. The gentleman named Markus that took my order listened without interrupting and repeated my order back correctly. He was friendly and very polite. You don’t get that a lot these days. Also, everything was correct when I checked in the bag. It makes me happy to choose a business and the staff seems to appreciate that you did! Excellent job Wendy’s and Markus!

I love Wendy’s. Their fresh burgers and ridiculously salty fries make it my first choice for days when calories don’t matter.
THIS Wendy’s doesn’t do the rest of them justice. My first experience here I waited 20 minutes in the drive through when I was the second car in line. I love Wendy’s so much I gave them a second chance today and got food poisoning.
The only reason I didn’t give it one star is because I love all the other Wendy’s locations too much.

Don’t eat here often as I try to watch what I eat. But went tonight to cheat. Ordered a son of baconator combo.
Got the meal extremely quick. Very fast service. Only negative was I wasn’t given any ketchup and only realized it when I got home.

I mean I know it’s wendys and you’re working the drive thru at 1130pm — but would it kill you to be even the tiniest bit friendly? Seriously guy. I think the conversation went:

And then nothing else.
Like I said I know it’s fast food so I’m not expecting 5 star service by any means. But Jesus Christ man, I’d rather just talk to a robot. Maybe it’s time for a new job.

I’ve never been inside but based of the reviews here i don’t ever intend to. lol I use the drive thru and service is always fast. Like seriously fast. I order, drive to the window and my food is ready. They’ve always got my order right and have yet to fail me. For that… 4 Stars!

I remember the days when this was a shiny, lick the ground as you please «Wendy’s» but… time has warped it and I suppose it’s a little beat up these days. Still, the ¼ burger and Chocolate Frosty and Fries are as good as they’ve ever been anywhere else, maybe even better here than elsewhere. I’ve been at this Wendy’s off-​and-​on for thirty years and I’m glad I can depend on fulfilling my dirty cravings when nature’s calling, I’ll come here in a heartbeat a thousand times before I’d go to Crack Donald’s once. And that extra something I like about this place… They actually send a guy around asking if everything’s okay, if you need utensils, or salt, or an additional cup. Really nice polite guy. I think that’s so super. #cheapeats

Absolutely disgusting. Found two bugs in my salad. If I found two, I can imagine how much bugs are in other food or the entire batch. Never going here again.
