They wouldn’t let me add a tomato to a breakfast sandwich. Huh? Don’t get it how hard is that.

Ordering from fast food places is such a guilty pleasure of mine. The commercial stated you’ll receive a free order of medium fries with a new crafted sandwich. I ordered the pico guacamole chicken sandwich, you get to choose out of three different types of bread. I ordered a Coke, thank goodness that was only one dollar. Thank goodness I got the medium fries for free. The sandwich was disgusting. It was just such a disappointment to open up my bag, open up my box to see a small chicken sandwich. Lol. Why is McDonald’s still in business? Because they get us with the free medium fries and the $ 1 Coke LOL
I’m rating it two stars because they have wonderful customer service there

This McDonald’s is useless.
I asked for the fruit and maple oatmeal and what do you know no fruit and maple on my oatmeal. These guys need to learn how to read.

I’m kinda disappointed with this McDonald’s. I was craving an Oreo McFlurry, so I came to get one, BUT was disappointed that it turned out to be just a damn vanilla ice cream in a cup. The top of the McFlurry was covered with only crumbs of Oreo’s but as I got a bit further it was just vanilla ice cream. I just paid for vanilla ice cream!!! Ggrrrrr!

This is the worst place. Food was okay. Had bad experience. Ordered a two sausage Mc muffins and got something totally different. Did want to send back cause i waited long for any order

Worst experience ever. Went to drive thru for breakfast. Insanely slow. Then when I get to window they tell me to go park in the lot and wait for my food. I wait… and wait… nothing. I tell a guy I’m waiting and he says he will bring it right out. Nothing. I go inside after 15minutes and they tell me that they are STILL making it. In the mean time, about 20−30other people have come and gone. Now I remember why we NEVER go to McDonald’s. So much for FAST FOOD. This place sucks.

The Sweet Tea and drinks are still only $ 1!!! … My local McD’s in NoHo is regular price. So I was super excited to find they still offer their drinks ESPECIALLY the sweet tea for just a buck. You have to try the sweet tea here cuz it tastes much better than other places. I went to a McD’s in burbank and the tea was horrible (maybe it was old). The customer service here is great too, although I jus use he drive-​thru.

I literally had the worst experience here, and I have had some pretty bad experiences at Mcdonalds because of rude staff. You guys want 15 $ an hour to be rude to people and act like you are above work? I couldn’t believe how rude the people who work AT MCDONALDS were, like I am coming here to pay you to put together a burger for me. You don’t need to have attitude about that, ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY COULDN’T DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I literally got out of my car because they were acting like they wouldn’t serve me because THEY messed up my order. If you guys want to have an attitude when you’re working for minimum wage, at McDonalds of all places, that’s fine. But I personally don’t think any of the people who «helped» me today deserve even 5 $ an hour because their clear lack of customer service is hilarious. The fact that they treated me so poorly is also hilarious, hey if you’re miserable working for Mcdonalds at 40+, maybe you should have actually learned a trade and worked somewhere meant for people who aren’t complete idiots. That job is created for a student in high school, not a rude middle aged woman who can’t hardly work at mcdonalds correctly. I would give no stars if that were an option.

Excelent customer service I love this location. everyone is very friendly smiling and make you feel welcome especially the Manager Milenka. I want to personally thank you Milenka :)

I would honestly give 0 stars if I could. All I wanted was a sweet tea and I couldn’t get it simply because none of the three managers that were there wanted to make it. I know this because one of the employees was willing to make it but the managers were pressuring him not to. My boyfriend asked for the corporate number and ended up getting shood of as if he were a fly by manager (Analia). Worst customer service ever.

Just went and it was the worst experience the manager Fatima and employee on register yesenia was very in professional, when we placed our order we repeated it 3 times and when we got our ice cream they weren’t dipped and they were very rude and said that we did not say that when it was repeated 3 times and, as a manager Fatima should be setting the example and coach yesenia to listen to the customer and not be disrespectful, and act professional around customers.

Screw all the negative reviews this place is amazing! Great costumer service and very quick process on the food. Got my order done before even finishing paying ! They also have a very friendly Boss !

This McDonalds literally blew my mind. Being the fat kid I am, returning home from another LA Kings game, my friend and I stopped in for celebratory Quarter Pounders… Since diabetes isn’t a real thing anyways.
After marveling at the sliding automated doors, and the blinding white flare from the luminescent lights faded I found myself standing not in some dilapidated food processing line but a hip, urban, take out place.
Soft lighting, modern furniture and architecture, complemented by subtle lounge music I found myself in awe that a place like this can exist in a pit stain like Van Nuys.
4 stars only because, let’s face it it’s still McDonalds and I probably shaved 3 years off my life eating here.

Very clean… updated. but some things never change. Some how ordered the #4 and was charged 30 cents for coffee. The menu states that all breakfast meals comes with coffee.
Is it me or are there just a bunch of these business with hidden costs? Will not stand for it any longer

This McDonald’s has every quality that one can complain about! Staff is rude, everything is dirty, homeless people shower in the bathrooms and the orders are almost always wrong. It gets 5 stars however because whenever they make errors about my food, I never get less or the wrong thing I tend to get more! I get extra fries or burgers and I get random crap I never knew existed but hey im not going to complain. Throw every thing in there I’ll eat it haha. Last time I ordered 2 of the dollar sausage mcmuffins, normally these dont include the egg just cheese sausage and bread but both of mines came with egg. These nornally cost about 2 for 4 bucks but I got them for 2 for 2 dollars ;) yes yes yes! I’m loving it! Keep messing up McDonald’s, im enjoying how shitty this particular franchise is hahaha.

Customer service much better here than some of the neighbor McDonalds. Drive-​thru people always nice even late at night. Never got my order wrong. This location has 2 drive-​thru lanes. Small parking lot. Weird entrance. Pretty clean.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. First of all, it felt like an Arctic wasteland the moment I stepped in because they had the AC blasting in the middle of the night. Second, they took forever to prepare my simple mcflurry order. 1 simple item that takes seconds to make and they couldn’t get it ready within 15 minutes. The workers obviously looked stoned out of their minds which makes sense why it took so long for a simple order to be prepared.

Yes this location has been remodeled and is cleaner than most, but the service is substandard at best.
Note that I have never been inside but have gone to the drive thru multiple times. They have duel drive thrus to accommodate more cars. Problem is that the speaker volume is poor and cars fall out of order fast. This results in the drive through teams messing up orders and slowing down the process.
I blame the inefficiencies of this location solely on management.
Also, always check your order as they are batting around 50% with accuracy. Also always ask for extra sauces as they are not generous as most other burger joints.

Now this McDonald’s is a corporate McDonald’s.
The workers some of them are not so nice and rude. But not all of them.
Some are nice the place looks really clean and updated look so that is nice.
They have WIFI and there is a lot of WIFI Junkies there with the Laptops and what not. But hey if I did not have internet at school or home I probably be there as well! LOL
You need to watch out for their faulty soda fountain dispenser thingy. They have two and the one on the left will pour a lot of water into your cup when you go to get ice so if you need ice USE THE RIGHT ONE! Get it hehe the right one :-p
Now this is just your average 3 star but because of the updated more modern nice looking clean place I think it should be bumped up to 4 if they had a nice staff then could’ve been the perfect McDonald’s.
