DeCollision

Within the past couple of years I’ve had 3 separate hit and runs on the same side of my car so believe me when I say DeCollision has taken care of me the best. I was introduced to Jay (the owner) by a friend and upon meeting him he was super friendly, nice, and even empathized with my frustration knowing I had to go through this again. He set CLEAR expectations on repair time and what I can expect from my insurance company. Sure enough I got my car ON TIME just as he had promised. I find this a hard trait especially with body shops because the past two body shops I dealt with took their sweet time, I constantly had to chase them for my car. Jay was different, he kept me in the loop with whats going on through email and responded quickly. Lastly upon picking up my car (he even offered to pick me up but I declined), I noticed that he not only fixed what I came to see him for but went beyond his duty and repaired my rear bumper and fixed all the indentations others have left on my bumper while parking behind me as a surprise. His work on my damage was repaired nicely and I was extremely grateful to his service and generosity. I will definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone who is looking for a great body shop.

Got my rear bumper smashed the other day by this granny in mission. I had no idea where to replace/​fix it. Then I saw this auto shop fixing all these police cars and regular cars so i thought to myself maybe this is a good place since the police trust them. So I went inside to get an estimate. The staff were really friendly and the guy gave me all the different options I can do whether I want to replace it or just pop out the dents and paint it over. He didn’t try to up-​sale me other things like other auto shops i went to before. I usually hate going to auto shops because they always tell me that there is something wrong here and there when I don’t even know if it’s true. The price is awesome! The results were great! I highly recommend this auto shop. Honest staff is a plus+++
