I was literally craving for dim sum, and because I’m traveling alone, I’m not fond of eating along. Call me crazy or whatever, but that’s just me. After Unilocaling where a highly rated dim sum(to go) place in SF, I came to conclusion they this place seems to be the hot spot. When I arrived here, there was a bit of a line. That’s usually a good sign. Walked in, ordered 5 shumai, 2 pot stickers, and 3 har-gow for lunch. Wow – all three items are to die for, and supremely delicious. It’s also a huge plus for all those items, I walked out paying $ 6.20. Not only is it a bargain, but fills me up for so little money. Definitely coming back again. Overall grade: A

The name of this place speaks for itself! It’s delicious! This isn’t your typical sit-down dim sum restaurant where they roll around carts and you pick and choose what you want. It’s a little hole-in-the-wall place where you order at the counter and receive your food immediately — hot and fresh! Seating is extremely limited and it’s actually better if you order take-out because that’s what I’ve seen every other customer do. They only accept cash as payment, but fear not, you can get your moneys worth with just a couple of bucks because it’s so cheap and you don’t tip! The shrimp dumplings(Har Gow) is a must get here. It’s probably the best I’ve had in a while. The shrimp itself is very flavorful and juicy. You can definitely tell that the shrimp is fresh too. I want some right now just thinking about it! I would also order the Pork and Shrimp dumplings(Sei Mai). It’s also pretty good here. I ordered four of each and it hit the spot! Make sure you remember to ask for Soy Sauce and Chop Sticks! It helps if you speak Cantonese, but that’s definitely not required. –CASHONLY –BESTFORTAKE-OUT, NOTDINEIN

Great take-out dim sum! A good dim sum experience doesn’t necessarily have to require a full sit-down service or an expansive menu, and Delicious Dim Sum proves it. The available selection is rather limited to a handful of steamed classic dishes like shrimp dumplings and each order of 3 is $ 2.10. Kinda weird order portion since I am used to the order of 4, but no doubt the shrimp dumplings were one of the best I had! Stuffed with shrimp, the juiciness of the dumplings cannot be denied and the flavor was so good that I actually went back to pick up a second batch before I left SF because I finished the first batch within minutes! Only one table is available so don’t expect to dine here. Don’t let that deter you though: the dim sum here is worth eating while walking! The service may be a little rude but hey, you are dealing with them for only a bit for perhaps the best dim sum you’ll ever had. Cash only by the way — tl;dr version: 1) Limited seating and menu with only steamed items at $ 2.10 per order of 3 2) REALLYREALLYGETTHATSHRIMPDUMPLINGS! 3) Cash only, don’t expect good attitude or available seating

Ein Must in Friscos Chinatown! Wir kommen wieder!

It’s take-out dim sum and it’s good. It’s near where I work and when I craving a snack after work, sometimes I find myself here. At the end of the day when the options are more limited, the dim sum isn’t quite as good as earlier in the day but it’s still pretty satisfying. I would recommend any of the traditional dim sum options. It’s flavorful and done well here.
