Feeling good after workout and already seeing some results. I was recommended to Pedro for his knowledge and professionalism, he goes above and beyond. Getting advice on diet and daily quick workouts throughout the week definitely helps maintaining myself focused and keeping a good energy flow in my body and mind.

I’ve known Pedro for almost 20 years, he’s a good man with a kind spirit. In this time I have seen him train many clients with amazingly successful results. Pedro has been focused on fitness for many years and his expertise spans weight lifting, movement, diet and other supportive needs for maintaining a healthy body and spirit for all ages. I trained with Pedro in1996 for a couple years and have consulted him for advise frequently over the several years that followed.
You can’t go wrong with adding Pedro’s energy and experience to your workout routine !

If you’re thinking about to hiring a trainer who has a good vision about your fitness goals, then you have to come and see Pedro. He did foresee my potential with perfect results. I have been training with him for 6 months and he is giving me an insight how to workout alone as well. I’m not into bodybuilding, but I need to target my weak spot on my body.

I’ve tried a few trainers in my life but up until Pedro, it was pretty much status quo.
He’s really raised the bar as to what a trainer should be. Tough, attentive and truly committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. He goes the extra mile to motivate and keep you focused. Always upbeat, with good advice and stories to keep you entertained, he pushes you to the next level before you even realize you’re there. Highly recommend Pedro!

I’ll give this guy a 5 star for really pushing me an extra work whenever I go see him. I have only been to him less than 10 times but boy if i hadn’t move to the peninsula I would have continued with his training session. Even when I came to see him at one time when i was so tired, I didn’t expect that he could let the adrenalin burst out of me and i would always feel great after. So i highly recommend him to anyone seeking for a good trainer in the san francisco area.
