Just got my travel visa back after horrendous experience at BLS and India consulate. yes it’s true everything you read about those places. Indian bureaucracy at its best.
After going back and forth all morning with BLS I arranged for HS business to pick up my visa/​passport as it was not going to be ready in time for my flight back home. Their offices were a little unconventional and I was a bit worried I would ever see my passport again but they took care of it and called me when it was ready, just as they said they would and they fed ex’d it back to me.
If you use their services and need your passport sent to you I highly recommend you bring your own fed ex envelope filled out and have your fed ex billing info as well. They did not have any forms in their offices which could make it hectic, I was lucky and a fellow traveler had an extra.
Also BLS offered to send my visa/​passport to me but i witnessed several very pissed off people having to come into BLS office because they did not send them their papers when they said they would or even answer the phone. I was not going to trust or risk them sending me my visa. Glad I used HS Business.

These guys were great. Trying to deal with BLS was a horrible experience. Their website was broken and my application was not being processed, it was happening a lot. The SF office also does not take paper applications (supposedly) I traveled to San Francisco from Los Angeles and went to the BLS office to speak with someone in person.
Time was critical and I expected to spend several days in the city. By chance, I was referred to Jay and HS Business Center BY THE BLS OFFICE.
First off, Jay was very knowledgeable about the whole application process. He knew everything going on, and since they are a registered agent with BLS, people who submit applications through them in special batches. Because I submitted through them, I also did not have schedule an appointment at the BLS office (which reminds me of a DMV)
I walked into Jay’s office around Noon on a Thursday, applied for my visa and went to get passport photos taken. It was submitted Thursday afternoon and Monday morning my passport and visa were ready. Jay assured me I could pick it up in person but if I went back to LA, he would overnight to me at no charge. I went back to LA, hopeful and relieved but was ready to head back if needed Monday.
Jay called me Monday morning, my visa was ready and he would be picking it up. He called me in the afternoon, to confirm my address when he had my passport in his hand. it was OVERNIGHTED back to me at no extra charge. The whole process could have been done via phone. It would have literally saved me an ENTIRE trip to San Francisco.
The cost for their services could be interpreted as pricey by some (It was $ 150 but here is what I got: Jay filled out the application, checked it for errors and caught one, submitted it, AND overnighted it back to me in Los Angeles). If i had done it by phone, Jay’s fee of $ 150 (on top of the consulate fees) was worth EVERY penny.
These guys were great, I’m going to recommend them to everyone I know on the west coast. Their service was so great, I took the time to write a detailed Unilocal review.

This is a legitimate business helping people who need help with Indian visas, passports etc. We were in a real bind as we needed to travel within a week to India and the official service was not only unhelpful but also very discouraging. After a depressing conversation with the unhelpline in India, I learnt of this service. I was worried based on a negative review on Unilocal,but Jai was reassuring and kept me informed about where in the process our visa was. We got our visa back within 3 days. Highly recommend this service to anyone who needs help with Indian visas and has a time constraint or other issue or concern.
