Stewart Oaten did not return phone calls or emails about a claim that has been outstanding for more than a year and a half. He shunned any accountability and did not show any commitment to client service. He was unprofessional in dealing with my complaints.

The staff at this office provides extraordinary service, above and beyond my expectations! I recently had my car break down on me on my way to work and required a tow to my local service station; unfortunately, the truck took 2 hours and 43 mins to get to me, from bay view to sunset and sloat! Despite the fail of the contracted tow company, these guys followed up with my complaint until I was completely satisfied, and for that, they are awesome!

Need an Insurance Agent!?! Go see Nina Rossi! I have been working with Nina & State Farm Insurance for about 7 years. She has helped me customize my auto, rental and life insurances as well as mutual funds to fit my needs. She provides exceptional service, responds to phone calls and emails immediately, and is flexible in scheduling office appointments to sit down with you and go over everything. She is extremely knowledgeable and has given me a thorough in review of all my coverages. Anytime there has ever been an issue with any of my plans, she has called me immediately to help me resolve it. I highly recommend Nina as she has been nothing but helpful and a pleasure to work with! I’d say she is the best in the west!

I had called this State Farm office to receive a insurance quote for our business. Rebecca was very helpful and patient with answering all of our questions and was able to save us a ton of money every month. Rebecca was able to get us better coverage for a fraction of the price we were paying before. I would definitely recommend Rebecca and this office to anybody who needs insurance and wants good service.

This guy has been sending me junk mail for a year now, even after I’ve tried Paper Karma to get rid of it. I don’t know how hard they work at this firm, but how about more attention to customers and less unsolicited junk mail to the people living in the neighborhood?

Rebecca was great! She answered about 1 459 238 questions I had and followed up with me very well. Great customer service! So much more personal than doing everything online with Progressive or another company. I used to pay $ 60/​month just for my car and they wrote a car and renters quote for me for the same price! Obviously not a big policy and they won’t be making much profit but I was still treated like a valuable client.
They are very helpful and have great communication.

I got home one night to find — emergency! — our homeowner’s policy was cancelled because we hadn’t painted our house. I’d recently met Stewart so shot him a text at 7 pm. He called me immediately and got us new, better coverage. We now have our car, 2 life insurance policies and a health policy all with Stewart. Oh, and when our car got hit. He called his body repair guy who drove to my house and inspected my car within a couple of hours of Stewart’s request. Come on, I KNOW your agent has never done that for you.
