I used to come here all the time when I was a freshman and I would get the California(chicken pesto) slice. But I stopped coming because I didn’t want to get freshman 15 lol! Came here for lunch today since I was craving pizza but didn’t want to leave campus. Wasn’t feelin pesto today so I got the classic pepperoni slice. Service was good. It’s great that they heat the pizza for you in the oven because the lamp just doesn’t cut it. I don’t know if it’s an off day for them but my pizza was just okay. Mind you, it’s pepperoni… you can’t mess pepperoni up! My slice was fresh but it was falling apart as I ate it. Very disappointing. There wasn’t as much pepperoni on it as I hoped and it seemed like they just slabbed on some sauce and cheese and called it a day. As I took one bite, the cheese was a thin layer and fell apart as the meal went on. The sauce was just sad, because it looked like the bread was soaking it up. I guess I just can’t expect much from a pizza place on campus.

I got a cheese slice. For $ 3 the size is decent and filling. The dough/crust actually has flavor, unlike the pizza from the Village. Thick, bready all throughout and it was very well cooked. The slice wasn’t flimsy at all. Taste was good, I would eat here again if I wanted a slice. Was still hungry about an hour later went back and got a chicken pesto but the guy said it was a Cali. It had chicken, pesto, feta and I think spinach. For $ 4 it was so flavorful. It was BOMB! Delicious! Forget cheese get the Cali slice!

This place is a bit on the expensive side. $ 3 for a slice of cheese pizza. That’s more than it costs to ride MUNI! Staff is very friendly and personable. I’m sure if more people knew about this place and if they lowered their prices they would get a lot more customers. People tend to forget that we’re college students, but prices in San Francisco tend to be expensive as it is. The pizza looked okay but it seemed to be sitting on the warming plates for a while. I ordered hot wings and they were really good! $ 6 for 6 wings.

Decent pizza, not totally spectacular, but enough to keep you satiated for food on the go before your next class at SFSU. I’ve found the Chicken Pesto and Greeko pizza slices to be the best tasting. Other than that, its meh.

Surprisingly this place is actually pretty good. I got the chicken pesto pizza because they were sold out on the supreme and i didn’t want to wait 10 mins them to make it. I had my doubts on it when i first bought it and i was thinking there is not way i am going to finish this. I was so wrong. After taking the first bite, it was too delicious for me to stop. There was a lot of toppings on the pizza and I love the crust. I found it to be perfect. The cost of one slice is under 5.00 without the drinks. I would love the try their supreme now, there must be a reason why it sells out before 12

Replaced the mediocre pizza place that was here before. Their pizza is definitely better then the last place, the staff was friendly, and service was quick. It would be great if they offered a combo options with their pizza slices, I don’t think students on their lunch break are interested in ordering a whole pizza.

Hold your cheddar, a new cheesey and delicious pizza place is making it’s debut in the highly competitive CesarChavez Student Center. The smell of Nizario’s freshly baked pizza travels across the mountain of people at Ike’s and into your nostrils as you make your way down the stairs. You have to get a slice. The pizza is good. Filled with toppings on a chewy piece of bread, Nizario’s is a no-joke pizza place. The cheese also stretches like a yoga instructor everytime you take a bite. It’s messy, but a good kind of messy. I can’t wait to try their Hawaiann! The image of those juicy pineapples resting on a soft layer of melted cheese still lingers fondly in my memory. But the price is a bit steep. $ 4 a slice is quite pricey compared to the rest of the vendors you will find at the student center. As much as I want to munch on those Hawaiian pizza slices everyday, I’ll have to consider scaling going less often to save those $ 4s for a real Hawaii trip.

finallyyy halal pizza at school. Too bad i am graduating next semester though :(Pizza was fresh, very tasty and with the perfect amount of topping. i kinda disaggree with the last review, i see the prices of their slices are hella cheap compared to their neighbors’ restaurants. The guy on the cash was really nice too, thanks Nader: D

NOTBAD… but the pizza was just ok, and kinda pricey for one slice! Close to five bucks… steep for a medium size slice. I have had bigger slices in NYC for cheaper. Overall the quality was good as I said, I just hope the pizza’s get bigger to accommodate the higher prices they are charging(probably because the Student Center charges REDICULOUS rent!) Go check this place out, I had the Chicken pesto, which was not too bad and not too greasy. P. S. owners, make sure they cook the crust well, mine had almost no crunch to it!
