Efficient and Great customer service! On Friday night I shattered the LCD screen of my Galaxy S5 Phone as I was getting out of my car :(in the midst of internal cries, anger and sadness over my broken phone, I Unilocaled and called various phone repair stores to see if they could bring my phone back to life! Most of the stores said no as it was 5:30pm and were closing, others did not have the parts until TUESDAY! it wasn’t until I called Boosts’s mobile sister store in Santa Clara that I was refereed to this tiny gem! when I arrived despite being almost closing time the gentlemen in the store were able to repair my phone! and they even gave me a discounted price on a tempered glass screen protector! the store also provides a 90 day warranty on their service which is really nice! I really hope this NEVER happens again however now I know where to take my phone without having to call a bunch of places

I have swapped out three screens so far and am about to do #4. My galaxy S4, twice and my girls IPhone 5S. For the Iphone 5S they wrapped it up in 30 min and had the screen in stock. For the first time I did my galaxy, they had to order it and had the screen the next morning. The second time they had it in stock. Just call ahead to confirm. The price is the best in town, literally, I’ve called every shop and you gotta go to the east side to get the best deals. Phones have been working perfectly, will be using them again!

This place sucks balls, they just take your money. My bf paid 200 $ to get his home button and his screen for his galaxy s4 fixed and two months later the LCD turned out to be defective. They said that he would have to pay 190 to get it replaced! Wtf! Stupid waste of money.

Negative 5 stars if I could put it. This place is shady! They sale used phones with messed up esn’s. The tall asain guy doesnt know sh*+ about phones or what the hell is going on. F*** this place. If you want to get your phone fixed Unilocal some other spots if you want good service go to att or verizon. Bottom line dont waste your gas going there !

Despite not having a sign that states that the retail store is a Fast Repair location-​hard to find — the personnel were professional and courteous. They charged me $ 35 to fix the charging port in my wife’s phone, when ATT (provider) said it could not be fixed, and tried to sell us a new phone.

OTT price, expertise and service! Last year Sept 2012 my LG myTouch C800 with the QUERTY keyboard fell, the screen broke and bounced into the pool. The guys at Boost replaced it for $ 60 ligity split while I waited. Then I got rear-​ended the phone flew out the door and got run over by the traffic. They replaced most everything and saved my data for $ 90 — good as new. Last week July 4 it got dropped once too often and they replaced the mother board for $ 50 overnight. No pushy sales, great suggestions for backups, loaners and upgrades. Great communications.

Liars, they have very bad service, you never can reach customer service because they have program the automatic system to do not be reach.
The hot spot doesn’t have service, practicaly, if you go a boost movile shop, they don’t going to help you at all, if you didn’t purchase the phone with them.
If you can arrive to speack with someone, going throug hell figthing with the automatize service, then, you going to speack with an employee from Philipinas, your voice going to overlap theirs and they dont going to understand you, and appologize many many times and make you repeat things, over and over again, until you are exhausted because of their «attention deficit desorder» or lower I.Q.

I have taken the same phone to the twice and they havent failed to screw up. the first time i thook my iphone for a screen repair the guy left the screws that hold the phone in place crooked and this second time my screen had blacked out and they charged me for a screen replacement. its only been 3 days and my phone is already tweaking. BAD. i could barely see what is on the screen bc lines come out as if it is going to black out. :/

. They advertised that they can fix any broken cell phone screen in 20 min. In reality, it’s any iPhone screen. They told me it would cost $ 80 to fix my LG My Touch Q. Then the lady got on the phone with the technician and then said, well it will cost $ 100.
I said no.
As I was walking away she said she’s willing to go down to $ 90 and they would have it ready by noon the next day. She gave me a crappy loaner phone and sent me on my way.
When I came back at 1pm the next day, my phone was not ready. She asked me, «Did anyone call you to come pick it up?» I said no one did because she told me to come at noon.
She said they didn’t get the part in so it wasn’t ready.
I was pretty mad.
I told her that I my phone was also my computer and that I used it for work and cannot use a loaner phone that didn’t even text.
She then gave me a texting phone but I still couldn’t get online. Whatever.
I asked for my SD card. She said that she didn’t have it and that the technician took it with my phone.
I asked her when my phone would be ready and she said, we don’t have the part yet, but if we don’t get it in someone will call you, otherwise you can come pick it up at noon tomorrow and when it’s ready someone will call you.
I left the store and found out the loaner phone she gave me wouldn’t work without a memory card so I returned to the store to ask for one.
Lo and behold, they had my memory card there after all. Why were they holding it hostage?
The next day, someone called me to pick up my phone.
I came by to pick it up, the place had been broken into.
I really wanted badly to negotiate a general experience discount, however, I felt bad they had all their stuff stolen.
Although the screen on my phone has been replaced, the screen shorts out all the time now. She said I could come in to get it fixed, but I seriously cannot live through that experience again.

They went over the top for me in regards to Customer Service and what’s even better is that I don’t have a contract with them and they still took good care of me. Also no pushy sales people and they also have a great selection of accessories & spare parts if needed for your phone!

Was told $ 50.00 to repair my cell phone, left the phone and picked it up the next day. Lasted 1 week and broke again, took it in again and they fixed it again. Only lasted two weeks this time now they tell me I need to pay again. I told them if they would have repaired it right the first or even 2^nd time I wouldn’t have had to bring it back. Terrible way to run a business
