There is a Chipotle 0.5 miles from my house, and I drove past it to come to this one because of its paltry little portions.
This one is slightly better than the one by my house. I’ll probably come back. With that said, I’m about to start giving this whole company 3 out of 5 stars. The portions aren’t what they used to be and the prices are going up. The day that I came here, they were out of lettuce too… no discount or anything, just OUT of lettuce. I had to walk to Lucky to buy friggin’ lettuce.
Chipotle has two strikes at this point.

Today I had a not so happy experience over at chipotle. I ordered 2 burrito bowls, 2 tacos and a salad and 2 orders of chips and guac. My coworkers and I work at a busy medical practice which allows us very little break time so we phoned in our order and took it back to the office.
First off, the salad bowl we ordered had no salad in it! I mean really? Who leaves out the greens in the salad? Secondly, our burritos that had guac and the 2 sides of guac we ordered with chips ended up being brown! We paid extra chipotle for FRESH guac not ROTTEN!!!
I wasn’t having it I called and asked to speak to the manager and he said «oh it must have not been fresh then…» Ummm no shit it wasn’t fresh it was old food that your staff served us and we weren’t there to catch it so now we’re stuck with food that we cannot eat. Instead of apologizing and offering to remake our food they simply did nothing, terrible customer service we will not be going to this location again.

ABSOLUTLY HORRID! I haven’t been so sick before, and the sad thing is it was the smallest burrito they’ve ever made me, yet that small amount got me so sick, I didn’t even eat the whole thing! Stay away from there pork, or maybe the sour cream was bad? Undercooked probably, I read another review about that from a few days ago, so if im still sick tomorrow im going to head to the doctors. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible service, dirty location, and poor food, head somewhere else to get your burrito fix.

This review is for this particular location of Chipotle.
I love Chipotle in general, but some of the customer service can bring make me feel differently some days. I came to this location, and ordered 2 burrito bowls and 2 tortillas to-​go. The employees were nice enough. As the bowls were being filled with food, I noticed that the person was skimping out on a lot of ingredients. Of course, we all feel skimped out on guacamole, but he also wasn’t adding much sour cream, cheese or salsa. After I paid for my food, I went to get napkins and utensils. I noticed that the tortillas weren’t in the bag. As I walked towards the cash register, I noticed the woman employee at the beginning of the food line notice the tortillas. She folded them in half and pushed them to the side! Not even a hesitation to be like «Oh I forgot to give her the tortillas, let me call her over since she’s still in the restaurant.» How rude and inconsiderate.

Love Chipotle! This location is pretty solid, and definitely the best one in the general area. Every now and again you’ll get an amateur roller who will burst a burrito or give you strange proportions. They will listen to you here though (which is key), and respond appropriately if you communicate the portion size you’d like before they bomb you with heaping spoonfuls of salsa. :)

Chipotle is consistent. Their food is always fresh. And now that I know about all the secret ways to get more food, it’s even better. I always get half-​and-​half meat.
I know it’s fast food, but it seems like it’s healthier than the burger joints. We like this one on Camden Avenue, even though it’s on the small side. Steph is always nice and the place is always clean and somehow we always find a seat.

I come to this exact chipotle every single week, and I love this location. Although, today. Unfamiliar faces were working and it was the worst experience there everrrrr. Learn how to make a fucking burrito! I don’t give a shit if this girl is new or what… It’s not rocket science. And pull your hair back! Long fake nails, unwashed hair hanging over food and you can’t wrap a burrito… I have completely lost my appetite. Nasty!!!

I come here once every two weeks, today I was very irritated because the guy assisting me wasn’t listening to anything I was saying! He was too busy listening to another conversation going on. He put hot salsa & sour cream on mine, I didn’t ask for either. When I said «sorry I didn’t ask for that» he still ignored me lol. I didn’t want to start yelling because I know what it’s like to have a customer yell at you but pay attention dude! Also the portions are getting very skimpy, I don’t need a lot of food but it’s pricey so I want my money’s worth! :-)

This place rocks! The food is super fresh and tasty! Parking is easy! The cost is almost $ 10 for a drink (soda) and burrito. I wish they had more indoor & outdoor seating! I also wish the employees would retain my order in there head, I have to repeat like 5 times to them which is a pain in the butt! This location is highly recommended!

Fast food mexican food. Heck yah. This place tends to get really crowded during lunchtime. The workers are pretty good on preparing the food and they really speed up. My favorite food on the menu is the burrito bowl with steak… very delicious. Also, extra sour cream is a huge plus for me. What else I can tell you, but I have been to different location and this one is a good place. they can always do better, but for what the place is it is good.

Got a friendly greeting when I entered. All the ingredients seemed fresh and my burrito bowl was good. They did seem to skimp a bit on the portions with meat and cheese especially. I’ll try them again.

This place gives hefty portions! After visiting many different Chipotle locations, I’m excited to find out that this place is generous. My bowl had some weight to it and I had to transfer my food onto a plate to prevent any messes. They now how to make a customer happy and I’ll come back again for sure!

I’ve been here many times and the food was okay. But they should never serve crunchy, brown rice or run out of vinagrette to mask the blandness of the food. This establishment serves what amounts to 25 food items; most of which come prepared (lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo) They cook the meat and the rice and possibly the beans so to me, those menu items should be consistently served. If the rice is crunchy-​it should be tossed and even if it’s 8:00 at night and they close at 9:00-new rice should be prepared.
But for the price, the food is quality. It’s healthy, fills the void and is easy on the wallet.

Came to browse this business complex during lunch and nothing really caught my eye… so my manager and i ended up here.
Walked in and was greeted by a long line. Lucky for us, it moved pretty quickly.
i ordered my usual Burrito Bowl and opted for chicken.
Food was delicious and very filling.
Customer service was great– very polite.
I will definitely be back!

Six workers. Two customers in line. 20 minutes into
my lunch and I still haven’t been served. All the other workers are just cleaning and doing other random things like stocking lids and cleaning while ignoring waiting customer. Ridiculous. Considering that the food at all chipotle locations are about the same, I wouldn’t waste my time here.

I do come here often, yes the food is good, the service is good.
I normally get the rice bowl, but the best part of this is I can have exactly what I want on the bowl, how much of the salsa, the cheese and other toppings.
What else I can tell you, but I have been to different location and this one is a good place. they can always do better, but for what the place is it is good.

While the food is pretty decent or fast food burrito place. The employees are horrible. Some look like deer in headlights when I ask for a burrito in a bowl. C’mon it’s part of your menu. If you ask for a pinch more meat they’ll automatically charge you double meat. So you might as well get double and make sure they really double the meat.
The most annoying thing about this location is this lady that just stands there and puts the food in bags. Really?! You need a dedicated person for that? Not only was that weird but she kept making comments when the employees would scoop the food. «Uhhh that’s too much. That should be double.» «Charge her double. ««that looks like double guac». Geez lady!!! Do you need more responsibilities than bagging food?
Other chipotles are more generous. I recommend going to any other location except for this one unless you want very small portions.

The over seasoned rice was unusual. Turns out the food here is usually super bland. And they try to hard to be quick… leading to messed up orders. Assembly line only works if they hand off well. They don’t. Tip: lettuce and guacamole don’t even sound the same… not sure why they confuse the two.
The person at the start of the line is usually friendly. Seems to get less so as you move down the line. One person is kinda grouchy. She just always seems like she dislikes customers.
If you live close to another location, go there. This one isn’t a winner.
