Coffee Cart at City Hall

The Cart is located inside SJ City Hall on the far end. Open M-​F. Ask for the Frequent Buyer card if you buy from them! My first time I got an Iced Latte 16oz for $ 3.25 and asked for a discount, that’s how I got the frequent buyer card, he doesn’t tell people about it.
Buy 9 drinks, get the 10^th FREE. Separate columns for Iced drinks — happy face stamp; regular coffee you get something else.
They use Mr. Espresso coffee beans from Oakland. They have Iced Drinks $ 2-​$ 4; Frappé blended drinks $ 3.50-$ 4.25; Fruit smoothies $ 3.50-$ 4; The Basics drinks $ 1.55-$ 4.05; Hot chocolate $ 2.80-$ 4.10.
They have Mighty Leaf Tea.
Heard they close up early like 3pm.

I love this coffee cart =D The drinks are always well-​made and with a lot of love!
The barista really seem to like making coffee for people or maybe it’s because they’re getting paid well… whatever the situation is, the coffee comes out well done. I usually order the peppermint mocha, iced white mocha, hot mocha, hot chocolate, and the chai and have never had any disappointments.
One thing to keep in mind is that they are often on the move. If there is an event at City Hall, they will be inside the Tower towards the back side. If the weather is bad and there’s no event in the rotunda, they will be inside the rotunda. Most of the time, they are in front of the rotunda where you can see them easily.
Their customers are city workers like myself but often they get students. The line moves fairly quick so don’t be lazy and just wait in line! You won’t regret the coffee!
Oh, don’t get the Italian soda… it’s not very good =/​I’ve had like 3 bad experiences so that’s enough to recommend you not to get it. If you do, tell me how it goes
