The store always gives me the creeps but I have gone there from time to time. This weekend wasn’t my normal drop-in for a cup of joe morning. I grabbed my coffee and lemon loaf and headed to a seat by the door. No more than five seconds after I’d opened my laptop and began typing a guy(who had been standing up the entire time charging his phone by the window) left his post and before I knew it, he came up behind me, snatched my laptop, and ran out of the door. Police arrived and took a report, but for now I’m starting over with my work and my laptop is gone, probably pawned off somewhere. Even though food’s the same at every Starbucks I’ll never frequent this one again. They seem to be a trouble spot, and I’ve seen arrests at this Starbucks more than twice. Atmosphere and environment are more important than convenience, and though I live downtown I will be finding another coffee shop to spend my time. Hello, Roy’s Coffee.

Writing this as I wait in line. I LOVE this Starbucks and compare all the others I go to, to this one. They make me feel so welcome and important. Weird, I know, but when you’re dragging your feet into work and are greeted by smiles and a great attitude it really can set the tone for the rest of your day. Thanks for remembering my name. It’s the little things

The person taking orders have been pleasant. But the person(specifically one person… I wish I got dwn her name… TERRIBLE presentation of the drink and tasted bad). Other than that, if she’s not the one making the drink then it has been ok

Great friendly service with free wifi and micro usb chargers. Due to the area though, the customers and passer-bys aren’t the classiest.

Gross. Interior of the store is dirty, the baristas don’t give an F, they never get orders right, and you have a good chance of running into some nasty people smoking smelly weed outside at 9am.

I usually prefer independent coffee houses to the Starbucks chain, but this store actually is pretty good. The baristas are friendly and efficient with orders — even during peak hours when they get slammed — and the coffee drinks and teas are on the mark. I go here some times to work on my lap top, and I usually find plenty of outlets. Overall, it’s a nice, clean Starbucks, which works for me.

I love this Starbucks. I come here so often, my old professors from my university have commented on seeing me here after passing it on occasion. The seating is comfortable and not hard to come by. The employees keep the place pretty clean, I’ve gotten to know a few of them and they are very kind people. The music is usually tasteful and complimenting to the atmosphere. Nothing special on the inside, looks like a typical Starbucks but that’s not a bad thing. My favorite thing about this Starbucks is how well the fraps are made; not watery, just the right amount of coffee, and they even add a little extra topping when I ask for it… perfect ;)

This is a decent starbucks. There’s room to set up if you bring your computer stuff. The baristas are friendly. The line moves relatively fast. The drinks are fine. Be warned that there’s a code to get in the restroom. I’ve enjoyed my experiences here, my suggestion to them is maybe adjust the climate control to be more comfortable.

Good old Starbucks. I always go here when I’m too lazy to look up a locally owned coffee shop. They have internet, expensive food and drinks, climate controlled dining area and relatively clean tables. The staff keeps the place clean. I like that about this place. The bathroom is always stocked and everything functions. They do a good job on the drinks here. I like the caramel macchiato and green tea. The food is overpriced. Its not that good or healthy.

One of the more terrible Starbucks. No espresso on the menu, seriously? Asked for a for-here cup, I.e. a proper espresso cup. Girl talks to manager and brings a mug! Wtf! I had to point out the correct cup on the shelf. Worse, as I pick up my beverage, a customer has her toddler standing on the counter top where they place the drinks! Omfg, please stop!

Honestly stopped in here because I had to use the restroom. One of the worst Starbucks I have been to as far as appearance of the place. The gentleman who took our order was very nice. The wait time wasn’t too bad. The bathroom was HORRIBLE it was extra dirty and I got the last of the toilet paper no hand paper towels. I found that unacceptable for two reasons one there is a lock code to get in so there aren’t just random people destroying the bathroom. Two it wasn’t packed it was a slow Sunday so someone definitely had time to clean it.

I love this Starbucks. Maybe it has something to do with living like 100 steps from it. I’ve been going here for almost 2 years now, everyday. Which is great for me because they know me already by name and my undying loyalty to my Venti Mocha Frap no whip, which they always make it on point for me. Not all, but most people that work here are nice and yes you’ll find some homeless people hanging around, but what’s that gotta do with your coffee anyways? Overall, I love this place and as long as I live around the area this is the only starbucks I’m going to.

(: Boba– Foodaholic Says :) My order: Green Tea Frappuccino I started to go Starbucks after wanting to get the Gold member card. Being a holiday season during December, I went to get the holiday drinks and my favorite drink: Green Tea Frapp. The service is really good and nice. However, their parking is horrible because they only have limited parking around the location, which if you don’t have somebody with you, you just have to drive around the building. I finally reached the Gold member by going to Starbucks almost everyday, especially when they have the day with 4 – 5 stars of getting the holiday drinks. Even though I didn’t want to drink it, the starbucks made me drink.

I am quite disappointed in this Starbucks. I saw the sign on the way in stating they would be open until 8 and thought«this is perfect!» However, for some reason at 6:30, I was informed they would be closing within a half hour. Do starbucks baristas get to change closing times when they want? I overheard them at the counter and they just«wanted to get out early.» Well, messed up my evening by a bit(not a terribly huge deal) so I figured I would be on my way but not before using the restroom. I got up, walked to the counter, and asked for the combination to the restroom. I was told the bathroom was closed and I couldn’t use it(in a rather rude, abrupt tone). Thank you for closing at YOUR convenience, not telling me before hand, and then not allowing me to use your restroom within operating hours.

This is another location I go to that is close to SJSU. I don’t usually come to this one unless I am eating around that particular area. This branch seems just like any other Starbucks. It’s clean, organized and up to standard with the other branches. This location, however, is smaller than the other Starbucks that’s also close by SJSU campus. But I usually just grab a drink and go. This store has less people in my opinion, at least whenever I come here. The staff is always so friendly and they actually do recommend drinks, in terms to number of syrups and other flavors. I mean, they’re baristas after all so they know which combinations are good! Overall, they take your order and make your drinks pretty quickly. I’ll be coming back.

They’re always so friendly here and always make my beverage just the way I want. If it’s not the way I want it, I let them know, and they’re quick to make it perfect. Super customer service and great baristas!

I picked the one day to be behind two ladies who seemingly ordered for a whole office building. Seriously took forever for them to order and they paid in a stack of gift cards. Yikes. So I notice them carry back all the drinks in a «Dunder Mifflin» paper box. How fitting. Once that was through the rest of the orders came fast after the staff were no longer slammed. I took my black iced tea and hauld ass outta there. What’s this Oprah tea shite?

Do yourself a huge favor and find another location. It’s Starbucks, there has to be one a few blocks away. The inside of the place was muggy, the tables, chairs and floors were dirty and the customer service was lacking as well. This is the only Starbucks that I have ever been in the disappointed me. They also seemed to be the only place open early on a Sunday morning so that may be why they get away with it.

I used to go here all the time because I used to work at the City of San Jose. I came back here today because my friend wanted a caffeinated coffee with half decaf and I knew they don’t have decaf on brew since I work at a Starbucks. Girl at register was nice and she explained to my friend about not having decaf. Exactly the way I would have done so myself. She insisted a half caffeinated americano, which is what I told her prior to entering the store. Haha, it’s like hearing myself. :) Barista pulled espresso shots and called out the drink a minute after we ordered. It was done promptly. She charged for a tall coffee because we originally wanted that, but they didn’t have it. So it cost $ 1.55 with my discount, $ 1.15. Cheapest can be.
