I love eating here, but I had experience some bad customer service. I got my animal fries, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. such a disappointment.

Standard InNout which is a compliment. High standards, low price and that same annoying automatic faucet in the bathroom that you have to fuss with for 10 seconds to get 2 seconds of a water burst. Those sensors really should be a bit more sensitive. I’m doing the hand jive under there and I barely get a squirt of water. This one is across from a huge mall and other more interesting stores and restaurants… really there is no excuse to go here — but I can’t judge… I stopped here myself. What was sort of strange on the Thursday night that I visited at 11:30pm or so was that there were few people in the dining room yet a long line around the drive — thru. I asked if it was normally so quiet inside and I was told it was a rare sighting but that they close early… so that is the likely cause. Got my coffee and 3 cream almost instantly after I paid. They are quick. I got to sip on my coffee while waiting for my burger. I know exactly how I like them: Cheeseburger, animal style, ketchup instead. Its a winner. The cheese makes up for the lack of fat in the spread, animal style gives you pickles and a toasted bun and the patty is grilled with mustard — so more flavor. Probably most important is the grilled onions. I hear if you really want to be fancy you can order a «whole grilled onion.» I’ve never treated myself to this but maybe on a special occasion I will ask for it… like on Valentines day to wow my date. Another friend of mine always orders with«extra everything.» It is a way to get more veggies into your diet but I find that the meat patty just gets lost. If you do this I would recommend ordering it on a double burger. When I do this I usually order 2 pieces of meat and 1 slice of cheese. Don’t be shy… ask for it exactly the way you want it… they will happily accommodate. To me it is sort of astonishing how little it costs to eat at this fine dining establishment. I prefer it to Nations even because the coffee comes with real cream instead of the mystery white powder stuff that sits in a jug on the counter all day at room temperature at Nations. Also the ice tea here is the real deal as opposed to Nations. I think Nations is a worth competitor and worth the direct comparison. At Nations also noteworthy is it sits heavier with you… and you have no option to regulate so many of the ingredients as you do at Nations. Just as I finish my trash gets picked up by a guy working there… cleared in a more orderly and timely fashion than places that cost 10x the price. Its a great concept here. Limit the menu and what is on the menu is likely to be great.

Poorly laid out drive thru which snakes through a Kohl’s parking lot. Like mixing water and oil. I will remember to scratch this one from my list. Super slow and tricky to get into the drive thru line. If you enter the In Out parking lot, you’ll need to do some crafty parking lot driving to point into the cones correctly. Booooooo…

Eating here is like being at an emergency room of a county hospital! Thus is why I alway hit the drive thru! I’m a fan of In & Out! Much better burgers than those other guys! Lately I’ve been getting the Protein Style burgers. Just don’t let it sit, or the lettuce will get soggy! Eat your Protein Style ASAP! The lettuce will be crisp! Double-Double and Animal Style are my other go to’s!!! The fries are good. I usually grab a pinch before my kids attack the bag of fries! The shakes– Get Chocolate! YUMMY! The peppers– Hot! Watch out! Anyways… You can get burgers made to order. My family like their burgers simple, usually with cheese and no produce. Parking– The lot is always full, at any time of the day. It’s ridiculous! Best burgers around! Imagine if they served PBR…

The burgers are great and they have a drive through which is sometimes a necessity. To be candid, I’m not a super fan of their fries. They’re just missing that oomph I would expect in a shoestring cut fried potato. They taste fine but there’s a certain mouth feel I expect from a top fry. The burgers are consistently good though so that makes up for it. No gimmicks or giant lists of toppings. Just a solid burger and that’s what I like.

I love In-N-Out. Today was even better with a less than normal crowd. Double-Double animal style and fries. Burger not covered up in a wrapper — tons of green, crunchy lettuce in every bite. Everything cooked to perfection. Inexpensive. Place is a model of service efficiency.

Ugh, who cannot get enough of In-N-Out?! This is my favorite place to be at 12AM if I am craving a burger and fries(ANIMALSTYLE, DUH!) There is always a long line, but cmon, its in n out. It already should be known that you will come into a crowd of people, young or old. The vibe is always chit chatty, but its okay. I always get the cheeseburger with animal style fries, or protein style. If I wanna get fancy, animal style burger with animal style fries. Asking for a heart attack but at least ill die eating LOL. Food is fast, but even if the wait is long, you know its worth it.

Delicious — my ONLY place for fast food burger. could of been better if they provide wifi since the wait time always longer than any fast food joint.

I waited 20 mins just to get animal style fries. It’s ridiculous! There were people who ordered after me but they got their orders first and they had like 3 burgers and animal style fries and they got it before I did. Not happy with in n out right now. And that’s why they are getting one star

So I came to but 2 NeopolitanShakes and I wanted to upgrade one to a large but she charge me for Both the shakes and said she charge me extra already and then realized she didn’t ! And then stopped me right before she rang the new customer and she ended up charging me for shake to a large shake plus a large shake to a extra large shake when I only wanted one upgrade it totally confused me cause I ended up paying almost $ 8.00 for 2 shakes and I had a small size and large size ! Customer service kinda sucked and she didn’t know what she was doing ! In n out needs to have a button for small medium and large

when In N Out opened up many new stores in the Bay Area, I totally had to have their burger at least once a week! it was like a godsend. the East Coast has their Shake Shack, but the West has our In N Out. YES! it’s so easy to order the burgers there. the menu is very minimal. u can order the burgers n fries à la carte or there’s combo #1, 2, or 3. so I usually get the combo #3 cuz I can’t finish the Double Double n I don’t like American cheese. I like to get it Protein Style cuz that’s how I roll! :) this location is in South San Jose on Santa Teresa Blvd. it’s right across Oakridge Mall n in the same plaza as a Boston Market. parking can b a pain if u want to park close, but there’s plenty around the plaza. I never had a problem ordering at this In N Out. I always get my burgers done right, even at the drive-thru n even though my burgers r customized. the interior is always clean. there’s always an employee cleaning off the tables before they r used again. the restrooms r also pretty clean.

In n out burger is one of my favorite burger spots. Everything about in n out is fresh. As a former employee I know that the meat is never frozen. French fries is always made from sacks of potatoes rather than precut and delivered to store. I usually get a double double animal style without tomatoes and pickles and a fries light well. Don’t forget to get that spread sauce to go! That being said, I have had my let downs as well but this location had been solid thorough out the years. I sometimes get light fries which made me permanently change my order to light well.

In-N-Out is a quintessential fast food restaurant to measure all others by. The staff and food are perfect for what they are… fast food that is tasty and affordable. So, I wouldn’t make a habit of eating here for the sake of your health, but if you’re in a pinch for time and getting pretty hungry, this is a great treat. This location is a great stopping point for those transiting between Monterey and San Jose, it’s right off of the exit and it’s easy to get back onto the highway. Highly recommended.

BLUF: While I have yet been disappointed by an IN-n-Out joint, this one is my favorite due to its location and service. Located nearby Oakridge Mall and right off Almaden expressway, this in n out is a great first stop after coming back home to Almaden. Due to its bomb burgers and great location, it is always busy. If you come during prime lunch and dinner hours, expect to hover around tables to get a spot to sit. My best advice, if you are trying to avoid the crowd, is to come in between 2−4PM and 9PM+. There is also a drive thru as usual but the line snakes far out into the parking lot during the same times. I always stick with a quality 4×4 with ketchup instead of the regular spread, grilled onions, and an extra side of lettuce. I get well done fries(extra crispy) done animal style and a Neapolitan shake. I 100% recommend this spot for your classic Californian fix! Happy munching.

About a week ago I waited in the drive through for two burgers. I made it very clear that there should only be pickles INONEBURGER not both. I waited in the drive through line for about 45 mins to come home and bite my burger not only to find pickles INBOTH burgers but NEITHER of them were cooked all the way. I straight up paid 20 $ only to have to throw away my food for the safety of my health, though I was starving. Thanks for fucking me in the asshole inNout.

I come here quite often and I’ve had pink burgers before but today it was almost like I was being poisoned… I took 1 bite of my burger to find that it was barely seared on both sides… I don’t want to say I won’t eat here again but after seeing this I will specify well done from now on

One of the busier In-N-Out locations for both dine-in and drive-thru. Fast and friendly service(thanks, «Cameron Ga.») and good food as always, but the crowd is too much for me…

This family run fast food joint rarely disappoints. Simple menu, small meat patties and the same old seating at every location. You know what you’re getting every time you walk in the door. Don’t forget to order your fries well done for that extra crunch!

It’s an In-N-Out! There’s nothing wrong with this place! The staff is consistently friendly, my friends and I get lucky every time and always beat the rush, the food is prepared exactly how I order it each time. The drive-thru can get pretty long… excruciatingly long actually. Most of the time I rather go in and order my food. I make sure to ask for extra animal sauce every time. It’s just too good to pass up! I don’t know exactly what it is, but In-N-Out’s sodas and lemonades always taste the best. They even have pink lemonade.
