I made us of the drive through due to it being the only acessible route possible. The line was quite fast. However, my began when I was given my order. I left home with the meal I ordered. I was quite reluctant to be given quick service As soons as I drive down the block, I notice I was missing a drink. I blame myself for not checking or noticing the drink I got was missing. Thus, I returned to grab my drink. After feeling I have got everything I left home. The problems didn’t end there. I realized the condiments I requested was wrong. They gave me an extra sandwhich I didn’t even order. Excuse my language, but what the fuck, you serious? You messed up my order in almost every way. Seriously, management, step it up. Employees like this give the coporation a bad name and provide a bad stereotype for their own peers as well.

Yesterday we had a great visit at this McDonalds! the General Manager, Juana Palcios, was friendly and welcomed us. We had great, fresh coffee and fresh cookies… I love the play area and the families that came to the store. I will visit this location again. It was clean, the bathroom was very clean too.

This place surely lives up to the amount of stars they have LOL. The cashiers and serves are really rude, the cashier asked me if I wanted 3 of my order and I clearly said 2 and she even asked again to make sure, and she still tried to charge me for three. And then I was waiting for 10 minute and it said serving my order(377) but when I got to the counter I wasn’t given my food, and they said the orange juice wasn’t ready. I was waiting an extra five minutes because you guys can’t dispense orange juice fast enough? The girl giving my juice had the nerve to tell me and my mother to calm down. Lmao nah f ya too. My food was burnt and the Orange juice wasn’t even filled up. Terrible place.

One star for the pleasant attitude of the person taking my order, the rest snowballs into a pit of idiocracy. What simply blows me away is the seating/table plan of this restaurant. Many larger tables for 4 to 6 people or more with hardly any seating convenient for singles or couples. This makes it nearly impossible to find a seat during the busy morning weekend hours. I’m not really sure what is going on with the crazy floor plans and the trendy communal seating absolutely sucks. Leave that sort of thing for some progressive hipster café. This is McDonald’s, fit as many tables in the place as possible so I can find an open table quickly. After all, the taste of the food drops exponentially the minute it starts to cool. Their serving system is also a failure. They no longer provide cups at the point of transaction. Orders are served by serving number displayed on a screen and the orders are served grossly out of sequence. This leads to a bunch of people standing around, confused, angry, blocking the walkway and scratching their heads. The person in charge of placing completed orders on the table and calling the numbers was also a downright blistering idiot. Unable to comprehend orders and having to check receipts to rectify mistakes on every single order. Parking is absolute lunacy. Long lines at the drive thru block parking spaces and cars trying to park back up all the way to the street. I waited about 8 minutes to receive my order, again, while others far behind me were receiving theirs first. With tray in hand, I stood for an unknown yet seemingly infinite amount of time waiting for an open table. Ended up taking it to the car. In conclusion, not everything was bad. This experience has offered me a moment of self reflection and assessment. I now see that wasting copious amounts of time for food that will kill me simply isn’t worth the stress and stupidity of it all. I’d say that’s a positive!

Came here saw four cars in line at the drive thru. Though cool shouldnt take long. Thats was my first mistake. 4 cars and waited a half hour. I hardly ever eat mcdonalds. This was my last. Im over the bad service. It seems when a company gets big enough and they know people will come either way they dont care about customer service. Maybe cause the employees dont care and i cant say i blame them. Probably get paid close to nothing.

Worst place ever!!! Poor customer service yet they have the sign up that states 100% customer satisfaction guarantee! They refused to do a refund… either they are too lazy or they just want to rip you off. a few dollars is not a big deal, but I don’t like it when they said they can’t do it because we already paid! It’s not that hard to reverse a transaction. No more McDonald for us!

I’d give no stars if I had the option. To start off how are you going to serve pancakes all day and not have syrup or atleast let us know when we made the order. Then we paid for a large soda they gave us a small when we asked for the large lady gave us attitude and dropped the cup on the counter and walked away. RUDE! In all we had to get up three times to be disrespected. If you had done your job right the first there would be no problem. Now I have dry ass pancakes that I won’t eat.

Wonder why the ratings are so low for this McDonald’s. My first time coming to this McDonald’s, but I only went through drive-thru. Damn the lines were long! There’s two order lanes, but sooo many cars. I was waiting in the parking lot as I slowly pulled up. But everything was quite fast — I ordered, pulled up to the first window to pay and next window to get my food! Didn’t have to wait long besides waiting to order.

Came In last night order thru the drive thru .I only order 4 caramel frappé. Once I aproach the window this guy that I assume was the cook ask for my receipt just to make sure my order was correct because for him he said it was“confusi for the computi”(cofusing for the computer). He only hands me only 3 frappes but forgot 1 more so my wife had to get off the car and walk to the window personally to ask for the missing frappé .why are you guys going to ask for the receipt and screw things up still. We got home and started drinking my frappé and notice that all the frappes had paper in it so I started spitting that shit out. I have a feeling these guys blended napkin paper with my drinks .so beware ppl go at ur own risk.

I saw the horrible reviews, and still went multiple times due to convenience and he mindset of «it’s mcdonalds how can they mess it up THAT bad»… I’m easy to please. Honestly. Doesn’t take much. p to keep me coming back. The first time, they messed up my order. I didn’t notice until I got home, so I wasn’t going to hold it against them. The second time, my friend was visiting from out of town, and we dropped in for a bite… well the drive thru… And I was hoping the service would work well so that it would be a quick and enjoyable experience. We placed two orders for the same car. She refused to give me the second order of food saying it wasn’t ours. I kept explaining, and she kept telling me to go. It was really embarrassing. We pulled out the second receipt and she finally gave it to us… but it was wrong. Made us pull over into the parking spaces reserved for peoples whose orders they’ve messed up so they don’t slow down the line. That’s pretty cool of them… All of the spots were filled when I got there. Ouch. Then the fries were cold. Not warm… or lukewarm… COLD. My friend and I sat and ate in silence. I finally see how you can mess up mcdonalds food. Then! Last night, I went and ordered a wrap. I took a photo and once I figure out how to post it, I will. They didn’t even wrap my food. This was the most aggravating of all. Literally half of the tortilla wrapped my food, and the rest of the contents were place I’m the box… not even WRAPped as the name says. I had to remove everything and rewrap it myself. What a bummer. Like I said, I’m easy to please. I’m really hoping some of their staff reads this… and/or management so that these things can get rectified. I can’t go here anymore. I just can’t…and I LOVE mcdonalds. It’s my guilty pleasure. I’ll include a photo of the wrap in hopes that this doesn’t ever happen again to anyone. I’ll try again in a few months, and post an update to my experience. C’mon mcdonalds… You got this. Get your stuff together!

This restaurant is great if you speak Spanish, IFYOUDON’T SPEAKSPANISHGOELSEWHERETOEAT!!! The only good about this particular store is register girl Selena, Someone who understand English, Very friendly and knows what shes doing. Other register girls I would like to slap as well as a few other workers(wheres management? Sitting on their asses somewhere?) if I where a secret shopper this store would FAIL!!! Two drive-thrus. There was a line, but the wait was short. Also, I did check my orders and they were all accurate. Thanks for the tip, Unilocalers. Based on my experience, I’d say they are fairly efficient. I also like their kid’s meal Book of Life containers. Perfect for trick or treating.

I allow myself to enter this place even though I already knew what’s this place is capable of so I wont make any harsh comments about them. The food was okay, never even had the slightest craving from it. Its just ordinary burgers and fries, cant explain more what is it.

This is the closest McDonald’s to me, so maybe that’s why I keep returning despite the fact they have repeatedly forgotten items in my drive thru order. There are so many people working in the back, but it’s so strange that they don’t have quality control! Don’t bother parking near the drive thru entrance because you’ll be lucky to get out especially if the line extends the entrance, which it does the majority of the time. The parking lot is cramped and it’s a pain getting out of it.

This place has one star for a reason. If you go through the drive through ALWAYS check your food before driving off. I’ve ordered the same thing for the past 4 days and I always ask for Buffalo sauce and not once in the past 5 months has it been included in the bag. Not even in these past 4 days where I’ve ordered the EXACT same thing. Sometimes they don’t give me a straw, or napkins or you know what should be included by DEFAULT! They need to step up their hiring game and get a new manager or something. They also laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag.
