I have been there quite a few times these last three weeks and that’s because I’ve developed an addiction. The bagels taste fantastic, I be only had like breakfast sandwiches because I can’t move on tasting others right now lol. The prices are reasonable and you get fast service, you never wait too long even when it’s packed. It’s right next to a Starbucks and that isn’t keeping it from getting tons of customers. Even people getting Starbucks coffee are still coming in to get a bagel afterwards. Love this place!

I had a tuna bagel and chicken salad bagel. The tuna was very good, but the chicken salad bagel was not tasty at all… Very bad chicken quality. The tuna was good. I liked the ambiance there. I would definitely go back and try other bagels. There was 3 to 4 coffee choices. No soda machine, but a fridge with all the drinks, snapple, etc.

Ever since I started working in South SJ, this place has become my new favorite spot for bagels. Their breakfast bagels are delicious. My go to for lunch is always the turkey and avocado on pesto bagel. I also tried their ham and cheese croissants a couple of times, it was soo good. Everything here is amazing and reasonably priced. The owners are friendly and fast.

Been coming here for 15 years and love everything here. It’s nice to have a family run business here where everyone is so nice and they remember your orders. Tried other bagel shops and nothing compares. I usually get the marinara with cream cheese, ham, tomato and cucumber. Yuuummm!

How have I lived here this long without trying this place. Funny thing is, I see it all the time! Finally tried it. So good! I got the Nova Lox on the pesto bagel. Bagels are so good here. Service was good and the food came out fast. The sandwich was nice and packed. And the prices are actually cheaper than most places I’ve gone to for smoked salmon bagels. Really good. Can’t wait to come back.

I’ve never been really big on bagels, but I’ve got to hand it to this place. My friends and coworkers are all bagel people so naturally I was introduced here, since this place dominates the bagel industry in this area. The place is a tiny mom and pop shop business and can get pretty busy at times, but the wait is never too long in my experience. If you decide to go simple with a bagel and cream cheese, there is a wide variety of both bagel and cream cheese to choose from. My personal favorites are the jalapeño with jalapeño spread($ 2.50). If you’re looking for something more hearty and filling, there are also bagel sandwiches you can order, though my only problem with ordering those is the filling always seems to fall out of the bagel, which only happens to me when I eat at Burger King. But in this case, it is because the bagel requires a powerful jaw to bite into, while Burger King is grossly negligent in their burger craft. The coffee selection they have available is quite large and can compete with that of the Starbucks located next door. All in all, as long as I continue to work down here, I’ll be back here for sure. I’m finding myself visiting about once a week now.

I ordered a ham, cheese, and egg on an everything bagel. Wow! Best breakfast bagel I’ve had. Places usually just make an okay breakfast sandwich. This sandwich was fresh and flavorful.

Bagel pretty good! Not New York but tasty! Not much on the everything bagel, they choose it and of course the worst go first! It was toasted but the egg and wasn’t hot so the cheese never melted! Crowded and no place to sit! Had to eat in parking lot! There is handicap parking close!

Update… I haven’t seen the gentleman providing the subpar customer service for awhile now. The rest of the workers are pleasant in their greeting and demeanor. I’ve grown addicted to their marinara bagel with sausage, egg and cheese.

I love this place. Their Thai Tea is the best and the best value. Their chocolate croissants have so much more chocolate than most places. Great for me. The staff is so nice and super courteous. A great place to hang out.

Stopped in to check out this place and was impressed with the coffe, food and music. The only problem I noticed was all workers handled the cash and made food with out washing hands. This place is lower priced and better tasting coffe than the star bucks next door.

Fast & friendly service! I’ve been here a couple of times & they never disappoint! The bagels are freshly made & they taste great. I get the hummus sandwich with a plain bagel, which comes with hummus, tomatoes, lettuce, sprouts, red onion, and cucumber. & their sandwiches all come with a pickle. The prices are not too bad considering how fast you receive your food & the size of the sandwich, which is $ 4.50. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for some great tasting bagels with some coffee(try the vanilla nut)

3.5stars ish. Kind and hardworking service in a cute mom and pop feel establishment with pretty fresh bagels. Good variety of bagels with some tasting better than others. They can be inconsistent and too light handed with the cream cheese which is frustrating. Their cheese bagels are the way to go in my opinion. Gives the average bagels the boost they need to taste awesome. I also recommend a fun flavored cream cheese like their sundried tomato basil. Very tastey and gives even more of a boost to your breakfast. They serve coffee and have a few other things ready in the fridge. I paid $ 1.75 for a water bottle which felt like highway robbery though. I guess water is scarce nowadays ;) I’m a bit of a bagel snob after being spoiled on the east coast(they say the NJ/NY water makes the bagel bread rise differently) so I had low expectations trying this place out. Although NY bagels are available at Starbucks, the service and price here keeps me coming back. More cream cheese please.

Every now and then I love to make lunch interesting with a bagel sandwich. Regal Bagel is most certainly the place to come! They have an adequate selection of bagels along with great ingredient pairings for their sandwiches. The people they have working there are super friendly, the facilities are nice and clean, and there is ample amount of dining area inside and outside of the joint. Tip: For a cleaner eating experience, I’d recommend holding off on having them cut the sandwich in half which they normally do. I didn’t know they did this when I first came and ended up with a disastrous bagel sandwich mess.

The short: bagel sandwiches! This is a personalized bagel sandwich spot. 1.) Choose the inside. I got the roast beef. 2.) Choose a bagel from the available selection in the case. There are so many to choose from! I chose the pumpernickel. 3.) Toasted or not? They toasted the bagel and that made all the difference. So good! I like the crunchy edge and soft, warm inside. 4.) Drinks? 5.) Pay I also ordered a blueberry fruit stick. So yummy! Service is very fast. And for a grand total of ~$ 7?! Oh yes, what a deal. There are a total of ~10 seats in the shop. I chose one over by the window, where I could enjoy my sandwich. Most people who came in did not stay to eat. Do not be fooled by the emptiness of the place! Other Unilocalers mentioned that they make their own bagels fresh daily. I believe it. The open kitchen is very large and well-equipped to make loads of bagels. Definitely coming back to try other combinations. Note: Cash for orders under $ 5 only

Came here based on reviews, we usually go to Main Street but thought we’d give this place a try. I ordered the pesto cheese bagel w egg, ham and cheese. What I got was a POPPYSEED bagel with a teaspoon of pesto smeared on top with some cheese melted on it. ITDIDNOT taste anything like pesto. false advertisement. Take a look at the picture I took of it and judge for yourself.

I love bagels so I’m not picky! But I do like coming in the morning when the bagels are still fresh. I usually get a bagel sandwich or a bagel with cream cheese. Can’t go wrong.

How have I not tried Regal Bagel until now?! I think everyone has already said everything. If Regal Bagel is open, don’t bother going to Togos. I love getting the Nova Lox bagel sandwich with avocado & a pesto cheese bagel. So good for only $ 7.25! My second favorite is the veggie with avocado on a pesto cheese bagel. If you haven’t tried this place, DOIT! :)
