They make good coffee here. The staff is courteous. And i like the ambience of this place, cozy and comfortable. Moreover its near my office. I recommend this.

Not my favorite starbucks as the counter staff is slower than others. Today they also refused to give me a refill price on a hot tea when I had already gotten an expensive Chai latte first. All other SB do this wothout complaint. When I raise the question with the counter manager she just stared at me. Really displeased with this kind of service.

What’s with this place? The morning crew seems to be that of a Hot Mess Senior community. Drinks typically are wrong or out of order. They are just not friendly like Starbucks should be.

I used to live near this Starbucks about 3 ½ yrs ago and I was there often– no problems. This morning I stopped by to get my usual nonfat peppermint mocha and it was horrible. I don’t think it had peppermint in it and it also tasted like perhaps the milk was bad… or maybe it was soy… I don’t know but it wasn’t good and left a weird/bad taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, I didn’t sip it until being on the road about 10 – 15 minutes so I couldn’t go back and have them correct it. I kept stirring it around and took a few more sips but it didn’t get any better. I ended up stopping at my usual Starbucks, near work, and got a new one.

I have to say this was my «go to» Starbucks. It is close to my house, I can walk and the staff is nice. However, a few weeks ago I ordered my usual drink but I guess the girl miss heard me and added caramel when the drink should not have it. I asked if she could re-make it because it was not what I had ordered. Needless to say she was not happy. Now, every time I go in there, like today, and she is there my drink is made incorrectly. On purpose obviously because she has to remember me. She can be nice to everyone in line but when she gets to me she is super rude and makes passive aggressive comments about my drink order. Which is still the same and now always disgusting. Because of her I will no longer be returning to this Starbucks. I will send a copy of my receipt to the manager if they can tell who it is that is doing this to me.

So I’m waiting for 5 minutes to be acknowledged by the young man at the register. His priorities are obviously related to humoring the customer in line before me with small talk. This is the second time I’ve had issues with this location… I think I’ll go over to McDonald’s and get a sweet tea with a smile!

Pros: The staff here are very nice, helpful, and polite. Huge parking lot. and oh, very clean too :) Cons: the music is way too damn loud… maybe this is true for most starbucks? the internet speed here is a bit slow(~ 1.5 Mbps) but livable, definitely enough to check email and look stuff up.

With over 30 minutes left before closing they stopped making decaf and put their food away. This Starbucks is not customer centric. If they didn’t want to make a full pot of decaf they could have offered to French Press a serving of decaf. It would have shown great service instead of being stingy. And how are they going to sell food if it’s not out? They can inventory it then update the inventory sheets as customer buy. Maybe I am expecting too much from them.

This place is good, the employees are always nice and wishing. Although they can improve a bit on cleaning this place. There is dust in the tables when i go there to do my homework.

Redeemed a reward and thought to try something different. Never had a smoothie so I tried the Evolution Smoothie in Mango Carrot with extra yogurt. A mistake… The taste of the fruit didn’t come thru so maybe more fruit would have helped. However, I won’t be trying that again.

I go here more than I would like to admit. I love chai lattes and being the manly man that I am, I am proud to say it. I go here for two reasons: it’s close to my house and the customer service. One of the workers, in particular, is fantastic. She brightens up my day faster than an ice cream sandwich on a sunny day(or any day). I believe her name is Vanessa. I’m awful with names but she is the biggest sweetheart. It’s tough to be perky super early in the morning but she always brings it. I don’t know if she worked today but I’ve been meaning to write this review because it’s well deserved. She has my name and order memorized and that is super helpful because I can barely remember my name at 6:30AM. It doesn’t hurt that she’s a looker either fellas. If she has a boyfriend, he is a very lucky guy. I would give this place 5 stars but the inner Ron Swanson in me won’t let me give Starbucks 5 stars.

Great location in the plaza, which means plenty of parking. Drink took the average 3−4minutes to make with 2 people ahead of me. Ordered my usual caramel macchiato and came out hot and tasted really fresh. I really liked the way they made it here even though it’s supposed to be the same at every Starbucks. There was just something different. The wifi is the only down side but too big of a problem. It was much slower than LTE on my phone.

Very good place — differs from other SB places by big inside and outside area. Clean. Quality service. Like it!

The Bernal Starbucks is the closest to my home and it really is my favorite in comparison to other Starbucks locations(Capitol Expressway, Kooser Rd., Main St. plaza Santa Teresa/blossom hill, Santa Teresa Starbucks across from Santa Teresa High School and the Blossom Hill drive thru Starbucks next to Oak Ridge Mall) I honestly enjoy the cleanliness, atmosphere, and the service. Although it can get quite busy during a weekday morning, the staff are always pleasant and hard at work. It seems that no matter how long the line gets, they have a good enough system that the wait time for your beverage isn’t that long at all. The only reason I docked a star from their rating is because there seems to be a miscommunication while trying to order over the hustle and bustle of a hectic morning. My order of a iced white mocha for Danielle, always turns into a iced mocha for Daniel. So I’m usually left standing there looking around thinking Daniel needs to hurry up and pick up their drink. However, I must say that the employees are amazing about recognizing the mix up and providing me with the correct drink shortly after!

Good Starbucks. Considering how much I Unilocal starbucks, I guess I should evaluate them more closely? I have a soft spot for coffee shops considering how long I worked in one. This starbucks is often busy on weekend mornings,(which starbs isn’t?). Good drinks. They use their staff efficiently. It’s usually clean considering how busy it is. They have a ton of outdoor seating also which is cool.

I’ve actually never really driven this far south of SJ but one of my business partners actually lives out in this area so I thought why not meet her out in her area for us to strategize on her business goals. I liked that fact that the shopping center this Starbucks is located at has plenty of parking. You definitely don’t have to drive around in circles to find a spot. I also liked the fact that the interior of this Starbucks felt more rustic. Loved the big chalkboard and the high beams on the vaulted ceilings. I personally didn’t order myself anything that day but I could tell the baristas were cranking out coffees as fast as they could. *However, they did miss my business partner/friend’s order and she ended up having to remind them. Nixing a star for that one.

Baristas are awesome here! My coffee always comes out the way I want it. I’m usually in a rush so I appreciate how quick they are to getting you your drink. Keep up the great work! I’ve been here a few times before work and love the convenient location. It’s inside a plaza with ampule amounts of parking. The only thing is that this Starbucks is smaller than what I’m used to with not enough seating inside. On the other hand, they do have many tables and chairs outside.

This is your basic in and out Starbucks. The parking lot isn’t ever too full, so you can get a decent parking space and rush in and out for your coffee. Its tough to work here because its always so crowded. There are nice tables and benches where you can enjoy the weather and have pleasant conversations outside.

I’ve had not one, not two, but THREE bad experiences at this store. The first time I came here I wanted to use the Free Drink that Starbucks had emailed me. I showed the barista, who was this elderly lady, the email and then gave her my Starbucks card. When I was trying to order she just couldn’t hear me and kept mistaking my drink for something else. I had to correct her a couple times and SHE got irritated at me. It’s not my fault she couldn’t hear me. After the awkward encounter I find out the next day that she didn’t give me my drink for free and actually charged my card! Ridiculous. I wouldn’t have stopped by and gotten a drink if it wasn’t for free. The second time I got the same lady again!!! I ordered my drink, a caramel macchiato, to which she did NOT ask me whether I wanted it hot or cold, and assumed I wanted it hot so she grabbed the wrong cup to write on. I told her I wanted it iced and she literally snickered at me and rolled her eyes. What kind of customer service is that? I really wanted to confront her right then and there for being so blatantly rude but I decided not to make a scene since there was a line behind me. Throughout the whole transaction this lady didn’t even crack a smile. The final time I came here was Christmas morning. I was told the Starbucks was going to be open until 11am. My friend and I came here around 10:30am expecting to just grab a quick drink but was told by the customers leaving that they were already closed. Uh… okay… Needless to say if I ever get that same elderly blonde lady barista I would just walk out the door.

Right near work, it’s a great place to wrap up a group meeting. The ambience is really nice – not too loud, people doing their work around you, and the smell of coffee in the air. It’s also nice and toasty during this chilly season. Some people do get quite comfortable though. I’m referring to the one girl I saw walking around in her socks. I had the holidays’ eggnog latte. Though I was not impressed with the latte, I’m definitely getting the peppermint mocha next time.
