Signarama

I ordered 6 decals for my non-​profit and they turned out amazing. Their attention to detail is great and since we wanted to the decal with a clear background so they can be placed on windows, they recommended I send the files as vector files (which I have never used before). My logo was still a little pixelated and they did a great job cleaning it up and I am very happy with the final product. Definitely worth the money.

Horrible customer service, rude and non responsive. Steer clear of Signarama! There are other more responsive and professional sign companies in the bay area.

Danny was incredibly helpful getting some last minute prints for me and had much better prices than any other printshop I’ve been to. Great quality too!

Wow! I am so thrilled with the wrap Danny and his team made for my new Daffy Dave van. It is so clean and colorful. Really great job, super professional and very reasonable. I will be back for all my signage needs. These guys rock! Thank you!

WE were a headache customer.
T. Jay and team had to deal with 4 of us. Do you know how frustrating that can be? You have no idea who the main point of contact is – it constantly changed. The level of patience and professionalism to have to deal with confusing/​demanding/​indecisive (and possibly rude) customers during the rest of the year is one thing – but to have to deal with them DURING THE HOLIDAYS?! I’m talking Christmas EVE and New Years EVE. WTF? I’m totally serious too. THAT was us.
So here’s how T. Jay and team dealt with us:

This team and their leader were VERY generous with us. Completed the signs two business days earlier than the deadline and I’m sure they did things to we didn’t know about in order to guarantee meeting the deadline.
I want to make sure they are thanked and appreciated.

I have an interior design firm in San Jose (Feng Shui Style) and HGTV was coming to my office to film me for one of their upcoming shows about flipping properties («Flip it to Win it»). They loved the red wall in my reception area, and decided to film me against it. I suddenly realized that having a wall sign made a heck of a lot of sense, but I didn’t think I could get one that quickly (i.e. mere HOURS). Nonetheless, I called Signarama.
I spoke with Danny. We ran through the various options, and finally settled on getting black cut out letters on a white PVC background, which they could turn out very quickly. I figured while I was at it, I should also get a door sign, so I ordered one as well.
I sent Danny my logo file, but it wasn’t really good enough resolution for a wall sign. He re-​typeset it for me, and did an AMAZING job. Signarama cranked out my signs in literally about 2.5 hours. The proof is in the pudding! If I can attach a photo, I will. The bottom line? Go to Signarama~ they rock!

I bought a new van for my business. Needed some art work on it. Contacted sign-​a-​Rama since they were close to me and pricing sounded good.
I stopped by and paid half — a deposit for the work.
It took about a week for planning and ordering the graphics — and then the work was scheduled. Just picked up my van today — and it looked great.
The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that I felt throughout the process that I am the one who had to push for the job to be done. I had to call and request a proof. Call and request installation time. They did not call and follow up with me. So basically it was up to me to «sit on their back» to do it.
Will use again.

I ordered a basic A frame sign for my daycare. Danny was very easy to work with and my sign was done in 3 days. I am very happy with the quality and customer service! I highly recommend Sign-​A-​Rama!

I don’t know how these guys got a good rating… I called and spoke TJ and sent him an email etc… he did not even bother to give me a quote! Yikes…

Danny was super helpful through the entire process of getting signage done. I had lots of questions about design layout and he offered lots of suggestions. I previously visited other companies in San Jose and when I asked design questions, they said they could not provide much help. I’m very excited to have found a company I can trust and rely on. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I spent all morning getting quotes for vinyl clings. I was about halfway through my list when I talked to T. Jay at Sign-​A-​Rama. T. Jay was the only person I had talked to that had explained that I really needed vinyl adhesives, not clings. He was so helpful and knowledgeable I knew I had found my sign shop. Everyone I talked to at Sign-​A-​Rama was really nice and patient. They totally exceeded my expectations when they put up the sign up before 8:30 am on the requested day. I was so excited to walk up to our building and see the new signs! T. Jay called to see how we liked the signs and I mentioned the color was not quite right (our error), but other than that they looked great. When I talked to him again about a week later, he mentioned that they had redone the signs to fix the color issue. At no charge to us.
You will not be disappointed if you go to Sign-​a-​Rama.

I have worked with T. Jay at Sign-​A-​Rama for several years on many public art projects/​signage, and cannot be more pleased with his services. Straight-​forward quoting, exceptional follow-​through and quality of work.
On one occasion where my client had chosen another local vinyl printer, my original artwork was «reused» in their designs, so I am very wary of improper business practices. I trust Sign-​A-​Rama implicitly and require that the projects I design for coordinate with their printing services.

After emailing/​calling several sign makers in the area, Signarama stood out for their concise and prompt reply as well as reasonable prices. They have made several signs for my company now, and they all look great. The staff has been helpful with all of the questions my company has had regarding materials, etc. Each time I have gone in they have been very busy, so don’t be afraid to call back if you haven’t heard from them (but like I said, they were much more responsive than other places I contacted during my initial search for a vendor). Unlike other places, they are not pushy/​salesy at all and do not need to be because their prices are competitive and their work is of good quality.

I have never produced signs before, and was asked to do a sign for my church. I debated using an online service, but was so glad that I chose Sign-​A-​Rama instead. They were very helpful in debating options, and they helped to get our design to work better. On top of that, their turn-​around time was faster. It was a great experience, and we look forward to working with them for many years!
P. S. If you’d like to see an example of our a-​frame sandwich board, stop by St. James Anglican Church at 1565 Lincoln Ave. on Sunday morning! We’re using it for open houses and special events.

If anybody ever needs any kinds of Signs or Banners at a great price this is the Place to go. The owner T. Jay Morris is very helpful with the kind of Sign I want for my business. He wont Rip you off…
