Starbucks

I’m writing this review mostly for the service I received today. I came into this location at 11am today and the girl who helped me has absolutely no personality. I had to be the one to greet her and ask her how she was doing before she even said a word to me standing in line. She didn’t even ask me «what can I get for you?» I had to just guess she was ready for my drink order. On top of that, she’s so quiet I could barely hear when my orders were ready. It would benefit this location to get some more employees that had better customer service since I’ve experienced this in multiple occasions. Otherwise, my drinks are always right so I can’t complain about that.

I’m always having to get rid of the whipped cream they never seem to read those notes from the cashier no whip cream so I’m spending extra time throwing the whipped cream myself away and always asking for a new flat lid! My morning, every time… I only come here cuz its so closest Starbucks otherwise I would go elsewhere.

New location right on the corner of my house but I keep going for the one on San tomas and Saratoga because they are very friendly there! I just got a coffe for my daughter right now, and the girl was rude slamming the fridge door and everything. My daughter told me Omg she is mean! And the sad part is that it’s not the first time so I told my daughter we are not going there anymore!

Location and settings are nice.
