Went here on a Wednesday. Service was quick. I got the lychee green tea — tasted bitter after a few sips and had almost no lychee flavor. Boba is ok. I would recommend Tea Era over this place. It’s much better. Also, the ATM is broken.

Worst service ever! Went there to get some boba and chicken, and the lady said they don’t have chicken. Asked if its just made at certain times and she said that their kitchen is broken. Then I tried to pay with cash, and she says they don’t take large bills. Ok I get that this tapioca express is small time and probably doesn’t get a lot of business, but I could do without the MAJOR ATTITUDE. Worst place ever– go somewhere else. Based off the reviews here this place is pretty bad.

This place is a joke. The service here is terrible. Tapioca tastes really gross too. What a disgrace to the tapioca express franchise. I would suggest going to another boba place because you will be disappointed going here.

I’m pregnant so try to decrease my caffeine intake as much as possible. I asked the girl at the counter if I could have half taro/​half milk tea and she said, «no.» I’ve never had an issue ordering this anywhere but didn’t want to argue so I just left! The drinks cost the same and it’s already made so all you have to do is pour half of one drink and half the other! Such bad customer service!!!

Gross!!! Worst milk tea ever and waste of money. Wish I could get my $ 5 for that matter. Overpriced for a watered down caramel milk tea that tasted like watered down 5 day old coffee and the boba had zero flavor! Like chewing on plastic! Very disappointed and will never ever return.

Cashier was rude, no etiquette and was rushing everything, even though I was the only customer in the place. Her & her coworker was obviously taken away from their lunch, because two lunch settings were set up on the table in the customer’s area.
No free Wi-​fi, Cash only, yet the ATM inside was down, not a single condiment available, and get this, NO TAPIOCA @ Tapioca Express. My fried tofu was under cooked, soggy and very bland. In a nutshell, this is my first & last time coming here. Enjoy your lunch ladies.

Worst boba place ever! Came here on a Monday night, no other customers. I’m a Chatty Cathy sometimes and asked the cashier what his favorite was. Response, «nothing!»
Wow! I shrugged it off and ordered. I had the lavender milk tea, which literally had tiny little lavender buds that I had to spit out. It was overwhelmingly saccharine and disgusting — like diabetes took a dump in my boba!
Never coming here again!

Why is their kitchen closed at 7pm on a Saturday? Horrible service. Boba isn’t even sweet, very tasteless. Very disappointing place.

Tons of combinations of pearl, bubble and or sweet and semi sweet smoothie type drinks. Affordable and quick. The tea blends are pretty good but not top notch!

It was empty when my coworker and I walked in. We were discussing which drinks to grab before heading back to work in front of the register and we mentioned the «yogurt frost» a buncha times and finally we’re like okay we want that… Then the girl at the register tells us theyre outta yogurt… After listening to us for like 5 mins… Weird she didnt mention earlier ??
Then I noticed there is «Red Plum Icy» but no Plum Green Tea. Which I asked her if she could make because all the ingredients are there… And other Tapioca Expresses have it too!!! But she straight up said no because its «against their policy» Meh just weird to me. Because anywhere else would do it.
Maybe because I was already annoyed but it seemed like she was being hella slow with making the drinks too but ya I ended up with just a green tea lol.

The boba was good. I mean, I have yet to taste boba that I did not enjoy — it’s pretty hard to mess up I think! But, I will say, don’t get the small tapioca from here. They all smushed together at the bottom, and they tasted like one big slab of gelatin.
The service at this Tapioca Express is always disappointing. Sometimes they run out of flavors, other times they tell me they can’t make a certain hot drink, other times hot drinks can’t have boba in them, and the list goes on! The people work here are not very friendly either.
Again, because this is a closeby location for boba, I frequent here when I have the craving. What’s it take for some good customer service and quality drinks?
When visiting this location, make sure you have cash with you, and be prepared to wait. They usually only have one or two people working (even when it’s super busy), sooooo don’t expect a quick turn around! If you do get some quick service though, consider yourself lucky.
