Subway

I guess even after telling them more than once how you want the sandwich made, they still don’t care and make it however they feel the need to. SMH, if you’re not going to make the sandwich per the customer requests, why bother asking how they want it? First off my friend asked for Italian bread (the bread is plain old white) had to tell the girl 3 times provolone cheese. Asked for extra pepperoncini and extra chipotle sauce on roast beef, that’s all. A simple sandwich, nothing but those 4 ingrediants. But of course there is a sample of chipotle and 2 pepperoncini. Wow! I’m disappointed.

I went to eat at this place lots of times while studying with a friend I would say they are more friendly than some others I been too and the fact that they actually heard what I want in my sandwich rather than do it their way lol this one time this lady told me that they didn’t do any type of promo for this coupon I had and I was angry becuz if you say that than why are you promoting movies huh? Shesh that lady should be fired since she can’t even speak English that well

Worst subway I have ever been too!!! I went to subway after a movie the other night and when I walked up they said they were closed I asked the guy what time they closed and he said 9… uh…850 obviously they did close at 9 but he just was too lazy to make me a sandwich! and he still had everything in the front it’s not like he put it away!!! I have never seen such bad customer service if you don’t like your job quit!!! many people are willing to work!!!

this place has no customer care.
All subways are the same. The only thing that sets them apart is the level of customer service they provide and this place has none. Don;t get me wrong, I can understand that you do not like your job as a sandwich slinger, but get over it or quit.
All in all I do not recommend this place to anybody.

The guy made my tuna sandwich by removing half of the tuna from every scoop. This is not the standard and I took it as disrespectful. I have to say the customer service is not that outstanding.
