Not the best Subway around in terms of customer service and efficiency. If there is any kind of a line, be prepared to wait a while. They are very slow, painfully slow. The Subway on N First & Trimble usually has a line out the door, but they know how to work the line down quickly. Not this location. Also, they have trouble understanding English. I asked for Mayonnaise, and she thought I said Vinegar! WTH, those 2 words don’t even remotely sound like each other. Then one day, they tried to pass off some foreign coins on me for change that some customer had slipped by them. They claimed they were $ 1 coins. I noticed right away they were foreign coins, and refused them. I live near this location, and I stop by sometimes when I come home for lunch to run errands. I think from now on I’ll just go back to work, and eat at the location at N First St & Trimble Rd. They are much more efficient.

Went here because I was shopping at sports authority. I knew I should’ve gone to another subway but my you get brother was hungry. My brother orders my sister and himself a cold cut combo which came out okay for them. I asked for a veggie delight. I was expecting the worker to change her gloves but she didn’t after handling meat. Even though I’m a vegetarian, I think they should always use a new pair of gloves for each sandwich. I asked her extra cheese but she didn’t put extra. I wouldn’t have minded paying a little more for the cheese. I asked for all veggies besides tomatoes and jalapeños. She put jalapeños and no olives. Maybe she doesn’t know the difference between a jalapeño and olive. I ended up picking it out and giving it to my sister. Never coming to this one again. Rated two stars because my siblings’ sandwiches came out okay.

Nasty tasteless sandwiches. 2 slices of meat with 3 handfuls of lettice, 2 pieces of olives, a container of peppers and pickles. 4 slivers of onions. One string of mayo and mustard… I’m not saying the company is run by j*ws.but if it was, that is exactly how they’d run it.

This isn’t my ideal subway place but it’s walking distance from my house. Honestly, there is noooo way you can eff up a subway sandwich! Unless they sneezed on your sandwich, picked their nose and then put olives on your sandwich… There is no way to mess it up. The only ding is that they don’t put enough vegetables, but you can always tell them to add extra. BAM! Problem fixed. If you never had subway.(HA) I suggest getting a black Forrest ham Five dollah footlong! — has fewer calories than all the other sandwiches and it’ll fill you up!

… Walked in this place and no one at the counter, then a person showed herself with her cell phone to her ear. She seemed annoyed some actually wanted a sandwich during her break. So she began to knock at the bathroom to get one of her co workers to take my request… Co worker didn’t come out so, she began to sign-in on the computer register, so she slammed her cell phone down swiped my giftcard and swiped my credit card violently, obviously perterb by her cell phone conversation… As she finished I asked her if they had any envelopes for my giftcard and said«no»… WOW! I won’t be coming back to this place.

So I will start off by stating that I absolutely love subway, however I don’t think I will be returning to this location. I just got home from a very unfriendly visit, with rude employees. Not only were these employees rude(and it was obvious that they hated their job) but the lady who rang up my order didn’t even add my coupon right. So instead of getting charged for a $ 6.25 footlong my coupon said if i was charged for two $ 4.506inch sandwiches with the purchase of a soda I was supposed to get one of those 6inch sandwiches free. Aside from not receiving one for free, I had to pay $ 9 for my sandwich instead of even the regular price of a footlong($ 6.25). The whole experience was crap. The coupon is on my receipt but it even shows it took $ 0 off and I didn’t even think too look until I got home. Total BS not to mention how crappy our sandwiches were made too. They need to get better employees that are more friendly(and arent sloppy when making sandwiches) and need to learn how to use their own coupons. I wish a manager was there to see it all because they may have not lost customers(me and my family) Ohh and the one thing I did not want on my sandwiches… Was on my sandwiches. Good thing I wasn’t allergic!!!

This Subway is located in the same block as Pacific Sales and Sports Authority. It is in the corner next to Outback Steakhouse, the parking lot is small if your looking for a space right infront of the store. This is a franchise store so carries the staple menu. You tell them what toppings you want and they will make the sandwich — no real science here. I just wished the staff changed their gloves after every sandwich. I am a vegetarian and when I notice they haven’t changed their gloves and ask the staff, they seem to roll their eyes which is very unprofessional. 2 stars based on this

A friend from work told me to go here. It was packed when I got there but the line moved fairly quickly. I got the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich and it was delicious!

Hungry for a sandwich, where do you go? The Subway nearby is the answer! It was early evening so I figured it wouldn’t be too busy, nobody eats Subway for dinner right? Well, I guess I do. This Subway is located inside a tiny shopping center near the Outback and KFC. Its very easy to spot over to the right as you pull in to the parking lot. Parking was a little tricky. The spots were filled even though I didn’t see many people inside the stores. The Subway was empty so I was able to order right away. One of my Subway favorites is the Italian BMT(BMT is short for Brooklyn Manhattan Transfer) on either honey oat or the herb and cheese bread. This time around I went with the herb and cheese. I have to say that I just love this sandwich! It tastes a lot like a pizza thanks to the pepperoni and salami. I always get it toasted too, it just seems to add to the pizza kind of taste when its warmed up. I got it to go and enjoyed it at home. Thanks Subway!
