Wow didn’t know the girls at Santana row were desperate to make a sale. Yes when they tell your husband these are the«steal your bf glasses.» Have some class and act appropriate.

Marie is wonderful! Called and checked the inventory at a bunch of stores for me because I was looking for a specific pair. Great customer service! Thanks Marie!

I wish I could give the staff of this SH location ZERO stars… My boyfriend and I were on a date and just windowshopping. We visited this location to compare price and selection to the Oakley store just down the way. We received helpful but not overbearing assistance at Oakley. The sunglass hut employees one female and one male, completely ignored us after asking an innocuous«greeting» question. As we tried on eyewear and compared styles, we seemed to catch the attention of the young male employee as we neared the exit, to look at the large Ray-Ban selection right by the door. We got the distinct impression he merely thought we were there to steal. I looked at him behind me to smile and put him at ease. My boyfriend looked at him once to say«hey, we’re just looking», but with a generous laugh. But the salesman actually became menacing and insulting. By the time we decided to leave he swooped in, presumably to count glasses. I was taken aback but my African American boyfriend laughed it off and said he’s used to it. I whispered under my breath, in an admittedly passive-aggressive way, «We are not stealing anything» as I left but I’m sure the horrid sales person didn’t hear. The salesman’s description: 25ish, pudgy, Latino descent. Wednesday 7÷1÷15, around 7 – 7:30PM. He didn’t smile at us and he certainly didn’t engage us with open-ended questions. I used to work in high end retail and I know how to dissuade people who look like they’re there to shoplift. He was merely insulting and condescending. Oh and the Oakley’s were $ 70 more than the exact same styles right down the street. I literally will never shop at San sunglass hut again despite the location. Kudos!
