Starbucks is Starbucks but give this a 5 star for service and hospitality. Great staff and management.

Wow! I was blown away at the smiles this morning. I never write reviews, but felt the need to for this crew. Amazing job guys, I appreciate you all very much. Truly great service everyone!

This team on Sunday is incredible. Being«in the industry» of hospitality, I am just blown away at their efficiency, friendliness and team work. When the crowd of coffee addicts(like myself) thinned, the team of 4 all kept moving to stock up, clean up, and prepare for the inevitable next push of patrons. When it came, they were already in full speed and cranked out the line in short order. Wow. Great job here!!!

Getting my car wash, and this place is right next to it. Greg makes the best ice tea and toasted bagel. I also love the outdoor seating.

The staff was friendly and careful to spell my name correctly-not something I would usually worry about, but sweet nonetheless. The refrigerated display was a little messy, and there was only one other employee making drinks – poor girl!

WOW! A coffee shop with NO coffee! And when I asked if they would brew me some, the answer was… «NO, because we’re closing in an hour and 10 minutes.» I guess I’ll go look for an independent coffee shop. You know someone who gives great service!

Great location easy to get to even going eastbound on the Ortega Highway. The parking here can be a little tight but there is also parking above and always free. The parking at the top has a stairway that takes you right to the Starbucks. The internet connection here is great and has a community table right in the middle Starbucks with a few tables surrounding. The only negative about the large table is there no outlets under the table. Also have four large comfy chairs to sit down and even some outside chairs and tables. As most Starbucks they have great staff everyone seems to be nice and always in a good mood. And it seems the staff has been working here a long time and not been transferred. The internet connection is great and easy to connect to. The only negative I could say about this location is it up against a large hill and stops cellular connection. But that would be great if you want to get away from phone calls. I give this location Starbucks rating: 4.5 only because of the cellular issues or of the a 5.

Thanks to Katherine and her hospitality at this starbucks. I occasionally stop her for 3 – 4 hours while my girlfriend works and she made a point to welcome me and even offer me a free pastry that was about to expire. Really made my day! Thanks again Katherine.

I just left there. I usually get great service but today was different due to one particular lady. I’m not the one to complain but It really bothered me. All I wanted was to confirm my order and what I got when I ask was attitude with a reply«I just made what you ordered». We’ll I just wasn’t sure cause I heard something different. Not only was she rude to me but also to another employee. I wish I had her name but the only way I can explain her is that she was African American with red hair. She’s probably a nice lady but is having a bad day. But thats no reason you should ever be rude to customers. Btw she got the order wrong!

I asked for an iced Earl Grey latte and someone who looked like he would be a manager said that it’s «impossible» for him to make only because he would have to brew it and then add syrup and then the milk. I looked at him and laughed out of politeness only because I thought he was making a cheesy joke until I realized he was serious. I used to barista. Here’s a helpful hint: just make it the way you usually would and then add ice. Your welcome.

Conventiently located close to the freeway in SJC, but this is not my favorite ‘Bux. There is almost no comfy seating and most of the tables are in the middle of the floor, not convenient to power outlets. Also, the parking situation is no bueno.

Why does this Starbucks have $$$ price range? I mean, Starbucks is Starbucks, we all know how much drinks cost there. For the record, this Starbucks does not charge more than the others.

Closest Starbucks to my boyfriend’s office. I’ve spent a couple afternoons there waiting for him to get off work. Employees are nice, drinks are standard, and everything is pretty much like a regular ol’ Starbucks. However! The parking sucks, like HARDCORE sucks. Either the parking lot is just way too narrow or people in Orange County suck at driving/life. So, whichever it is, there ya go with the 3 stars

Just wanted a coffee with soy milk. There was a sign which I didn’t see that said they were out of soy milk. Girl leans over the counter, looks at the sign and says«don’t you know how to read». Awkward moment just standing there and then she says«sorry, but I come across as a bitch». Yes, you are right. You do come off as a stupid bitch actually.

We go here regularly as this is the only real place to stop on the way anywhere. It is small and usually really busy but thats OK. It’s a bit hard to drive in and out of though.

I go to Starbucks just to get their Sweetened Iced Tea Lemonade with Green Tea. Ya, it sounds funky, and maybe on the verge of being gross… but I love it and it’s the ONLY drink I’ll drink at Starbucks(I despise coffee… it’s makes my tummy upset!!) I crave Starbucks only about once a month, and today was just one of those days. After dropping 2 patients off at an ACA(adult children of alcoholics) meeting… I had an hour to kill, and I noticed a Starbucks on the way to the meeting, and I was craving my monthly Starbucks fix. Drove over there… parked and walked in. I was greeted by two smiling employees that both said«hey, how are you» as I walked in, LOVE the customer service. This particular location was not busy at all at 3:30pm on a Saturday. There was only one other person in the store besides myself. Ordered my Venti drink, paid my $ 3.10 for it, waited 2 minutes for it to be made, and I was on my way. The drink they made me was excellent!!! Not too much ice in the cup(usually they fill the whole cup with ice, and leave me with hardly any drink, WHAT!!) and it had the right blend of lemonade and green tea. I loved it! The only reason why I deducted a star from this location is because there is only one place to enter and exit this strip mall. And it seems to get very crowded because there is also a car wash in here. It was so crowded, I saw 2 fender benders happen just in the parking lot in the short 15 minutes I was there! Other than that, I am loving this Starbucks!
