Fluff Dog Grooming

I do not mind driving an hour from San Francisco to here for the grooming because it worths the time. I am so glad that I find Michelle because my fearful dog who is afraid of people fell in love with her! The price is reasonable, too! And of course, my dogs new hair cut is super nice!

What a great place to take your dogs to get groomed! My Yorkies, Sheleakie and Daisy came back from an afternoon of being groomed and were happy and looked just beautiful. Loved the little red bows, they were perfect. I highly recommend. Great price for excellent service. Thanks again, Lesley Day

I have been taking my dog to Fluff Grooming for almost 2 years. They are excellent! They are super sweet. My dog has gone to several grooming places prior to coming to Fluff and every time I take him, he would start to shiver, whine and have bathroom accidents. But then I started to take him to Fluff Grooming and he has a whole different personality. Every time I take out his harness, he gets so excited because he knows where we are going. Their grooming service prices are reasonable and parking all around.

My puppy had his first haircut here. Im down for support local small businesses. I dropped him off and he came back cuter than ever. They took very good care of him and I will definitely be back.

I am so glad I found this place. Not only does my dog leave happy every single time, but the folks who run this place are just about the sweetest and most attentive groomers I’ve ever come across. I’m never taking my pup anywhere else.

Michelle responds to emails in a timely manner and does a great job with my shih tzu Zadie. My pup always leaves this place happy and at ease, and looking super cute! Michelle is very nice and seems to really enjoy what she does. I always look forward to bringing Zadie back here knowing she’s in good hands.

We have used them now 3x and nothing but great things about these ladies. Yes, I am the so called «Helicopter Mom» specially now with all these stories I read and hear about bad things happening to dogs whether via Groomers or Pet Day Care.
They are patience with the girls being that getting them out of their care is like tooth extracting. I have only used them nail trimming and I like that they don’t give me «that look» when I asked them if they can also grind their nails to smooth them out.
They are accommodating when I call in to take the girls as a walk in, but do call first to make sure they can fit you in as a walk in.
I have not use them for other services but I need to take one the girls soon for her summer cut.

I bring my toy poodle here to get it cut and the ladies are friendly and does a good job with my son’s haircut.

My westie pup had her very first grooming experience today with Michelle. I was shopping around for groomers and this shop came recommended by a family friend. I’m so glad I followed up on the recommendation. Not only is my pup gorgeous, and well groomed, but after making some pup pals– I had one exhausted puppy– which made this owner happy! I will definitely be bringing her back here!

It was a nice day and thought, my dog needs a bath and fur trim but I always have a hard time doing it myself. Moo, my dog, has never been to the dog groomer, so I thought I should give it a try. I found Fluff Dog Grooming on Unilocal and checked out their website for the service prices. I thought the prices seemed reasonable enough, so I called them and Michelle answered. Michelle was very pleasant and accommodated me and my dog, even though we didn’t have an appointment. Moo and I hopped in our car and headed to Fluff Dog Grooming, and when we got there, I was still a bit hesitant of leaving him. I was greeted by both Collette and Michelle, and also met their dogs. They were very gentle and made my dog feel at ease.
After two hours, I was able to take care of my other errands, Collette called me to let me know that Moo is ready. When I got there, i was glad to see Moo look so cute and smell so good! The service price was so good at $ 45.00! I was very happy with the service! Both Michelle and Collette are lovely people!

This place has the worst customer service possible. I came in to see the prices of a haircut and bath and I was ignored while the employees talked and used profanity. Also didn’t seem to treat the dogs that well they were grooming. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Waste of your time and money.

My partner and I took our Lhasa-​poo to Michelle at Fluff Dog Grooming and we had an amazing experience. I think we were more nervous than our puppy Sammy, but Michelle was amazing with him!!! She gave him her full attention, was gentle and was even able to cut his toenails. We will definitely be back! She was super nice and engaging, and since we were first timers there, she explained her process. We were happy with his cute look– he looked like a little bear which we were delighted with. Michelle even made a cute halloween bandanna for him and he wore it all day! Thanks again Fluff Dog Grooming, Pelton Center, in San Leandro.

First grooming for my dog and he was NOT happy and freaked out. Michelle was very patient with him and all her dogs and I think she even calmed me down (the neurotic dog mom).
She explained what she was going to do and told me that she will let the dog tell her when enough is enough. I like that she is very sensitive to that.
I’m so happy I found someone good enough for my beloved companion that does a compassionate and wonderful job.

Michelle is amazing! She always treats my Pom with compassion and love. I’m a paranoid dog mom and am always worried about my girl, I never have to worry here! When I pick her up she is relaxed and happy to see me-​not stressed out like she has been at other groomers. It’s such a relief to have a wonderful place for my little diva to get pampered!

I highly recommend this place! My dog had no nicks and was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. Michelle was great and very friendly…
Can’t wait to bring my other pooch here, it’s close to home and parking isn’t too bad either. THANKS MICHELLE!

We were walking by and I couldn’t help but notice this super cute dog grooming spot that’s new. We stopped in and met the owner and one of the employees. Super sweet ladies. I asked how much it was for clipping dog nails and it was only $ 10. We had just gave our boxer a bath at the other dog store of Davis street and she was in the car. My bf went and got her. She cut her nails super quick. Marley loved her too and wasn’t scared like she always is when she gets her nails clipped. Will deffinately be back soon.

What a gem Michelle is. From the second I walked in I was at ease. Buster was at ease the second he realized he didn’t have to go into a crate! I asked for mohawk and Michelle got excited. and not only was only Buster groomed impeccably, his mohawk was (is) awesome!
I’m so glad to have found you Michelle, your place is convenient, your prices are extremely competitive, and not to be overlooked. you do an awesome job grooming! However, the cherry was knowing my dog was relaxed when we picked him up!

Michelle was very thoughtful and kind in her grooming of our Chows. We have an older girl that has had health issues and Michelle groomed her and didn’t push her beyond her comfort level. Our boy is very sensitive but was happy to let Michelle groom him. Both kids looked great and we are looking forward to our next appointment!

Michelle is amazingly patient, skilled and compassionate. She has been grooming my fearful dog for years and has taught our Jenny to feel comfortable with being groomed.

Fluff Dog Grooming is amazing!!! Michelle is so good and patient with dogs and makes them feel right at home. The shop is very clean and open and easy to find. There is lots of parking available. I am so excited to have Fluff Grooming in San Leandro and HIGHLY recommend Michelle!
