GNC

Bad customer service.
Walked in on 05÷25÷14 at around 2pm (store manager figure out who you had working) and the guy working there was on the phone talking about baby momma drama. Didn’t get off the phone to take care of customers. Rang me up didn’t even make eye contact. Didn’t say a word to me. Not even my total. He bagged my item left it on the counter and I thanked him, nothing got him off of the phone. Nothing was said to me by this guy. Horrible service.
While I walk out another lady walks out in front of me and says «great customer service hu?» She didn’t buy anything.
I didn’t give this place a 1 star because this is actually the only place I found something I’ve been searching for. So they have plenty of good things but why would I bother to shop here if they’re service SUCKS!

I like to workout and Im not hardcore about supplements but I do drink shakes and eat protein bars. Staff here are helpful and knowledgeable about the product. If you have certain goals they know what to recommend. The only thing is that it seems too quiet in the store and like the dudes might fall asleep if no customers are coming in. For their sake management should put some chill background music, helps employees and creates a more friendly atmosphere for customers. Also the deals they have are good, you just gotta know when to go and the staff there, or at least the guy who helped me last time hooked it up!

This GNC is ok. This is where I used to buy all of my thangs and is close to where I live. Only stop by to see if anything is on sale. Sometimes I hit the jack pot :) on cheap RTD’s Its a pretty small store limited with space. Employees are knowledgable with any question that you may have.

Not the biggest GNC location I’ve been to or the cleanest. This place has the essentials and of course: free samples!

Though I’m not an advocate of GNC, I will come to this specific store once on a while to browse their discounted items. When products are about to expire (within 6 — 8 months), GNC will substantially mark them down. This specific GNC has a wide selection of these products, so you’ll often times find yourself leaving with a good deal. Aside from this, it’s just a regular GNC… high turnover, minimally helpful employees, and high mark-​ups.
