I was on my way home from work and realized I had nothing to eat at home so stopped by this location to pick up a quick salad. The service was meh the lady helping me out was taking her sweet time getting everything to make my salad. I ordered a oven roasted chop salad and it was okay the chicken tasted a little off so I picked around it and just ate everything else.

came at 7:50 and the lady was at the door and locked it and i showed her my phone showing time and she continued to close. I know that if you say youre closed at a time you should still be open. SMH

Nothing to write home about, it’s just Subway after all. The tuna here is usually pretty good, decent service, I was in and out in about 5 minutes, but it would be cool to bring back the 5 dollar foot long…

Hi I have went to this subway couple of time n each time I thought they will improve. First the staff is totally rude coz which preparing for ur sandwich they will do there talking in Spanish n refuse to hear Wat u have requested in ur sub sandwich. Secondly they need to learn how to arrange veggies in the sandwich apart from throwing everything in it m wrap it loose n when I open it to eat at home it’s looks like a pigs meal. Atleast have some caution on how to wrap a sandwich or arrange veggies In the sandwich. This whole Mexican team needs lot of training in customer service. I hope they can go to TOGOS sandwich place n learn something from them. Worest part is that they will never smile or welcome a person who enter subway. This place needs to be closed completely

With a staff that isn’t friendly and a product that isn’t anything to rave about when you have a quality shop like lunardi’s down the street, why would I bother? No thanks, this subway needs a tune-​up.

Not so friendly staff. 10 am out of sourdough bread, out of spinach, out of other condiments. Second time coming here and there is a difference from other subways based on customer service and out of condiments. Worst customer service in the world. I’ve tried subways all over world and they have great service. Sad the worst on is here at home.
Out of spinach in the beginning of the day? Maybe they properly restock items like all the other subways and say sorry when its out instead of acting like its normal. You would think early in the am with not many people showing up that they wouldnt be out of stock of items. Seems like thats the best way to cut cost and have customer not get what they want. I come here because it close.

I will never except good services from any fast food chains but I except people to have some kind of respect.
Was in line and the worker was helping a Asian lady who speak little English but wanted to order a sandwich. The worker treated her like an alien and was giving her attitude because she couldn’t understand what the Asian lady wanted to order. The worker repeated «What I don’t understand» «Do you want this or what» and I can see the Asian lady was so confuse. I stepped in and assisted the Asian lady with her order and finally got her sandwich.
To the subway worker: How would you feel if someone treated your mom like how you treated the Asian lady.

Quite simply this location sucks! Apparently they were out of everything me and my husband wanted on our sandwiches. No cheese bread, no guacamole, no Chipotle sauce WTF? Perhaps they were too lazy to go get more items in the back. AND they only put 4 pieces of turkey on my husband’s foot long sandwich. Also another time my husband was there a woman working there had her baby in the back of the store. Pretty terrible place. I’m contacting the District Manager, there’s no excuse. I’ll stick to the one on Floresta and the one in the Greenhouse those two area excellent. They always have stock and they always give my sons free cookies 8)

The guy in the mornings when they open is the rudest dude ever. I understand it’s 7am. I’m not a morning person either. But first class hole. Much better to wait until around 10am when the two ladies get there, and this jerk stays int he back.

I think it was bad customer service day at this location. My coworker came back to work and the first thing she did was complain about how poorly she was treated. A Hispanic employee was speaking to her manager in Spanish about my coworker who also speaks Spanish and had some extremely choice-​y things to say. I am writing this review for my coworker because she is too nice to do so. I won’t be going here unless I’m in a bad mood and looking to blow off some steam on someone!

I’ve never stopped at this Subway even though I drive by it every time I go jogging the Marina. I came here on a Friday night around 8pm. The service was really slow. I ordered 3 foot long cold cuts and it took them close to 12 minutes. I was the only customer and there were two employees working so I thought they would help each other. They were more into their conversation instead of speeding the process of finishing up my sandwiches. I was famished. I didn’t eat all three OK people. Just one!

Since this is the only fast food sandwich shop next to my work I end up here once or twice a month.
The store itself is small and usually has two maybe three employees working at one. time.
Since I go on my lunch which I take around 1 there is always a small line but it usually moves pretty fast.
I try and switch up my order every time i go in but the last couple of times I have been stuck on the chicken bacon ranch melt. Its good, but I wish they would add one more piece of bacon.
My next favorite is the Sweet Chicken Onion Teriyaki which they have every once in a while as a five dollar foot long
I like this store, the employees are nice, the food is consistent and its close to my work.

I went there for lunch and didn’t feel like eating a meat sandwich, Instead I ordered a falafel because the picture on the door was staring at me. I got my foot long sandwich and after the first bite I choked on it. I got up and complained to the manager, (Not being racist but a short Mexican dude), He told me it was too bad that I choked, that it was my fault for ordering a foot long and I should have ordered a six inch. He refused to give me another kind of sandwich. That was the last time I was there.
Also, there is no restroom there, and makes me wonder how they got their health department approval?

Ehh.
It’s close to home.
I mean there is nothing too amazing about this subway, just like any other you walk in and then you take your order & walk out.
Never got a sit down experience to get the «feel» of the place but hey it satisfied my craving.
3 stars only because:
1.They ignored me as I made eye contact with them.
2. When I asked for more condiments on my sandwich they looked at me as if I’m some fatty.
3. The place was empty & did I say they ignored me! (bad costumer service)

Absolute rip-​off. I can’t stand the employees there. It seems they didn’t understand what I was ordering and looked at me funny when I tried to correct them. I decided to let them do what they want for once, and the price was costly but I got little of what I ordered. They need to hire new employees that actually respect the customer.
I don’t think I’m ever coming to any subway place again because of this.

I give this place a four stars rating because well i’ll tell you. The parking one is terrible there is no place to park and morans get in your way.
My story begins about a week ago, I went to this subway and bought a six inch sandwich turkey cheese you know the drill. Anyway some of the ladies who worked here were really nice. They took my coupon from Entertainment book for a free six inch sandwich and a drink. I bought a drink with the sandwich. Well the sourdough turkey sandwich was good and i am not criticizing anyone but the bread was stale. I mean really if i wanted to fail this place i would gice them an F but instead out of me having been a regular here i give them a B+
Oh yea another thing if you do want to park go at 11 am they have less parking spaces and there is a less line. If you do go at noon watch out because the place is crowded and too much noise, i went once with my brother and the Mcdonald’s was closer so we went there.

I was working today and needed to get Breakfast because I was on a Crew assigned to clear Coyote Brush of the Heron portion of the Bay Trail. I ordered a Breakfast Flat Bread Bacon, Egg and Pepper Jack Sandwich. It wasn’t Bad for fast food. It gave me the energy to hack brush for hours and load 4 dump trucks with 3 other guys LOL. And that was just the start of my day LOL.

$ 5 foot lonngggggssss! How can you go wrong? I can’t eat a foot long sammie in one sitting so I wouldn’t take advantage of this good price. But then I realized «duh! eat half now for lunch and save the other half for later as a late snack/​early dinner and you’ll be all good!» So yup, that’s how I roll… like I said, $ 5 foot lonnggggssss!!!
