Actually 4 stars on the food quality but after paying 19 bucks for a pizza to charge me an extra .75 for freakn ranch dressing is rediculous.

This place has changed there pizzas and service is really good. i used to come here before but I stopped coming. I heard that it was under new management and ownership. So I thought why not give a try there buffet selection, salad bar is really good. There staff is really professional. they have really good deals on pizzas for delivery and takeout or dine in.

If I could give zero stars I would. The last time we came it was really bad they had no pizza on their pizza buffet. So the manager gave us free meals. We came back to try again, bad idea. The lady up front was really rude. She was more concerned about her child that ran into my husband then anything else. No pepperoni pizza. The service was really bad. I can’t express how rid the lady was. Also found a hair in my food at that point stopped eating and left.

Mediocre service, Mediocre food, High priced for what you get… Review from a First Time NEVER been to a Round Table before, Customer! Walked in extra hungry with my husband and 3 yr old son. Not busy around 6:30 but we noticed the salad bar«score!» We knew what we wanted right away; Pasta with added salad bar please! «Sorry pasta isnt considered a meal!» we were told when ordering. Umm what, seriously ?!? I was confused and so was the counter grl, so we added a personal salad $$ 6, but she gave us salad bar anyway, smh. The girl at the counter, pls stop smoking pot, it makes ya dopy. We asked specifically after we seen the receipt was incorrect, we didnt want mushrooms, Do Not Add MUSHROOMS!!! she said«no worries.» Dnt you know she added mushrooms anyway, pasta was burnt, and the two girls kept running the delivery food out the lazy delivery driver everytime he beeped the horn like it was so busy he couldn’t come in himself. Smh. Concentrate on your customers first, then you’ll be successful, that is, if you care!

Just based on the opinions of the reviewers makes me wonder about the staff. The people who run the places makes all the difference in the world. Just LOOK at the STAFF and their behavior. That should tell you much about the service you will receive.

It’s ok. Actually easier to deal with than the Washington Blvd location. Hit or miss on if pizza is made right and same goes with the order taking employee and counter person at the register. Usually best to phone it in and pick up. The parking lot is easy to get in /out of so that’s a plus. Always strange people hanging out near it when we frequent it.

This used to be the place to go on half price pizza nights. People would line up outside waiting. But then they stopped the promotion and rhe place is dead now. I do not want to pay $ 17 for a pizza. The staff are not the best either.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pizza place. I placed over $ 100 order at 11:15. Gave them some extra time so arrived at noon. They didn’t even put the pizzas in the oven until ONE O’OCLOCK! I waited for a f***ing hour for them to make the pizza?! Not to mention their pizza AND salad bar were empty and there were 20 people waiting on that too. Unbelievably unprepared staff. Wasn’t offered anything to make up for this garbage service.

We primarily order take out so I can’t speak to the premises but I grew up eating round table and it’s still the tastiest pizza! I think they have a secret ingredient in their cheese! It is a little pricey so it’s best to look for the coupons that come in the mail.

This is only in reference to the staff there. The cashier was rude and think I needed an explanation of where I was at and what they serve there. I grew up eating RTP as a transition in my family but she didn’t know that. This will be great place to go as far a gourmet pizza but the staff was let to be desired. I will be at RTP but the staff at the location needs to be changed out or should how to give great customer service,

This was the dirtiest pizza parlor I have ever seen. There was filth all over the windows, the beer area, the tables were sticky, and flies buzzing around. The pizza tasted fine, but I was afraid of dysentary or legonairres disease because contact with a filthy environment. The employee was sitting down when I came in, get some lysol and clean this maggot paradise!

Bottom line? Don’t offer a lunch buffet if you’re not going to stock any pizza. I came here for the lunch buffet at approximately 12:00 pm, the primary lunch hour. When I arrived, there were no pizzas ready for service, and at least 10 people waiting for food. When pizzas did arrive for the service, there were only three pizzas brought out, and one was brought out 10 minutes later. Those pizzas were quickly gone, and I myself only got two slices. 15 minutes later, there were even more people in the restaurant(at least 20) and there were no pizzas being served. I waited 10 more minutes, and left in disgust. I looked into the kitchen and found that only then were pizzas coming out of the conveyor belt. I only had two small slices of pizza for the buffet, and though they were adequate, the slow service, lack of food, and lack of preparation left me with a very negative experience of the place. Normally $ 7.99 wouldn’t be a bad price for an all-you-can-eat experience, but there was nothing to eat. In addition to the poor food service, there was no ice for the soda fountain, and it was not refilled for at least 20 minutes despite many patrons coming, holding the machine down, and thus causing the machine to make the noise of empty ice, which I am certain the staff heard. To top it off, the salad bar featured overly watery lettuce and soggy croutons. Finally, there were technical issues with the register– the staff informed me on my arrival that the registers were not working. About 20 minutes in, one of the staff informed us that the registers were working, but had to use her personal cell phone to calculate change. I’m severely disappointed in my Round Table experience. Don’t bother showing up here. If you’re really craving pizza, go north a couple of blocks to Mountain Mike’s instead, or if you’re set on a buffet, check out Zen’s around the corner.

I think buffets are best enjoyed by someone like me. There’s not a food I dislike(though I don’t eat a lot of meat or sweet). But I pretty much try one of everything when I’m at a buffet. It can take several trips up for food. :D Somehow, only a couple days after my husband told me about the terrible pizza selection at this RT buffet, it was where he chose to take me for lunch. Since he buys the pizza buffet without salad option, he had neglected to tell me about the amazing salad bar. Totally fresh veggies and a good selection. Plus, they give you a large salad bowl for easy filling and eating. After a big salad, I moved to pizza. There was a chicken mushroom with white sauce, a full meat, and something else meaty. Both baskets of garlic twists and cinnamon twists were empty and stayed this way all 40 minutes we were there(didn’t we pay for that too?) I asked for a veggie pizza and one was brought out shortly after. That was great except it was white sauce too. I’m more of a red person, but had one slice. All of a sudden several other pizza were brought out. A combination, a BBQ, another chick/mushroom, and something else. Since there were NOT a lot of new customers(or any at all), I found this odd. MAYBE they had read the Unilocal reviews complaining about selection? Sadly, we were full at this point.(Smaller slices, please!) Or MAYBE it was because two friends of one of the employees had been sitting next to the salad bar, watching each pizza come out. They had ordered a personal pizza(1) and when they got their box they loaded it up with buffet pizza. I understand the perks you get when a friend works somewhere like this. I’m fine with hooking your friends up with free pizza. But it should be a different pizza altogether. Hand it over in the back. Because some patrons are paying for the variety on the buffet bar and it’s not fair to them if non-paying customers are sharing in the delicious, limited slices. Overall, good food. Perhaps slightly poor employee management. I’d go back if I ever visit husband at work again.

THISISMOSTLY A REVIEWFORTHEBUFFETANDSERVICE I work around the corner from this Round Table location and I have eaten here three times almost four. Lets start this review out with the time I almost ate at here. It was 1:00 in the afternoon and I was ready to go to town on their buffet. I walk in the place was pretty dead but still some customers scattered here and there. I walk up to counter and ask what time their buffet closed because I didn’t see any pizza on the trays. The worker told me 1:30 and a big smile crept across my face. I then asked when the next pizza was coming out and he told me that they weren’t going to be making any more pizza’s for the buffet today. I don’t have a very long lunch so i need to make my buffet time last as long as possible so I said ok and turned around and was going to head to Mountain Mikes which is right down the street and they also do a lunch buffet. As I was walking out, I hear sir, sir, and I turned around hoping to see and hear one of the employees tell me that it was all a cruel joke, and I can get some delicious buffet pizza. Well to my surprise it was another customer and she informed me that they weren’t done making pizza for the buffet because she just sat down and had only eaten one serving. This was a lady that I personally wouldn’t cross, but I did hope that she would let out a little anger on the staff. I informed her that even if they were going to make more pizza I didn’t have time to waste with them making and then cooking one, and that I was headed to Mountain Mikes. She then asked her friend if Mountain Mikes does a lunch buffet and where it was and seemed very happy to hear about this new found lunch spot. Now I should talk about the other times that I have been to this Round Table. Two other times I have eaten at the buffet for lunch and both times since I learned I needed to get there a little bit earlier it was packed and I had to wait in line for pizza and when I got up to the front there was only a couple of slices left. They really need to make two or three pizza’s at a time for the buffet customers since most of the people are on their lunch breaks and cant afford to sit their empty plated and wait for pizza that is «all you can eat.» More like all you can eat if you can get it. I have always liked the pizza and even the buffet slices are in my opinion, excellent. The salad bar is usually stocked but after the last time I went, I found out I could pay less and not get salad. ohhh I was so sad. ummmm not really, I jumped on that deal like over-sized buffet patron getting back on their motorized scooter. The other time that I ate there I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza to bring back to work and it was delicious, maybe because I didn’t have to wait in any lines and I didn’t have to share but it really was good.

I’ve been coming here for many years, always for lunch. The pizza is always good. the service however sucks. You used to be able to get the buffet without a salad, now, no more. weather you want it or not your paying for it. Now the main problem. There is never any pizza! the place is packed and they have one fucking pizza! And of course the first 4 people to get in line get some while the remaining 15 have to wait again. Get your shit together your oven can handle TWO pizzas at a time if not more. stupid asses
