We had our 11 year old padding replaced under warranty. Sean kept us up to date during the entire process, and everything went according to plan exactly as Sean said it would. The guys who replaced the padding did an excellent job, were courteous and professional, and really knew what they were doing. The installation absolutely met our high standards.
We’re very impressed by the way Carpeteria Carpet One handled the pad warranty with no hassle at all. The new padding is fantastic and should last for many more years. We are so glad we purchased top of line carpet with the best warranty (and kept all our paperwork).
