I continue to support this mom and pop restaurant that feels like it has been here forever… I normally order the bbq pork, Shrimp fried rice and broccoli beef. Good place for take out, but not to dine in… but that’s okay. Good lunch combo for $ 6.00 and food is made fresh to order. Located in a busy strip mall, but if you don’t come at peak times, there are plenty of spaces.

Really clean and small mom and pop shop. Decided to go order in person since its my first time. Didnt smell the usually grease or «chinese restaurant» as I was expected. To me thats a good thing lol.(As i walk out thats when i smell the«wok» air haha) Very affordable prices as most combos are $ 6.00. And dishes range from $ 6 – 9.25 max! Ordered the Beef chow fan(干炒牛河) $ 8.00 And two combos– sweet n sour pork/kung paochi ken They were fast about my order, only took 10 mins after i placed it. And they kindly place my togo in a box! No mess! Now to taste… Its pretty good for the price. Except the fried rice in the combo… its just rice with soy/flavor. Not even the frozen veggies lol But minor details. I would still come back when I have the craving for chinese :)

Well the egg rolls are amazing and the service prompt and friendly … but the crowning achievement is the generals chicken.. one of the tastiest meals I have had in years… add to that very reasonable prices and this is a place where I will return at least once a week if not more!!!

We have been searching for a good place for Chinese food and we finally found one! We ordered two individual combo plates and everything was delicious! Sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls, won tons, fried shrimp, fried rice, sweet and sour pork. will definitely visit again! Service was great too!

We have been going to this place for years and last week the food was really awful. The orange chicken was like jerky. It’s been getting worse and worse. We aren’t going back.

Our mainstay take out local Chinese restaurant. My Ohana has been supporting this place over the years and many ownership changes. The joint delivers quality, fresh food at a reasonable price. We like their War Wonton Soup and Barbeque ribs, the Egg Foo Young is also a must try. The owners are nice and always polite, service with a smile, the way it should be. Give them a go you won’t regret it and as usual always remain Feral.

Nim Chan’s on Western in San Pedro is my stand by for late Chinese take out. Came here a few weeks ago for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The place is very small(like three tables small) but it’s about take out so no biggie. Noodles and fried rice here are totally solid, noodles could use a touch more soy but not complaining because I just dump more on at home. Owners are friendly and they are open till 9pm. Parking is tight but manageable most nights. Overall solid Chinese grub for decent prices, do it!

we love the house special chow mein here! My husband doesn’t like chinese food, but this is the only thing that he eats.

Very disappointed. Their lunch specials are nothing«special». Ordered orange chicken with lo mein. Orange chicken was too hard and and hardly had any glaze. Noodles were bland. No flavor whatsoever. Not even a hint of garlic. Will not be coming here ever again.

Found on Unilocal we went here for dinner in San Pedro after Catalina Island. It was open on Labor Day and lots of other restaurant we wanted to go were closed. Most people do take-out here, we ate there. Got: Steamed broccoli — no sauce, just the broccoli. Tasted ok, nothing special. Hot and sour soup — huge bowl enough for 2 – 3 ppl. We liked it ok. String beans w/chicken — tasted fine. Got 2 Diet Pepsi in the can. Charged it.

I pretty much grew up with this place, and it’s still so so good. Some of the best hot and sour soup I’ve had, and a kung pao chicken dish so excellent it got me hooked at a young age. Best Chinese food in the area by a mile.

I really wanted to love this place since it’s so close. But it’s just ok if you really have a craving. Prices are decent, portions are healthy, and taste is ok. I would agree with others that this is a take out place. There’s no ambiance or reason to eat at the place. Since the food is cooked fresh, it’ll still be piping hot by the time you get home.

Pros: they seriously hook it up with the quantity & it’s cheap Cons: it doesn’t taste the best… food is bland. I’d rate the food 2.8 stars Eating here once was enough… Don’t know if I’d go back. Maybe for the fried rice… It’s OK, but they hook it up with so much. I’d probably throw it in my own wok at home and add more to it. Definitely a take-out place. There are a few tables & chairs inside… But sit-down is definitely not the vibe. I suggest you get takeout and eat by the bluffs at white point park. The view will be better than the food, that’s forsure. Oh and it’s definitely not authentic… It’s super Americanized. Anyone that says different doesn’t know what they’re talking about.

Fresh, Hot, Fast, Friendly. Everything a Chinese take away should be but never is these days! Hot and Sour Soup Vegetable Chow Mein Fried Rice Egg Roll All excellent. Prices are more than fair. Finally an Old School Chinese Restaurant that is worth eating. Rich in flavor and nothing unidentifiable mixed into the dishes.
