I ordered x4 DECAF quad over EASY ice. The cashier was very kind & made sure she understood the instructions so she can write them down correctly. However, when the so called barista made my drink, she filled the cup FULL of ice & the cashier told her to put lite ice. The baristas response was «the ice will melt» so I had to jump in & tell her, «please put lite ice, even though it will melt». Duh! Of coarse it’s going to melt! I still want lite ice… so she takes out TWO ice cubes??? I had to jump in again & tell her to take out WAY more ice.. . She was SO rude by being complacent about how she was preparing my drink! On top of it all, she DID NOT serve me decaf!!! It’s was caffeinated, I am feeling WAY TO JITTERY for my usual decaf drink. I usually never have any issues at this place. I get this drink every single day & never have any issues like this.

One of my favorite Starbucks! The staff here is amazing, they take the time to get to know their customers. This was my go to study spot for nursing school. The only downside to this location is the small seating area, which is almost always full.

Wow! I’m a state traveler and have been to quite a few Starbucks from the east coast to the west and never before have been to one with such a positive atmosphere. My barista, Tiffany was nice, but it was Pedro, who worked the cashier that had me wanting to leave a bigger tip than normal, plus bring my ever cynical husband back so he could believe what I was experiencing. While I sat waiting for my oil change to be done, Pedro welcomed every regular by name and made the walk-​ins feel right at home. What a great way to start the day. One cup of joe and ten pounds of positive. Thank you!

The problem with this starbucks is that there is always a long line and the service is really slow. It’s pretty small and you can only get a table if you come during off times. I suppose the good part is that they do tend to get the orders correct. Parking can be a real bear as well. That said, there aren’t all that many coffee shops close by, so sometimes you just don’t have a choice.

I love this place !! It is always very clean, and very friendly ! The workers are always staying active and never get my order wrong ! I love coming here to read with some hot coffee !! I would highly recommend !

I go once in a while to this Starbucks and the beverages are decent but the parking is a god awful mess. There’s not enough space for the plaza where it is located because there parking is only behind Starbucks. They are not the same shopping center. Today there was a man that was making sure that none of the people going to Starbucks were parking in the Harbor Village parking center. I was informed to park somewhere else.

I am being very generous in giving 2 stars though I’m tempted to give them a Zero star. I come here once in a while long lines and slow customer service. It looks like the cup of Coffee just goes up. Parking is very difficult as they are not part of the rest of the shopping center behind them. Limuted Parking spots. Outside area is not very clean.

First of all, Starbucks u SUCK, and MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL. The service staff were ok, some more attentive and smarter than others. I have been here in the morning and sometimes at night service various from one worker to another. One thing that Starbucks does not do is make there own food !!! Its all shipped in and Refrigerated. All Frozen Food, YUCK. WHAT THE F — - ! and the Coffee is not all that great. i an sick and tired of overall mediocre to say the least .But some people obviously like it more than I do.

First of all, parking was awful. There is no parking anywhere. I ordered a java chip and a regular cup of coffee. It was very expensive and not worth the taste. Service was ok, nothing big. This place is very small and not worth the time I spent here waiting for my coffee. Next time I will go to the bagel shop across the way. The coffee there is a fraction of the cost and better tasting. So much for treating yourself.

I went here with my family after a funeral and just like every Starbucks the drinks were good. The customer service was great. The outside of the building was pretty bad, but that is more the landlord’s problem. The inside was clean.

This Starbucks is junk. They always get my order wrong! Today was the last straw. My venti white iced mocha wasn’t even good. I ordered two kids white hot chocolates 3 warmed coffee cakes and 1 not warm chocolate croissant. Even though they were written right on the bags and cups they were not made right. They gave them regular chocolate not white (they don’t like the bitterness of the regular hot chocolate) and warmed my chocolate croissant. Annoying to say the least and cost $ 24. Not worth the long wait time and the small waiting area. Won’t be back (it’s not the first time!)

This Starbucks is average. I am giving them a two-​star because I just ordered a Starbucks double-​shot and the barista on bar doesn’t know how to make my drink. Instead of tag-​teaming and getting my drink out, she’s called out everyone’s drink but mine.
Terrible customer service today.

This was my regular Starbucks for years when I lived in that part of San Pedro and I still come here a couple of times a month. I think it’s the only Starbucks with a view of Catalina Island which is nice :)
Here’s the Starbucks Checklist:
Baristas are quick & friendly.
Line is typically short.
No drive thru.
Busy, congested parking lot.
Average seating inside and little outside.
Store & patio cleanliness = B
Bathroom cleanliness = B
The only reason to visit this Starbucks is if you are nearby as it’s located at the end of Western Blvd which makes it a locals kind of place. But this is San Pedro which is really just a small coastal town in a big city.

So far every Starbuck’s I’ve been to has been great. They have successfully managed consistent quality and satisfaction with this customer.
I try to go every morning to get my morning espresso because everywhere else I have gone has never given me the same quality as Starbuck’s.
My usual favorite to get is a Hazelnut frap or latte but every once in a while I also add a shot of peppermint. My favorite seasonal drink is the Pumpkin Spice latte though, and if you love espresso, adding an extra shot or two of espresso is like the cherry on top for morning Starbuck’s. Absolutely delicious.

This was my first regular Starbucks. Back when Caramel Macchiato was my drink of choice. Ahh, freshly steamed milk with vanilla-​flavored syrup, marked with espresso and finished with caramel sauce. You know the deal.
I’ve since given up all that sugar and reverted to plain old dark roast, which ain’t half bad.
This is a good location although on the small and narrow side. This a good group of regular customers in the morning, kind of like all of them have now.
Oh yeah, parking in this whole area is terrible. You might even do better in the big lot across the street where Albertson’s is.
