Actually came here after reading Meg T.‘s review above, looking for some good vintage finds to spice up my wardrobe, drawn in by the proximity to my workplace. Having been, however, I must clarify: this is not a *vintage* store so much as a *second-hand* store, but I mean, that’s still all well and good; just don’t expect to find 19th century crinolines, authentic 20s-era flapper dresses, or even 70s-era disco suits here; the clothing here is firmly-ensconced in late-80s and onwards territory. It’s clean and seems to have a good-sized amount of clothing here. The prices aren’t *amazing*, but once in a while you’ll chance on something that’s cute and amazingly, $ 5. The sale rack has a lot of stuff that’s $ 10 or less, but whether or not you want to spend $ 10 on it is a matter of personal taste. The sizes tend towards size 10+, which is good for those shoppers who have problems with these types of stores not stocking enough of their size, but I personally couldn’t really find anything in my size, or if I did, it looked like something taken from the set of a Dynasty-knockoff series, very ‘80s glitter velvet top-and-palazzo-pants-combo-type stuff. Took a gander at their shoe selection, but not much there, and not that cheap; if I’m going to be buying second-hand, 30%-50% off original price is really not going to cut it since I could go to Nordstrom Rack and get it for up to 65% off. Their purse selection is not terribly inspiring; there was a kate spade for cheap, but it was just black, not anything all that unique. Also found a great leather pouch, but at $ 36 and from Kirkland, I could have just gone to Costco and gotten the original myself for around the same price. I would be skeptical about their«brand name» purses, because $ 8 for a purse is good except when it’s a Prada with a MADEINCHINA tag tucked inside. On the plus side, it’s very clean and well-organized, but I’ve definitely had more luck at places like College Ave. Buffalo Exchange in Berkeley. Might come back a second time to see if they’ve gotten a new shipment or something, but doubtful.

I dropped in here after during a consignment run and found the store well kept, very well priced and well stocked with a large array of sizes. I loved their large selection of purses and their selection of shoes was up there as well. They had ponchos, jackets and a good amount of evening dresses. I bought a gorgeous mini vintage purse for 8 dollars that I am so happy I saw. The only small drawback I found was that the tags were different colors and I wasn’t sure if that meant sale, or were for a sale later. All in all the store had a good array of prices and sizes(plus size too!) and it now is one of my new favourite stores. I will totally be back.
