I just left there and the girl at the window was RUDE they didn’t have ANYTHING I asked for and what I did order she forgot half of my order that I had just given $ 15 for and then had the audacity to get mad because SHE forgot half of MY order that I had JUST paid for! I WONT be back spending my money

Doing breakfast at Burger King Williamsburg Rd. I figured with the parking lot being empty this would be a perfect place to do breakfast and use wifi. I was right it was quiet and only one other customer dining in. When I ordered I figured that’ll take minutes. Not the case, there was only one guy on the grill and 3 cashiers including a manager, manning the front end. Two manning the drive-thru and the other casually assisting the walk-in customers. The guy on the grill was doing the best he could with no help. A customer waiting before me had been waiting about 10 minutes and had to ask what was taking so long. He noticed that they were serving the drive-thru before the walk-in customers. My order finally came up but of course my sandwiches were sitting waiting for the hash browns which had me end up with cold sandwiches. Nothing worst than cold eggs, especially cold fake eggs. I chose not to return the food. Sometimes it’s best to just leave a review and hope it gets to the right people. Burger King Williamsburg Rd just completed a complete renovation. I wonder did they look at making customer experience better during that renovation. This location was never a good place as far as the customer service. The staff changed but the customer experience is still the worst. Hopefully it’ll get better, especially since they’ve invested so much to the look of the building. It’ll take hiring good people and paying then enough to make it worthwhile to come to work. Evidently they are understaffed to have one person on grill. Not a good look and that could account for such a small clientele for breakfast. Not certain if I’ll be back anytime soon, but I may come back in few months to see if they’ve improved. Hopefully my next review will be a good review. We will see.

5pm on a Tuesday. Staff members outnumber customers 5:1. The dining room is filthy. If this was my house, I’d be embarrassed to have people over. They have the fancy Coke machines that dispense hundreds of flavors. But, they are covered with dripping soda and a mess. Food crumbs on the tables, floors, and seats. The floors are really sticky too. There’s a managers meeting going on in the back of the restaurant right now. How about they stop talking and start cleaning. The food was ok. Fries were cold but the burger was ok.

I love a good olé whopper from time to time. I will not be getting one here EVER again. The last 3 times I have gone here I have had issues. One time I went in only to have a simple to go order take over 30 minutes to get. The last time I went through the drive thru and they got my whole order wrong. I asked for a manager and was told«I am the manager». Explained the issues I have been having and got not even a half assed apology. Nada. So I will never spend my moola at this establishment again.
