this restaurant is the worst, the customer service sucks, their serving sizes suck, they give you a scoop that is half filled, and 95% is vegetables and no meat, when you call and complain, their attitude is «oh well», not sure what happened to customer service, but maybe with all the money they make on serving rice or noodles, they can send their employees to customer service school and learn how
Not to be so cheap with their serving sizes and give the customer what they pay for!!! and no you get no stars because you suck!!!

Very upset with the way my mother was treated by the employees and manager when she went to pick up an online order. That is our favorite place to get food on a Friday night and we will not be going there anymore.

Came here yesterday with the family Got me a plate of Chow-​Mein, Kung Pao Chicken, and honey walnut shrimp. 2 people were in front of me. it did take a while 1 server, 1 cashier, and 2 cooks. Even though it took a while our server Juan gave us nice sized portions. Payed the food and went to a table. When I got a table I noticed that it was dirty so had to wipe it down with a napkin (not the first time I had to do that at this location). Overall good ok food, they just need to hire a few more employees. To keep up with customers and hire a janitor or someone to keep the maintenance up to par.

The employees are to busy to clean the dinning room and keep the passion tea filled. When requested you get a look that you are bothering them and they never cleaned the tables while we were there. Also even if eating in tell them it’s to go. You get much smaller portions if dinning in.

Really complicated to place your order when the workers can’t seem to understand some English, I told her no sauce and she did the opposite I had to wait for new teriyaki while the rest of the order was just there. The portions aren’t that great. Cooks seem to work hard, however the ladies upfront ain’t no use. Give better customer service maybe you’d have more customers in here.

This Panda doesn’t make Eggplant Tofu so if you were coming here for that reason only then you better turn your car around ’cause you ain’t gonna find it here, my friend! I know… what a bummer, right?! Please get on it, Panda! I need my crispy tofu and juicy eggplant :(

Not Bad… Not Amazing… There is always a huge line at certain hours, I feel like things could be more efficient as there never seems to be much of a flow from serving to paying for the food. I’m so glad they finally brought back the eggplant tofu, I was having to drive all the way to Irvine to get it before because for a while they did not have it here!

A large amount of cockroaches in the patio. I’m not over exaggerating, large amount. This is extremely disgusting. I had one somehow stay on me while driving home and pop out when I got out of my car. How those shops are still in business is beyond me. I’m horrified!

Placed an online order. Which wasnt ready when i got there. And i was on time
The employees werent friendly or helpful. They threw my plate of food together like i was in a prison. They didnt care. They didnt give me any utencils or sauce

My honey walnut shrimp was barely warm and not hot. Same goes for my black pepper chicken and sweetfire chicken.
I wont be coming back and if your smart you’ll eat elsewhere

Been standing outside the door in the cold for 20 minutes. You need more workers, not sitting around talking to each other and not caring about your customers. The girl manager is more worried about over stocking everything than helping the line…

I love Panda Express. I kinda probably have a slight addiction.
This is another very conveniently located within walking distance of where I live places to get food that is fast, but not fast food in my dictionary.
Order process is assembly line easy. Entrees change from time to time to mix things up yet traditional entrees like orange chicken and chicken teriyaki r always available.
I also wanna commend the very friendly and accommodating staff as I am that pain in the rear customer who often requires some entrees to be made fresh. And they do it. It’s awesome.

This place sucks. Corporate food just doesn’t cut it. They claim to have «No MSG» but it sure does taste salty as f. one thing for sure that made me mad was the forgot to put napkins and forks. Like really fuck it then I’ll use my finger and shirt. NO! You don’t do that! Wtf ! How do you expect for me to eat my dam food. Idiots I swear. Lol now I’m not even hungry.

No no panda, bad panda. I paid almost $ 11 for a plain tasting combo. You would think with these prices they would stand out from a regular Chinese mom and pop places, but it’s a disappointment. I’ll stick to my regular place for good Chinese food half the price

I get it! This is just Panda but seriously, show some appreciation for your customers. This is by far the worst Panda I’ve ever been to. The service is awful, they make you feel like an idiot just for being there, dont you dare asking a question. Besides, the portions are ridiculously small, about 6 pieces for an orange chicken side.
There is are two female employees who evidently hate their job so much, they need to take it on their customers. The rest of the team is nice but these ladies make it painful to stop by this location. I just go somewhere else when I see them at the counter.

It’s Panda… enough said. They are all relatively the same, it is not the finest Chinese you will find by any stretch. But you go to one Panda, you basically get the same as all the rest.
Service here is pretty solid. If you need your quick fix, this one is fine.
