Just another run-of-the-mill, heat lamp’d, cafeteria-style fast Chinese food that’s good but not Panda Express. BUT — this place stands out from the rest IMO because the food tastes a helluva lot better. Better quality and heaping portions. Besides offering the staple starches; fried rice, chow mein, steamed rice — they have this thin rice noodle that is kind of reminiscent of Filipino pancit. That paired with their string bean chicken and broccoli beef, made for an incredibly satisfying lunch. Now this is what I would consider great«fast» food. Even the service is friendly. The lady helping me actually asked me how my day was going? I was pleasantly dumbfounded! 2-item combo was under $ 7 bucks. Dirt cheap since I got 2.5 meals out of it. Did I mention the GENEROUS portions?

This used to be my spot for fast Chinese food a few years back when I lived closer. I recently got a chance to go back and not much has changed. Easily the best in their league. I had the Orange and Sesame Chicken, both flavorful and crispy. Staff was kind and efficient. Restaurant was clean. I just don’t understand why other WE locations are so substandard in comparison?

This place is pretty good and they give you a lot. Definitely not stingy with the chow mein or chicken. Coming here from now on! :)

The Wok experience is still one of my favorite places for cheap Chinese food. The parking lot really sucks during dinner time though. Tutto Fresco customers in the drive thru line were blocking entry into the parking spaces. But I still got my food. Fast and efficient.

This place is awesome. Food is good Cho mein is bomb chicken is always fresh and hot never cold. The best part is the customer service the lady who wrks there should be manager she always greets and asks you how your day is going and very productive she an asset to this organization. Always clean and condiments always full clean no residue like other places if u r in the area stop by this place give it a shoot you won’t be disappointed.

I go for the cook to order Chicken /Broccoli. I also like the Teriyaki Chicken and/or gourmet vegetables, not a fan of those corn cob things. Like any other fast food Chinese place it is good to get the food after it has been cooked. I think the lady that works in there around 5pm is nice and friendly. Never eat in, just buy and go home. I will continue to eat there, you just have to find what suits you best.

It is a bit of a drive from my place to this Wok location, but it is totally worth it! Most delicious Tangy Tofu ever! Love it!

Disgusting low quality food. I came here because my coworker suggested it and I was sorely disappointed. Do yourself a favor and head across the street to Panda Express which is not that much better. The food was old as it has been out all day and greasy and disgusting.

The quality of this restaurant has gone down a bit. I’m not sure if they have a new owner since I haven’t seen the lady that used to help us every time we came in. Their Jalapeño chicken was one of my favorite items, but it seems their recipe has changed as its now tasteless! Beijing Chicken continues to be one of my favorites as well and their Orange Chicken is good too. Their BBQ Pork continues to be my son’s favorite, and why not, it’s good; I have tried it! If they could make their Jalapeño Chicken the way it was before, maybe they’ll be 4 or 5 stars again in my book, ’til then, we’ll see.

My favorite place again. The allure of good fast-food Chinese food is hard to resist. And let’s be honest here. This place really has the best in the area. All of the choices are good, depending on what you are in the mood for. Plus, the restaurant is well maintained and the restrooms are usually pretty clean. There are a few seats outside with umbrellas so you can enjoy the day when the weather is nice. Bottom line, you can’t beat this place for a quick lunch — whether you eat in or take it to go.

Not good and 2−3x more overpriced than I would pay for. Panda Express gives twice as much food. It was quick to order but I could feel the leering eyes of the workers looking at me.

Love love love this place! While it’s not the most healthy of food and probably not the highest quality, it is tasty! It’s been a running joke with my wife that one if the reasons we moved to our apartment was that it’s within driving distance of Wok Experience: P Seriously though, great tasting food for very affordable prices. It’s a wonderful alternative to the staple fast food joints.

I use to love Wok Experience! It all made sense when I came on Unilocal & found I was not the only one who noticed the change, They are under new ownership. I USE to Love everything about Wok Now it’s horrible! Everything from the sauce to the chow mein & the meat isn’t good anymore, new owners need to make changes before they loose all the loyal customers that loved Wok Experience for what it was. So disappointing! Miss you old Wok.

New ownership!!! The wok experience USED to be really good… Don’t waste your hard earned money on this crap they call«Chinese Food«. Chow Mein: flimsy greasy noodles, unsalted. NOFLAVOR Fried Rice: actually pretty good(super skimpy) Orange Chicken: blehhhh gooey and not crunchy Beef & Broccoli: subpar However the Bobas are so tasty here might be the only reason I return. Ps. As if things couldnt get any worse. My fortune cookie was stale meeep :(

What happened to this place? I came in last night on my way home from work and things seemed«different». That friendly staff who used to greet me as I walked in the door are gone. In fact, the staff here seemed decidedly unfriendly. The prices seemed a little higher as well. I’d be willing to let all that slide if the food was the same delicious to-go I was used to. It was not. I’d even go as far as to say it was terrible. Bland. I had to add soy sauce to get any flavor out of it. Also, the cuts of meat were cheap and grisly — not at all the same. I gave the leftovers a second chance tonight. Nope, not good. The kicker for me was the receipt that suggested I add 15% tip. For what? Seriously. I don’t get it. What’s next? Are we going to start tipping at McDonald’s too? Needless to say, I won’t be back.

This used to be my favorite Chinese take-out place. Keyword is: used to. But then I noticed something weird. The people that always served me on a weekly(sometimes even more frequent than that) basis were no longer working there. Then my debit statements came up as L&C Wok instead of Wok Experience. Then today happened. The recipes at this location have changed for the worse. The orange chicken now looks like a bed of bright red rocks. This had to be the worse orange chicken I have ever had. Super disgustingly tangy. The noodles have also changed to the thinner variety, which makes them a lot more greasy. Then I received an additional $ 2 charge on top of what I paid on my receipt when I checked my debit card statement online. This is weird. Unless they’re charging a debit card fee(which is not posted), something is up. Not cool at all. Never coming back to this place after many years of patronage.

I kinda came here by default as my favorite little Chinese place on 17th Street recently closed. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and my friend ordered the three item combo. The food was nothing special and a few dishes like the orange chicken and the chicken teriyaki were both overcooked. The teriyaki was also rather dry and lacking in sauce/flavor. It’s alright in a Chinese food craving pinch I guess but nothing I’ll be seeking out anytime soon.
