Honestly I’m giving this 5 stars because of the douche I encountered while there. I feel bad that the dude working there had to deal with this guy.
I came in and honestly the location of this place is irritating. Parking in the back, multiple false entrances etc. I come in and I wait for someone to come to the front.
While I was there some clowny douche who’s trying to self the «privelaged» act. He comes in and he tries to cut in front. He now realizes that there’s no one at front. So what does he do? He breaks out his Iphone… and starts videoing around. You know, going to put up on insta or something about bad service like he’s been waiting forever.
While he’s filming the kid comes out. My big head cut in front of the douche filming. The customer service he provided me was pretty legit. Even showed me my order etc.
Then I over hear the shit he has to take from this clown. I go out and I see a honda civic with a prep school and a out of state college sticker. Guess who’s.

No. Just no. First and Last time coming. I get its a pizza place but come on now, customer service is at an all time low, as soon as i walked in one employee was lazily «cleaning» the floor while the other one was on her phone. I get you dont want to be there but really you can’t put your phone down and just get my order she had to literally finish a text before getting my name. Now our pizza… was a little stiff our bread sticks were cold and our wings were on the dry side. We had ordered our pizzas to have bbq drizzle and buffalo drizzle, luckily we checked in the car and we had to go back in and ask. All she said was «oh, it goes on top» -.- at least she let us do that, And she continued on her phone. literally 2min from my house, i rather drive 10min for better customer service and pizza made right.

I’m usually extremely lenient when it comes to customer service and my attitude towards people who make/​serve my food. But unfortunately this place has discouraged me from going there again. They continously get my order wrong and it takes them forever to even check if there’s people waiting in the front… all they do is stand around on their phones.

Berry bad service don’t even answer the phone and the pizza they make not in good condition

This place has got to to be one of the worst places I have been too. I do not only regret going here, I also became ill. Pizza Hut will no longer be the same for me again. Horrible, just horrible. This review does no justice.

If I could give this location negative starts I would ! I ordered wings… Just wings at 8:20…, it’s now 10:55pm… I never got my wings. After trying to call several times, (they would answer and hang up), they called me back and asked me to describe the driver That delivered my ordered., I said I never got my ordered., «the DUMB. girl said ok hold on., after holding for 3 minutes I said to cancel my order and she said ok and hung up wile I was still talking. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and she left me on hold and then hung up. This is the 4^th time I complain at this location about the waiting time. I don’t think any of the workings know that you guys take online orders. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. when I order pizza it’s because I’m too lazy to go get food or lazy to cook. This specific location ruins your day.

No wonder this place was hiring in ALL positions. Am sure people Never last here. What do I not have to say about this 1. From the moment I walked in, some short dark skinned girl up front told a friend of hers who had ordered a pizza «Stupid Ass». 2. Not one greets their customers. 3. I ordered a LG pepperoni sausage pizza and the cooks added jalapeños, still got the wrong pizza after JESSICA looked at my receipt 3xs 3. Had to wait another 10 – 15 min for the correct pizza/​was given the wrong pizza free + a $ 5 credit on next purchase. 4. Customers are walking in asking for wings and some certain bread crust, well unfortunately they didn’t have either.:/ 5. On top of everyone screaming at each other to communicate, literally IDK why but they’re too lousy, the phones are ringing non stop and JESSICA is ignoring them ALL. 6. bad communication: another girl comes to ask to see my receipt Again when Jess already was checking status of mine and another customers pizza who was also waiting a Long time. This place is a disaster. They don’t know what they are doing. I mean if they are hiring even a Manager well, what is to be said how management is run? Horrible place

pizza is over an HOUR late now. called and they said its on its way… without taking my name or number how would they know that?

I ordered 2 pizzas and a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was burned from one side. One of the pizzas was burned and tasted like burned pizza! There was loose pepperoni on top and when I called to complain they delivered another pizza and by the time it came I wasn’t hungry no more,

Wish i could give a negative star, but this location sucks, specially when it comes to delivering. Dont bother, get your self some better food. Cheers

It’s the second time I try calling to place an order and the order doesn’t seem to go through. First time they closed early on me, it was still about 30 mins before closing time and they told us «sorry we’re closed» and the second time I had placed my order online and like 20 – 30 minutes later some girl employee calls to tell us some stupid excuse saying they didn’t have enough drivers to deliver our order and that the only driver on clock had a «flat» tire. That’s ridiculous! That was just an excuse for them to not make my order since it was almost closing hours. Not even she believed what she told us because she sounded all stupid about it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! That just shows how lazy the employees are and how the manager doesn’t seem to be caring about making money for their store. Both times this has happened we’ve ordered Domino’s without a problem they take our order and it gets delivered quick.

Pizza was over cooked. I normally love pizza from here but today was very disappointing. Crust was burned. Bread sticks were burned. I can say this experience definitely changed my mind about ordering pizza from here.

This is by far one of the worst pizza huts! Ordered extra sauce on my pizzas and paid for extra cheese on one pizza got all of that wrong including one of the pizzas had NO sauce! And cheese sticks taste like cinnamon and sugar. Will never order from here again! Manager Miriam was no help either when I called

Decided I wanted pizza today so I ordered online for carry out. It said 15 mins and since I live so close by I got there 5 mins early. So I got there and the girl in the front said it would be 5 more mins. Ok fine I’ll wait 5 more mins. So I paid for my pizza and wings and waited 5 mins. The girl went to the back. So 5 mins where up and she didn’t return. While waiting I could hear the other employees talk to eat other. It’s a small location so of course people can hear them speak in the back. They would talk about drugs and use inappropriate language for a work environment. I don’t know if there was a manager present that allows them to speak like that. Or if the manager was just not there. Either way the employees should not be allowed to talk that way. So by then it had been 15 mins and my pizza and wings were still not ready. When the girl came back to the front she said «your order is ready we are just waiting for your wings «OK?! So it’s NOT ready if I still have to wait for the wings! So I kept waiting and finally after 30 mins of waiting I got my wings and pizza. I didn’t get an apology or any recognition for my food being late. She just said your food is ready, showed it to me and that was it. Ok whatever! So I went home and started to eat my wings… and guess what?! They were NOT cooked all the way! There was still pink on all of them! Very upsetting! Not only did I wait 30 mins longer for something that is usually done in 15 but it wasn’t cooked all the way! In total my pizza and wings took 45 mins to be done! While in their email and website it says 15 mins.
I will not be coming here again! Pizza Hut’s Corporate should definitely train their employees on better customer service skills and to think about what they say in the work environment.

On 3÷6÷14 around 9pm I called about 5 times all 5 times I was placed on hold. I decided to just come and order once I was here. I came in they didn’t seem busy at all eustolia took my order and told me it’d be around 10 minutes. While waiting I decided to call the store one more time and saw lady in the back walk up to the phone press a button start laughing and the phone kept ringing. After that a couple more calls came in from other costumers non were answered.

i think this place is fuckin stupid!
everytime I go I see why the workers didn’t answer the phone, their just loitering in the hall yelling stupid shit and messing around –_​_​–

I called many Pizza Huts around the area asking if they still carried the garlic bread pizza, and this was the only one who still had it. The guys who answered the phone and gave us the pizza were very polite and friendly.
When we brought the pizza home, we were sadly disappointed to find that the dough was too doughy (as though it was undercooked). We got one garlic bread pizza and one regular pan crust. They weren’t terrible, but they weren’t great either. I’ll probably stick with the Pizza Hut near home and will have to find another Pizza Hut that still carries the garlic bread pizza for my next craving.
