this jacks is the best one in santa fe springs! they do they hamburgers with love, the food does not be falling out, the burger stays intact, customer service is great ! they get two thumbs up!

The people here are awful, this is the jack in the box that I always went to. I stopped today because my 10 yr old daughter needed to go to the bathroom and because we weren’t buying anything to eat today they refused to let her use the bathroom. This is the last time i will ever set foot in this Jack in the box. Disappointed…

The food here is great. The service isn’t always That great. I love the freestyle machine they have. The drive thru isn’t always efficient so ordering inside is better. I’ve been coming to this location since childhood so I will return as needs be.

When i got to jack in the box, it was messy and the workers were very rude and had a attitude, wouldn’t recommend going here

The ghetto ladies taking orders always have their damn attitude. One of the older Hispanic lady manager is super rude too. Almost every time I order chicken strips I end up with the jalapeño popper things instead. This time I got my order correct BUT chicken strips were semi warm and super hard. Fries were ok I guess. The only thing I was satisfied with was my Oreo shake. It’d be hard to mess up a shake, the damn machine basically makes it for you. Overall this location is horrible. People are extremely rude. Orders are always wrong. Put it this way… they’re worse than McDonalds.

They aways get my chicken sandwich right a two tacos. So that’s good. Nice people at the window.

Walked in this morning and stood at the counter for 5 min, and was not even acknowledged by any of the employees, even though they saw me standing there, so I left. The drive thru took 100% of their focus. I understand the drive thru was packed and they need to hurry, but you should never completely ignore the customer that walked in. Extremely poor customer service

Been here three times in the past four months when I’m in the area and all three times ive had my order given to me incorrectly. The drive thru is very quick but it bugs me that my order was wrong. Never coming back again.

I don’t eat here very often so I simply stopped ere for a pie and it was a very fast service as well as a very friendly employee. I do not doubt it is a boring night and he is hard at work but none the less he was kind and quick and efficient :) thanks

Can’t say I’m mad, just disappointed. Being that I live in SFS, and this is one of the only nearby fast food joints around, I’m pretty bummed that our food tasted like garbage. To be exact, our tacos tasted like cigarettes… My wife said it tasted like a cigarette butt was dropped in the frying oil… I didn’t believe her, until I took a bite of mine. Supposedly this place closed down recently for a «remodel», but I think they got shit down by the health department and gave the place a minimal facelift as a façade to avoid the public finding out it had health violations… That is just my opinion, I don’t know it for a fact… However, now that I had a «smokey trash taco» for dinner, I believe in my opinion more than ever. All I know is that if Jack rolled up to this establishment, he would have a straight line under his nose, instead of a smile.

Dedication 2 to my cuz «NotYourAvgJay», Cousin V, and to the team that was with us. This particular Jack In The Box has a special place in my heart, not only because of their 24 hour breakfast and hangover food, but brings back a special story that happened back in the late 90’s.
In my late teen years when hormones were raging and when it was popular to «hotbox» the family van, it was also popular to make a trip through the Jack In The Box drive thru after a good sesh. 4:00am, with a van full of faded screaming girls and out of town guy cousins that seemed to be impressed, I made a quick stop at the Jack In The Box drive through to satisfy our munchies.
We entered the drive thru. The setting in the van was of hazy smoke, faded screaming girls, and rapping, pop lock and drop it cousins. Almost about to order, I decided, hey we should just eat inside? Distracted and no one listening, and at a time when back up camera’s did not yet exist, I started to back up out of the drive through when suddenly, «BOOM!» I abruptly hit the car behind me. Screams and shrieks filled the car, along with one of the passengers screaming «Am I going to get arrested?» «What am I going to tell my parents?»
The car filled with silence. Thoughts ran through my head like, shit the cops will be here any second (the station is literally next door). Dazed and startled with my heart pounding, I got out of the car to greet the lady I had just backed into. A chubby lady got out, assessed the damage, and while shaking her head said, «Hey you know what, my husband is going to kill me when he finds out I had sneaked out of the house to get a late night snack. I’m supposed to be on a diet. I’m just going to let it go.» Dented bumper and all, she just got back in her car and that was that!
Shocked, thankful and amazed, I got back in the car, told my unbelievable story, and the car was filled with screaming laughter and high fives. I think we even proceeded to get back in and order. Good times…
Well this was certainly more of a ramble than a review, but all these thoughts run through my head each and every time I pass by. If I were to tell you what to order, I’d say, some of my convenient on the go favorites are the 2 soy tacos for $ 1 (which I occasionally order 20 for $ 10 and bring to a late night party) or meaty breakfast burrito, sausage/​supreme breakfast croissant, sourdough grilled chicken club or jack, Bacon and swiss buttery jack and spicy sriracha burger sound great too. I try to avoid fast food, but when late night fatty time calls, hey, why not…

The perfect late night snack after a night of drinking. Plus they serve breakfast all day so you can’t go wrong with that. Besides that it’s just your typical fast food chain nothing healthy but good for food on the go and when your low on funds.

I’m very dissatisfied right now. I was really hoping for better. After doing a 12 hour shift at my job I was really in need of some comfort food, this jacks really failed to deliver… ordered large curly fries got regular, ordered coke, was really watered down, burger meat was dry… I really don’t like doing bad reviews but under the circumstances I felt obligated which is unfortunate.

We went through the drive thru. When we ordered, there was a bit if a language barrier… but after a bit of trial and error, she got our order correct. I appreciate that she asked us about the order — rather than assume and get it incorrect. When we got to the window, she asked us about what sauces we wanted. So helpful! Once we got our order, everything was correct! Two Spicy Jack Chicken Club Combos ($ 4.99 ea.) with curly fries, a coke, and a sprite… a grilled cheese and two tacos! Yay!
So, this Jack in the Box definitely beats the other one on Firestone. I, seriously, don’t ever want to go back to that one.

What a horror show. Truly bizarre setup with a very formidable wall running through the dining room. Everything is a dreary battleship gray and temperature is about 42 degrees. What REALLY pissed me off is that all the electrical outlets are covered with metal plates and I needed to charge my phone, not an unrealistic request anymore. The restrooms were filthy and street people were walking in and out refilling empty cups from the soda fountain. NEVER. AGAIN

Just got done playing softball, and boy was I hungry. So I went to Jack In the Box, closest to the baseball field and close to the freeway towards home. I ordered Fish combo with curly fries and mango ice tea. The fish filet was dry kinda old, I asked for x-​tartar sauce-​that didn’t happened. However, the curly fries was hot, fresh and crunchy. That was pretty good. The mango iced tead was pretty good too, and its not too sweet. The staff were nice and friendly. So, overall its okay.

I haven’t been inside this Jack’s therefore I won’t review that part… anyhow, here is the fast breakdown:
Drive thru is fast
Employees are friendly
My food is always warm
Their potato wedges are always oh so cheesy… mmmm… wedges.
Plenty of parking space
Right off the 605 and 5 freeways

4 stars at this joint and that’s actually saying alot due to their less than stellar service at times and the fact that as the commercial would suggest. We don’t make it till you order it is a crock. If that was truly the case then you wouldn’t have to zapp the freakin’ pancakes.

Been coming to this Jack In The Box for many years and other locations cannot compare to this one.
First, it’s conveniently located near the 605 freeway exit.
Secondly, the employees are very friendly.
And lastly, if you are going through drive-​thru and there’s a long line, don’t worry. Their drive-​thru service is fast.
I highly recommend this place.
