I am not sure if this place even rates one star. I started shopping here when the current owner’s mother owned the store. It used have wonderful inventory and great service. Now, the current owner is extremely rude and the store is filled with low quality merchandise. Take your business to reputable places in Santa Fe that provide great customer service. I would highly recommend Ooh La La.

This place is awesome and I’m definitely going back next time I’m in town. So much cool stuff to look through and the jewelry is fantastic. Lots of really inspired funky things that I haven’t seen much like before. The woman working was super friendly and her little dog Charlie was mellow and the perfect shop mascot. Im a big secondhand shopper and this place is on my list of favorites.

Act 2 is by far my favorite consignment store in Santa Fe — it truly has something for everyone, from unique pieces of jewelry to jeans to staple sweaters. It is rare for me to go on without finishing an item to take home. I have also consigned clothing and Annette, the owner, is enjoyable and fair. She is the heart of the business. Don’t forget to give Emma the dog a little love on your way in!

I liked the current owners Mother and in the past really scored with both buying and selling. Since she passed on and left it to her daughter, the place has never had the same quality of service, courtesy or opportunity. The daughter who inherited it, has a controlling and discourteous attitude. I have moved on to buy and sell my always upscale, casual — wear at Sundance Film Festival type of clothes.

If you’re in Santa Fe looking for an excellent consignment store I highly recommend Act 2.
The shop is not overly large but they have a wonderful selection of clothes.
Good-​quality and unique styles in every section.
The staff there are very friendly and helpful.
The prices were very reasonable. I found two beautiful designer shirts for $ 24 each another one of which was on sale and a skirt in the low $ 20 range which was a J Jill.
I was thrilled with my shopping experience there. I would highly recommend this consignment store to anyone

I always find the best things here. Great deals abound! Prices constantly reduced according to how long the item has been in the shop, and further discounts offered on occasion.
Go get a pair of $ 200 jeans for 30 – 40 bucks… i have on several occasions.
I have also gotten a Louis way below the resale rates on ebay, seen several Prada purses, and tried on a pair of Miu Miu’s (dang — too big).
How does she get this stuff???
It’s not all in that vein though… LOVELY VINTAGE DRESSES if that’s your thing (it’s mine!!) and plently of current gently used clothing… really ranging in style.
JEWELRY!!! Vintage, contemporary, southwestern, mexican, bakelite, silver, turquoise… DANGER!
Forget Double-​Take, I’m telling you — this is where it’s at.
Not a thrift store — a lovely, clean, friendly, attractive, and tidy second-​hand clothing store that is thrifty!
