I-Cafe & Surf Bar

This is an odd hotel restaurant in that it seems like an attempt at super hip, chic architecture on a mezzanine level down a set of dark stairs in a rather unimpressive hotel. This being said, I tried both dinner and breakfast and my thoughts are:
The dinner choices are lighter fare, small plates, pizza, burgers and salads and are excellent and possibly under-​priced. Yes, I can’t believe I said this, but these prices with free valet parking and excellent quality were a bit surprising.
Breakfast was spendier, but inexpensive compared to the Lowe’s, Le Merigot, Fairmont or other comparable Santa Monica hotels. The organic eggs are excellent and the juices were good.

OK, I’ll give them this, the food was better than expected, and we were able to get some vegan food to boot. I had a portobella sandwich, which came which really delicious fries and edamame, and we also got a nonvegan pasta dish that was said to be good.
To note, we ordered from the bar, which has a slightly different menu than the i-​café, but they clearly just pick it up from upstairs here.

Located on the mezzanine level of the Sheraton Delfina the I-​Café is a quick and convenient place to grab a cup of coffee or have a quick breakfast before leaving the hotel. The café also serves sandwiches, burgers, and salads though we didn’t try any of these items during our stay. Prices are typical of a hotel café, but you’re paying for the convenience of having a nearby dining option so a $ 14 hamburger is to be expected. My tall Americano was pretty reasonably priced at just $ 2, and was just the caffeinated boost I needed. This is also where the Sheraton has set up their business center with several computers set along a bar area, there is complimentary internet access for hotel guests, fax, print, etc. We had an hour to kill between our checkout time and when we had to leave for the airport and the I-​Café was a great place to hang out until we had to leave
