KFC on SR Avenue is the WORST location!!! I found ANTS in my food!!! As well as my drink! Don’t eat here unless you want ANTS for lunch! Screw them!!!

I only come here now for my daughter’s popcorn chicken if I can’t make at home. The employees are usually nice and friendly. Trying to deal with someone over a messed up order can be a nightmare, especially calling the corporation since the order is so bad. Every time I have called them they only care about what my income is and how many times I visit a KFC. Not to offer even discount coupons. One of the worst corporations I have dealt with. They did make some amazing ginger sauce that they discontinued.

Maybe it was an off night, but the lobby was a mess, with uncleared tables and trash on the floor for the entire duration of our meal. The place only had one other party eating, so I don’t know why the employees didn’t clean up. The food was ok, consistent with KFC quality. We had about a 6 minute wait for some of our chicken to finish cooking, which wasn’t too bad. They brought it to our table when it was done. If it wasn’t for the dirty lobby, it would have been a better dining experience. I suggest you use the drive through instead of dine-in.

I think this restaurant is consistent with the rest of the chain, so my complaints are more directed at the chain’s business model than the local restaurant. The menu always looks like a mess to me with too many options, more than the number of products because of the different combinations. I ordered a honey barbeque sandwich, mashed potatoes and gray, and coleslaw. The staff said it was cheaper to order them separately since I didn’t want the drink, but I wanted a second side dish. Cost $ 6.60, which isn’t bad. I went to the bathroom while the food was being prepared. It locked at the door and was for one person, even though there was a stall separate from the urinal. They were out of toilet seat covers and the toilet seat was filthy. I wiped it down, then had to form a toilet seat cover with strips of toilet paper. After washing my hands, I saw they were out of paper towels. They had a hand drying machine, but it sucked, so I used toilet paper to dry my hands. My food was ready up front. One bowl was upside-down. Waste of a plate when everything has their own bowl or wrapper. Waste of two lids when I’m eating there. Waste of a plastic fork cover. The bun still had some flour caked on it, so it looked like it still needed to be cooked. The pile of mush on the sandwich was disappointing. The two bowls of sides were small, but the potatoes and slaw were good.

Order to go. Didn’t give us entire order. Cook was being rude to girl trying to take our order. Chicken strips were so tough we threw away. Not going back here again.

This is by far worst customer service KFC there is. 7 pm out of chicken. 20 min wait, seems every time I try to eat at KFC. They have no chicken. I went next door to Carl’s jr

Since our local KFC closed years ago I don’t get to enjoy the fried chicken much. So when I had a chance to stop in here I was pretty happy. The staff was friendly and the place clean. But I hate to say it the meal was very laking. I don’t know if my taste’s have changed our the quality of KFC has gone down but I was disappointed to say the least. I will have to make an effort to try a different location to see for sure whats up.
