Wingstop

I mean… it’s Wingstop. No it won’t be gourmet, but I find the wings delicious enough to keep coming back (especially the Spicy Korean Q flavor! So sad it’s gone! For now…)
I’m surprised to see how many other reviews are negatives about service. I’ve never had an issue with service; the guys working there are great, kind, and get the job done. I like using the online app and the pickup time estimated is pretty accurate.

This place was good, service has gone down every time that ove gone back it seems to get worse, the workers aren’t really clear on what they’re doing. Wings are okay, but it depends who makes them

Great service. I didn’t puke too much after, so minimal food poisoning. Yayyyy. My pregnant wife got free beer all night.

I «LOVE» good wings. Problem here is you just never know if they will be really good or really bad even if you order the same thing every time.

I am so sick giving this place multiple chances! I am dropping it down due to service.
Why keep going back because when they get it wright the flavors are great. We don’t always like wet style wings, and they have that. The Louisiana rub is the best. But almost every time there is an issue. Firstly if they tout «avoid the wait» order online bs they should have a separate line for online orders or some kind of direction. Many times we have come 5 to 10 minutes after their suggested arrival time and it wasn’t even started! Next big issue is that two times several weeks apart we have gotten plain, no seasoning chicken wings. We did not have a complicated order 20 of the same flavor nothing extra. We did not realize until we had gotten home. We called, and they offered to add seasoning to the wings when we came back! Seriously? They won’t survive and will be all cold and soggy. Every time there is an issue.
I was promised coupons or discounts before by a manager and did not receive anything. The employees don’t even seem to care that they messed up our order and make us feel like we are in the way.
Several other times I stopped getting my flavors after they only add a minuscule amount of seasoning or sauce. Its only a hint of flavor. I don’t like dishing out wasteful one star reviews and it won’t matter to them but I still want to speak my peace.
I do wish Unilocalers were more accurate with their ratings.

We ordered 50 dry wings to go with sauce on the side instead of rubbed in. Wings were crispy and delicious. My favorite was the garlic sauce The place was packed with people. The place looked clean which was important. We waited a little longer for our food due to a misunderstanding in the kitchen that we wanted our Wings dry and not have sauces rubbed in. We’re were happy with our Wings and look forward in trying more of their sauces.

Went to wing stop today with my kids. Bit into my chicken and it was completely pink raw chicken. Cut open all the rest and they were the same. This picture is of my husbands. His was not as bad as mine but for sure still pink not cooked inside!
I really hope we don’t get sick from the first one we already ate. This is NOT okay!

Food is good as usual. The staff could wake up a little bit and at least pretend to care about their job and how their service is?

Such sorry service for such an awesome company, this location has the worst service we have ever got from wing stop! Avoid and go to a different location if possible. They need all new employees here.

Let’s face it, for wings they’ve got a corner on the market. I really enjoy the variety, especially with the kids. But they’re over priced and get my order wrong almost half the time. They’ve always fixed their error by comping me though. Service is spotty. Overall it’s a place I’ll continue to frequent until something better comes to this area.

I have been eating here for several months now and my experience has always been perfect. They never screw up my orders either walk in or on-​line. The staff I have worked with are always fast, friendly, and professional. Today Austin helped me out and you could not ask for better service. I find it hard to believe that I’m just getting lucky, that’s why I waited months to write this review.

I love their mango habanero classic wings. They’re not extremely spicy. And their house ranch is amazing.

The service is ok never had any problems with the cashier. But the wings are very bland I tried the fries for the first time. It was salty but not bad I wish they put half of the seasoning on my chicken.
I ordered the classic it smelled really good but the garlic parmesan was BLAND BLAND BLAND. If there’s one thing I don’t like is my meat to taste bland. How the hell you mess up chicken man it was cooked fine. I even left in to sit for a few mins while I shopped at target. I tried it again and even threw the seasoning left over from my salty sugar fries.
So when I got home, I had to doc it up with some real flavor. The following week I fixed my own damn wings for the garbage dull Mayweather vs pac fight. My wings was good tequila lime chicken. I’m glad I didn’t order any wings that night from wingstop. Because somebody would’ve gotten knocked the HELL OUTTTT

Great food. Love that they use real potatoes to make their fries not the frozen stuff. Also fantastic sauces including their ranch. Not the best at getting orders correct though. It was all taken down correctly, but not prepared like I asked. From all the other reviews I read, this seems to be their weak spot. We eventually got the food we ordered but the fries weren’t very warm after the extra wait. It was still really good and I will definitely go back. Maybe they will work on reading directions.

Positive is that I LOVE the fries. I stick to just a few flavors, the garlic parm is great with bone in and extremly oily/​greasy with boneless wings. The service is like a yo-​yo. Some times it’s really great and other times terrible. Usually they forget a part of my order so I have made it a habbit to check my order before I leave.

They have definitely let things slide at this Wing Stop.
The wings themselves have shrunk, new cut rate supplier?
I was not happy with today’s order at all, but had already driven back to the office, and was not going to drive all the way back to complain.
I don’t think I will return anytime soon.

Good wings. My kids love these wings! Been coming a while and almost always have good experience/​service. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because I can’t call ahead and get the wings started if I want to pay with cash.

Probably one of the worst nights for customer service. The shorter girl who works here is honestly the worst. Doesn’t know how to treat a paying customer at all. It’s the same girl as the last time and it’s terrible. Wish they would fire her and get some real service.

Those who give this Wingstop store 4 or 5 stars clearly have never been to any other Wingstop.
After 5 or 6 visits this year to the Santa Rosa Wingstop, I’m convinced this store has some serious issues with both customer service and the quality and preparation of their wings compared to the other Wingstops I frequent in Reno, the bay area, Sacramento, and American Canyon.
Just from today’s visit:
— I got the wrong change on a $ 100 bill.
— They bagged our order to go after clearly stating we were eating in
— They didn’t have napkins on the counter and took a relatively long time to come back with a new roll.
— Three people in our party complained that their wings were not cooked well enough or tasted weird.
Also, the fries at this store seem thinner than the fries at other Wingstops. Perhaps it’s time for corporate management to pay them an unannounced visit.

yeah — they’re wings. they’re okay — not great. Not great service but okay. Not much more to write about them than this — they’re just okay. any bar wings are better than this place and they seem to be pricey for what you get. Nice group of guys working on the line there.
